Buy at Tosa Sake Brewery's warehouse direct from the brewery. Too delicious! CEL24 yeast is not listed. Pineapple aroma characteristic of CEL24, but not too sweet, moderate acidity and nigori-derived flavor. Slight bitterness and a clean finish. Even though it is fire-brewed, it is fresh and has a slight fizziness. All of the CEL24 yeast sake I've had so far have tasted like dessert sake, but this one is great as a food sake as well.
