I was so surprised at the taste of this sake when I drank it at an izakaya in Kochi, I went to all the liquor stores the next day, but they were all sold out 😭.
The other day, I found this one at Yodobashi Camera Umeda! I bought it right away!
One sip and it was just like I remembered it from that time 🤤.
The fruity flavor and the acidity that comes afterward are a perfect match! Too good 🏇!

It is indeed spicy, but the fruitiness comes later in the dry and bitter taste!
Because it's 58%? On purpose? I can feel a very strong miscellaneous taste.
This robust sake makes me want to eat pickles... lol...
On the way back from a visit to Sakai with the wife, I bought a bottle of Kaygetsu Special Junmai, Super Dry at the Kochi Prefecture Antenna Shop at Hankyu Umeda Station. Looking forward to drinking it!
