Mifuku Yukikasumi Limited Nama Yamahai Junmai New Sake Nigori Participated in the Shiga Burabiraki (Shiga Sake Brewery Fair) guided by Kyukura-san. Mr. Kyukura recommended this interesting sake. It is an active nigori sake. ✌️ The video explains how to open the bottle 🎥. Put the bowl down and put the bag over the top... It doesn't blow out vigorously. The bubbles slowly ooze out one after another💦. Enjoyed opening the bottle of Active Nigori 🤣. It tastes like a dry sweet sake with a strong sake taste 😊. It didn't seem to suit my wife's palate. I was manacled by myself 😋.

I'm getting to know my taste much better. Mifukyu, which specializes in Yamahai (?), is a sake brewer. Mifukyu makes a sake with a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast.
