⛰️ Grandma and Grandpa's First Trip to Yamagata It was a strange sensation to ride on the Yamagata Shinkansen 🚄 on a conventional train. First day, we went to the museum of Yamagata Sake "Yukemuri Yatai Tsumi" (hot spring stall), where we had a single drink and a 3-drink comparison 🍶. Ginrei-Gassan (Gassan) I liked the snow on Gassan 🍶. Day 2 ⛰️ follow grandma to Zao The attendant at the Echo Line toll booth said, "You can't see anything today because of the thick fog. On the way down, we miraculously saw the emerald green of the "cauldron" 👀. In the afternoon, we visited the brewery of Hanyo Otokoyama. The executive director gave us a tour and explanation of the brewery 🍶 and we went on a tasting tour 🍶. Daiginjo Tsuboten, a gold medal winning sake Junmai Daiginjo Akakaruboshi, Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai Special Honjozo Raijin, Special Junmai Sake Dewa Houjyo The gold medal winning sake was the most gorgeous and delicious 🍶 Grandpa took Sake Mirai back home 🍶. Grandpa took Sake Mirai home with him 🍶 On the third day, we went to Yonezawa 🚃 and had a Yonezawa beef lunch 🚃. We added another bottle of Toko, Junmai Ginjo, Dewa Sanzan and finished our trip to Yamagata 🍶.

March 15 (Sat) Sake Brewery Opening in Fushimi, Kyoto Tamakoku Opening + Fushimi Sake Fest 🍶 Tamakoku with Tamanomitsu and Jyuseki 👏. July 17 (Wed) Yomoyama-Nagano/Osaka I participated in the event 🍶. Happy to drink good sake on a weekday from 3:00 p.m. I had a lot of fun getting drunk at a famous brewery and a brewery that I had never seen before. March 2nd is the long awaited "Kansai Sake-no-wa" New Year's Party 🍶 Noon 15:00 - 3 hours all you can drink! Preparation 1️⃣Fushimi's Sake Fest Tamakoku Kurabiraki: Sake from Tamaokoku + Tamanomitsu 🍶 Tamaokoku Spring Label: Seasonal sake brewed with Kyoto's sake rice Shuku and Kyoto yeast Kyo no Hana. The aroma was elegant, the taste was delicious 🍶 Preparation 2️⃣Tasting of Shinkai and Sawanoi at Hanshin Department Store Preparation 3️⃣0nd party with 12 people at Fusae Kusunoki Omoya at Dai-san Building 4️⃣ Sake with Oji and 20 people started 1st party The staff was surprised by how much everyone drank ‼️ Grandpa is so far 🙏 5️⃣ The energetic 5️𠸿s healthy........ It was a fun day 🍶. Thank you Umaisan for arranging it 🍶.

Chichi-san arranged the Hakata meeting with Rika-san, Gura-san, and Chichi-san even though it was a weekday. ⛰️ grandma to ㊙️ to the venue, Hakata Tenkiya! We had a great time 🍶. Toast was "Hana-yosu Premium" Please check out Chichi's CI for more information about Hana-yosu 🍶. Grandpa's second drink was at Tanaka Rokugo from his hometown, Fukuoka!
