Lingering chestnut-like sweetness and lactic acidity
Impression: Sweet with complexity
It has a complex taste with a mixture of nuances of shaved sake and amino acid complexity, as well as sugar and acidity.
This was my first time trying CEL24, and I personally thought it was a sake that was difficult to understand what it was trying to assert. The lingering chestnut-like aftertaste, perhaps derived from the malted rice, is unique.
I drank it chilled, but it seems to become sluggish as the temperature rises.
It goes well with cheese.

Too delicious! CEL24 yeast is not listed.
Pineapple aroma characteristic of CEL24, but not too sweet, moderate acidity and nigori-derived flavor.
Slight bitterness and a clean finish.
Even though it is fire-brewed, it is fresh and has a slight fizziness.
All of the CEL24 yeast sake I've had so far have tasted like dessert sake, but this one is great as a food sake as well.
Like Kameizumi, the aroma is almost like pineapple juice.
The moment you put it in your mouth, you feel the umami flavor.
Contrary to the aroma, the sweetness is moderate.
It is a well-balanced sake with a refreshing taste, but it has a pineapple juice 🍍 aroma.
Initially sweeter than Kameizumi cel24. The aroma is similar. But is it a little dry?
It definitely tastes better when drunk chilled!
I was astonished by the power of Cel24 yeast.
Although it has an aroma, it has a light sweetness and a good amount of astringency and bitterness.
