It has a moderate gaseous taste, fruity from the aroma, and the fruity feeling comes to the fore when it is in the mouth! It tastes like strawberries and pears with a sweet aftertaste.
It seems to go well with tomato dishes.
It is aromatic and full of flavor. It has the perfect flavor for my taste. It goes well with oden. (It may be a little too rich for sashimi.) When I said to the owner, "Kaygetsu was delicious! I said to the owner, "Kaygetsu was delicious!" and he said, "So you like umaguchi.
The one I bought by mistake, thinking it was CEL24...
However, it is indeed Kaygetsu. It was a fruity and gorgeous nigori, and I didn't get tired of it.
