March 15 (Sat) Sake Brewery Opening in Fushimi, Kyoto Tamakoku Opening + Fushimi Sake Fest 🍶 Tamakoku with Tamanomitsu and Jyuseki 👏. I made my own Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake, bottled, corked, labeled, guided the tour of the brewery, tasted the sake, and had a fun time 📣 I didn't realize it but I had a near miss with a bunny 🐇 on my line 😭. In the afternoon, we participated in the 3️⃣part of the Sake Festival ⃣🍶. I was worried about the rain ☔ and tickets Only 4 tickets 🍶 2 8 12 17 tasting 2️⃣ Tomiou Sasanigori was delicious 🍶.

The nearest sake brewery to our house Takeuchi Sake Brewery There have been a lot of rumors in the Kansai sake brewery since last fall 🍶 after a newspaper report in February 🍶. I went to Kagoshima in January🍶. Kirishima hot spring, Ibusuki hot spring, sand steaming ♨️ The most memorable place for me this time was the Chiran Peace Museum for Kamikaze pilots. There was a tasting place called "Shochu Dojo" in Ibusuki Onsen, and I was allowed to drink a little. Kagoshima is not a good place to grow rice because the volcanic ash from Sakurajima soaks into the water too quickly 💦. The brewer spent about 5 years improving the soil 🍶. Valentine's Day 💌. Hikonya got 189! My grandpa got 1, but I don't think he can be outdone in the weight of his love 🍶. ⛰️ grandma, thank you 🙏

It's a little late for Grandpa and Grandma's New Year's Day. On New Year's Day, my grandson Minoru-chan, Minoru-chan and W Minoru-chan were sick with influenza. ✖️ January 11, 10 days late for New Year's Day 🎍. Old grandson and grandma are very happy to be able to ride unicycles and kick skates. January 11th is also the anniversary of Kuzo's death. We held a memorial service for Kyuzo's 7th anniversary 🍶. Bishu of the Year 2024 On Thursday, I went to a certain sake store to stock up on Sho Shiki. Do you have Matsu no Tsukasa Mizuki? "We'll get it tomorrow." Friday we revisited, but they couldn't get in on the morning flight. Saturday we revisited and finally found it. I'll have a bowl right away... Matsu no Tsukasa has always had a strong rice flavor ⁇. Pon-chan participated in the Otsu Festival with gorgeous floats, karakuri dolls, and drunken weather, so it was good for a good time 🍶. Information about the fun Sake Brewery Marché at Harushika-san I took it upon myself to go to Nara! While waiting in line at the sake tasting corner, I met up with Mr. Wicked, who is now a caregiver for my grandpa. The tasting table is at 1️⃣2️⃣ 3️⃣ and We were shown to 3️⃣. I've heard that high tone voice before 🎵 The best setting for the tasting of the five wines 🍶 ➕α (🐇san's choice) 😋. It was delicious! I was interested in the tasting ③Marche Original TYPE-A 🌸 sake 🍶 I brought home a cucumber pickled in Nara 🍶. Thank you for taking care of my grandpa 🐇 and my granddad 🍶.

July 17 (Wed) Yomoyama-Nagano/Osaka I participated in the event 🍶. Happy to drink good sake on a weekday from 3:00 p.m. I had a lot of fun getting drunk at a famous brewery and a brewery that I had never seen before. The most memorable one for me this time was the sparkling Awawa from Iida/Kikusui Sake Brewery. I've never experienced such a 🈚️ shuwa shuwa 🫧 ALC: 5 degrees. ALC: 5 degrees, this is champagne! I had a lot of things to do in Shimonoseki this week. After running some errands, I rented a car and drove to Shimonoseki→Chofu→Yuda Onsen Yuda Onsen ♨️ → Akiyoshido Cave → Hagi The guidebooks at each point of the tour were in four languages, which made me feel the age of the tour. At ♨️, we went to the Pacific puffer fish restaurant ➕ Toyo Bijin 🍶. Of course, I bought a Toyo Bijin and a Hagiyaki sake cup in Hagi! Shinshu Sake Brewery Tour Part 2 This week: Suwa Gozo Sake Brewery Tour + Mikotsuru ⛰️ Three ladies suddenly said "I want to go to Mt. So, we went to Suwa to see them. Suwa Gozo Sake Brewery Tour + Mikotsuru while the ladies were climbing Mt. I'm the driver so no tasting 😂. I got one cup and three bottles from each brewery 🍶. Off-line meeting with Jay & Nobby in Osaka 🍶. Jay & Nobby from Tochigi ❤️ No Tochigi sake in the store selection 😂. We started with Kurehaaru and ended with Akizuka 🍶. We got Akatombo and Fusa as a tribute to Tochigi ❤️ 🍶 Akatombo by Sakeran and Fusa by Rafa already posted 🍶 Akatombo's acidity is too subtle for my grandpa 🍶 I prefer Fusa. I prefer the tassel 🍶.
