Slightly subdued ginjo aroma with just the right amount of flamboyance.
The clear, clean mouthfeel, with a slight gassy sensation, spreads juicy flavor and sweetness, like biting into an apple, and finishes with acidity.
Zenkichi Junmai Ginjo Akiagari Yamae Nishiki
Rating 4.4
Rice used: Yamae-Nishiki, Polishing ratio: 55%, Yeast used: Nagano D
This product is brewed with Yamae-Nishiki rice grown by the brewer himself. It has a light sweetness, refreshing acidity, rice flavor, and sharpness.
The taste is mellow and convergent with a sharpness. Fruity, orange aroma.
I can now buy Zenkichi and Nakanori near me 😆.
I've always wanted to try Zenkichi😁.
Gentle aroma and gentle flavor.
Not too tiring to drink
Quite delicious ✨👍
At Sake Bar Nami in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Slightly fruity aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and juiciness of rice spreads all at once. Fresh and easy to drink.
Of all the alcoholic beverages I have had recently
Zenkichi is one of the most popular sakes I have had recently.
The balance is excellent, and the taste is sweet and refreshing, which I like.
It is sweet and refreshing.
It was a bonanza.
Kiso sake fits my blood.
I thought it might be a light type because of its slightly lower alcohol content, but it looked good so I bought it.
50-50-90%...is the rice polishing ratio 59%?
The label on the back says 55%...I'm not sure. I'm an amateur, so I guess I'll have to compare them at the same time to see the difference.
Rice grown by the president of the company
I don't care about such a tasty title (I don't care, I bought it because of it (lol)), but the sake, which seems to be full of love, was still very tasty.
The low alcohol content did not bother me at all.
It is delicious.
Sake best after opening the bottle.

We were attracted by the pop-up saying "Shimizuya, the president of Shimizuya, recently drank the No.1 wine" and took it with us.
It has a deep flavor that is hard to believe it is 13%, and the moderate acidity is perfect for the hot summer.
My friends gave it high marks. It is fun to encounter such a delicious sake.
Sakai Branch BBQ6
Sake I brought (2)
Sake I bought at a liquor store on the way to Wakata-san's house.
Low alcohol Zenkichi.
It's refreshing and not like the usual Zenkichi.
I haven't drank that many 😅
Sweet and sour
It's also good for a quick drink, but I think I prefer the usual Zenkichi which has a strong umami 🤔.
