July 17 (Wed) Yomoyama-Nagano/Osaka I participated in the event 🍶. Happy to drink good sake on a weekday from 3:00 p.m. I had a lot of fun getting drunk at a famous brewery and a brewery that I had never seen before. The most memorable one for me this time was the sparkling Awawa from Iida/Kikusui Sake Brewery. I've never experienced such a 🈚️ shuwa shuwa 🫧 ALC: 5 degrees. ALC: 5 degrees, this is champagne! It was a pleasure chatting with the brewery staff, Pon-chan, Rabbit, and all the other volunteers. Thank you to all the volunteers for your kindness 🍶.

I participated in the Spring Tokaido Sake Brewery Tour again this year 🍶 On the 30th, I asked ⛰️ grandma to drive 🚗 and welcomed Mr. Nemuchi ➕ and Mr. Bouken We started from Jinkai and Fujimoto Sake Brewery I'm just following along from the back 🍶. I had a lot of things to do in Shimonoseki this week. After running some errands, I rented a car and drove to Shimonoseki→Chofu→Yuda Onsen Yuda Onsen ♨️ → Akiyoshido Cave → Hagi The guidebooks at each point of the tour were in four languages, which made me feel the age of the tour. At ♨️, we went to the Pacific puffer fish restaurant ➕ Toyo Bijin 🍶. Of course, I bought a Toyo Bijin and a Hagiyaki sake cup in Hagi! The blue color is rare for Hagi ware, and it seems to make my drink go further 🍶. I may have had a near miss in Shimonoseki with chikumo's post ⁉️ 🍶.

I'm back home a little early for the Bon Festival 🍶. I went to Choshu Sake Brewery in Amami 🍶. August is the month they take a year off from making sake. Toji Fujioka is also closed 😂. I had a short conversation with the brewer at his office and direct sales place. As a company, the brewing department will cease, but other real estate and other operations will continue. On Sunday the 14th, we went from Omi country to the sake brewery market in Mie over the Suzuka Pass on National Highway 1. ☔️, but we had a great time in the arcade area and the spacious venue 🍶. Tamitsu → Hanzo → Saku → Hokosugi → Kankoubai → Toichi → Shijimi clam soup Mie sake was delicious 🍶. We had a lot of fun talking with a group of 5 energetic locals who joined us at the table 🍶 I preferred Hokosugi in this tasting and took a bottle home 🍶 The guguimimi for the tasting will be available next time 🍶 I will join the event again 🍶. kino.san was drinking Penguin label Kanbongbai 🐧🙏.

April 15 (Sat) Off-line meeting of Kansai Sake-no-wa in Kyoto I was able to join the party despite my old age! Thank you Pon-chan, the organizer, for all the arrangements 🍶.
