Autumn sake is the season when the sake world is full of new sake, freshly squeezed sake, and nigori sake.
The mild yet mellow and deep flavor is soothing to the palate that is tired of new sake.
Of all my favorite Kaygetsu Gin no Yume, this is probably my favorite.
I bought another bottle by mistake, so I think I'll let this one sit until spring.
This is the first time I have purchased this liquor. It is as fruity and delicious as the prior information. It has a refreshing bitter taste at the end, and I am a lover of sweet sake. I have never set foot in Kochi Prefecture, but it is a good place to make good sake.

The cel24 yeast tastes like Pawpaw. It tastes like a Popeau white wine. The acidity is moderate, and the fruity sweetness of Popeau is smooth. This wine will be popular with people from overseas and should be drunk with a glass of wine.
Kaygetsu Junmai Ginjo 55 at a drinking party
The 55 is a rich junmai ginjo that is easy to drink, yet has a strong rice flavor.
The dryness was restrained and the sake had a nice richness and aftertaste.
