It's been a super long time since I've had a Sentori Modern Solid...
It's been a year and a half 😳
I thought I was drinking more 😅
As the name "innocent" implies, it is pure and simple.
It has a simple taste 😊.
The aroma, sweetness and acidity are both low.
Very mild 😌.

The first one I drank was the Modern Innocent.
I had never had a sake like that before.
I was hooked right away 😁.
It's been a while since I've had it, but it's still delicious 😋.
I tend to neglect my regular sakes these days...
I want to take care of my regular and tasty drinks 🤣.

I've been drinking a lot of Senkou this year, but I haven't gone for the standard ones like Snow Dharma, Organic, etc........
