Kaygetsu CEL24 Junmai Daiginjo 50 Nama Sake
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 15%.
As soon as the package was opened, a fruity aroma wafted through the air.
In the mouth, there is a slight stimulation of the raw sake, but overall, the sake has a mild sweetness and rice flavor.

I bought a small bottle to compare with Kameizumi's CEL24. I chose a 50% daiginjo with a matching polish.
First of all, the aroma of Kameizumi was stronger, while Kaygetsu was only slightly. I could even taste apples at the back of the bottle.
When I drank it, it was surprisingly sweet, dark, and thick.
The spiciness of the alcohol seemed to linger.
I had heard that it was somewhat dry, and that was the image I had, but after a while, when it became a little lukewarm, I couldn't tell the difference between it and Kameizumi.
I had not drunk Kaygetsu at home for a long time because of all the tastings, so I bought it at Hamadaya, which I had not visited for a long time.
I haven't drank at home since CEL24 in 2019.
It has a slight fruity sweetness and acidity. I thought it would be more sweet and tasty, but it's a refreshingly mild mid-meal type.
I feel like the summer raw sake was sweeter than the same Gin-no-mu 🤔.
Personally, I think it's a little too light and not enough...
I got the impression it was a fruity, light and dry sake.
It's sweeter and juicier at a higher temperature.
When I drink it again, it's not so light and not so dry, but it's not too sweet.
Good evening, Mr. Bouken.
I had an image that Kaygetsu was sweet, though not as sweet as Kameizumi, but I see there are some that are not so sweet. The liquor store I often go to sells Kaygetsu, so I'll try something next time 😌.
Hello, I'm a freelancer.
Kameizumi is also dry except for the CEL, but I felt it was less sweet than that 😅.
It's not spicier than Tosatsuru or Drunken Whale, so I guess it's sweeter among Kochi sake 🤔.
The aroma was sweet, reminiscent of ripe pineapple, and the palate was layered with umami, while the finish was crisp and delicious. It is sweet and tasty, yet has a sharpness that allows you to go for another bottle without getting tired of drinking it.
It is a super dry sake.
It is fresh and dry, but has a delicious rice flavor.

It is not spicy, but has a nice flavor that fades away before you know it.
I'll make love to you with CEL24, which is a Kochi yeast familiar to "Kameizumi".

Oh✨The aroma is gorgeous and fruity☺️Collecolecolecolecolecolecolecolecolecolecolecolecolecolecolecolecolec ⤴️
It's like smelling a pineapple straight from the bottle 🍍🍍🍍🍍.
Take a sip... oh, it's totally pineapple...
The sweetness comes first, followed by sourness and bitterness, but with a refreshing aftertaste that's really good 😋.
Sweet is sweet, but not too sweet, fresh and juicy ✨✨.
I love the soft sourness and the slight bitterness, it's a perfect balance and it's really delicious ♬.
The smooth texture makes me want to go on and on 💦.
This is a great value for money and satisfaction for less than 2000 yen for this specs and quality 😆.
Kaygetsu's snowman makes me want to buy one: ❄️
It's easy to drink and has less of the tingling sensation of raw sake.
It is light and easy to drink!
Even though it's dry, the sweetness is refreshing.
Maybe it's just as the label says.
Cinnabar like it hasn't been in a long time.
Fruity, easy to drink and tasty, not unpleasant and clear to drink but with an indescribable aftertaste
