It's been a while since I've been here! Sneak a post 🤫. This taste for ¥1375 ‼️ is a great 💦. Gutsy 💪 flavor and richness! I feel like I've been hit a couple of times 🤩. Double Gold Award ᾒ at the Milan Sake Challenge No wonder it won the Double Gold Award🥇 at the Milan Sake Challenge. I think it would go well with fish including sashimi, simmered dishes, kimchi and other dishes with a strong flavor and smell, sukiyaki, etc. 👍✨ Akan I hope ⁉️

Now, let's see what we have in store for you, 　Tenmei Nakadori series. 　to drink for the first time. 　from the first three bottles So I'll start with the first one, I will enjoy the full flavor of Kame-no-o 😋. It's delicious 😻❗️ The word "light" fits perfectly 😻 The supernatant, Nice aroma in the mouth and then in the nose👍. Starts with a fluty cemedine, It's almost like lychee, but far from it 🕺. If you mix in the Ori, It's a nice, mild, and delicious brew. You've really outdone yourself with Turtle Tail 🙌

Taiheizan Akita Prefecture Miyamanishiki Polishing ratio 59 With my mother, who is in her late twilight years and won't listen to me I prepared New Year's Eve soba noodles... We also prepared some side dishes (pickled fresh ginger and tetsu-peel)... Okay ❣️ start 🤤 Yummmm 💕 Just in time for the Junmai sake's badass flavor and cleanliness👍! Next up was ✨ by Michiko Oh my, bittersweet 🤩. A crisp sweetness followed by A little bittersweetness And a nice sharpness: 🙆‍♀️ Same ingredients, ⁉️ Very different 🤣 Put the two side by side Drink the right one, then the left one. Drink the left one, then the right one... You can drink endlessly 🤤.

4/15 in Kyoto, Japan 🥳 Off-line meeting in Kansai This moment has finally arrived 🎉. Probably all the attendees of the offline meeting I'm sure all the attendees at the offline meeting were pretending not to notice Aochan's proposal with full of energy 🤣, Ao-chan made a proposal with full of enthusiasm 🤣 "Is it bad if I order sundries? "Is it wrong if we order the sansho?" As expected, only 100 cc per group can be ordered. Aochan suggested that we should order only 100 cc. per group, And it was a miracle that we were the last to order 🤣. We were the last one to order 🤣 There were hands holding cups from the tables on both sides of us. and we shared them, It was a precious tasting session 🤣. Gorgeous aroma and elegant sweetness🌹. The wine is very pleasant to drink 🫧 and has a premium taste 👑. And a sense of premier 👑. The mood was at its best 💃🕺🕺. I was impressed when I drank NO.6 last year, It's a different feeling 😋😋.

Etsukaijin Personally, I think Yamahai should be warmed up ❗️ I'm a big fan of Yamahai because I think it's best when it's warmed up. It's so astringent😻 Warming it up makes it crisp and tight. Or, the outline becomes clearer. Aroma that is typical of Yamahai. The umami of Omachi. Seared food is good as a snack 😋.

We opened the first bottle of Risshun Shibori about two weeks later than the rest of the world 😄. It's a good omen for an early spring 🌸. To be honest, I was hoping for the Risshun Shibori from Meimon Shukai, but I thought this one would be good too ❣️ I see... The best thing about new sake, or quirks 😳 1) Freshness✨No doubt about it! 2) Gassy ✨Not pitchy, but tangy, like a low frequency on the tongue! 3) Woody ✨The aroma that climbs up your nose is woody! 4) Soft sweetness ✨Sweetness comes first, then a little dryness, and then it finishes! I'm not sure if these sensations are what the brewer had in mind. I don't know if these sensations are exactly what the master brewer had in mind. I'm not sure if these sensations are exactly what the master brewer wants, but they are quite enjoyable 🎵 I'm going to follow in the footsteps of my seniors and have a few more days to share 🙂. I'm looking forward to having it in the next few days 😋.
