I went on a business trip to Aomori the other day and brought this as a souvenir. I vaguely matched it with squid or tuna. I thought it was probably a local luxury sake. It was a very tasty and elegant sake.

Happy New Year everyone! I hope to drink a lot this year. This is my first post for the year 2026. This is my 401st bottle in total. It is a dry, sharp, food sake type to be paired with osechi, and I chose aluzoe to suit my father-in-law's and wife's tastes. The aroma is a gentle ginjo aroma. Mild on the palate Slightly umami on the inside The aftertaste is quite dry and sharp It was delicious and pleased me. Good 👍 This year I want to be able to make a choice considering the food and people to match it with✌.

Aizu Shuzo's Aizu Ginjo Nama Shu Arabashiri. The initial aroma is just a hint of sweetness, but once you take a sip, a soft sweetness and bitterness spreads. It has a clear, fresh, powerful flavor, and is crisp and clean. Although it is a ginjo-shu with alcohol, it is smooth and easy to drink, and the alcohol content is a little light at 15 degrees, so it is easy to enjoy and delicious. 😋♪

It is sweet with a hint of gas, just juicy while remaining on the palate, and just refreshing to drink. Among the Aizu Miyazumi that I have drunk, this is one that will remain in my memory. Personally, I think it goes well with miso soup like stewed pork.

Reasonable size of 180ml😋. It's a good sake for drinking only. Take it to a barbecue or camping I think it would be fun to have an outdoor sake party! 👍 Well, it's hard to go outside 😂. It has a fresh taste with a clean and refreshing flavor.

On New Year's Eve 2025, I drank with Shinshu Kamerei, a local Kantake from Saku City, Nagano Prefecture! It was dry but easy to drink and refreshing! ⭐️4 I am a beginner who started getting into sake this year, and through sake I was also able to rediscover the charm of my hometown, Nagano Prefecture 😆. I hope to continue my sake drinking throughout Japan next year 🍶. Thank you for your continued support next year!

The aroma of sweet rice...fruity...sweet in the mouth and with a crisp finish! It's a little bitter, but I don't mind it... but it's great for sipping on a glass of wine during meals or just sipping it on its own... it's really good.

The one I bought in Tsukuba and couldn't start drinking and brought back. Polished rice 60%. Color is pretty yellowish? Aroma is quite 🍋? It is sweet. The aftertaste is a bit characteristic, though it doesn't come on sharply. Does "raw" mean that the sake is unpasteurized? I feel like the taste changes with each sip...

This sake has a tangy, spicy mouthfeel, a light sweet taste, and a slight animal smell, which is what normal sake is all about. For me, it is a delicious sake.

Dry middle (Not too spicy. Easy to drink. Dry. You can drink it in gulps.) It is a kind of sake. My personal impression It goes very well with nameko mushrooms, and is indeed a local sake from Chiba.

I was wondering what the same company that did Tenka and Shihu would do with the Meimon Shukai now that they've taken over the business? I was wondering what they were going to do with the prestigious sake associations, and then they released it 😊. Slightly effervescent, sweet and sour. Is it white malted rice? It's so acidic that I thought it was white malted rice. It also has a slightly dry atmosphere. It has a unique taste, but it is delicious. I wonder if the product for the Meimon Shukai that was sold before was Yuyamanishiki, but instead of using Yuyamanishiki, they used Gohyakumangoku to separate it from Honami.

This is the annual Morohaku from Shiina Sake Brewery. The first bottle was actually opened last week on a trip with a customer 🤣I was too tongue-tied to review it🤣it was delicious ‼️ It was delicious and had a nice active effervescence...but today's second bottle is a little less effervescent and a little more sweet! The second bottle today was a bit more fizzy, but the sweetness of the malt was nice 🙌It's a sake that doesn't disappoint every year 👍Great 😆.

Tomikushin's Active Nigori to be drunk again this year I drink a lot of nigori sake this time of year, but for some reason, local nigori sake makes me unusually excited. Mixing and drinking while removing the air. When pouring it into a glass, the occasional solid particles fall out, which makes me even more excited! Fresh, creamy, yogurt, sloppy And yet it's easy to drink with a refreshing aftertaste. I think it's less sweet and more refreshing this year. All I have tonight is persimmon peas and sea chicken, but that's good enough for me. The only drawback is that we only have one bottle, but we'll enjoy it in smaller portions.

Last night was a get-together. We brought our own sake, assuming it wouldn't be too much since it was an all-you-can-drink course at an izakaya chain restaurant. (I got the restaurant's approval!) I bought my first bottle of Vice Shogun. The aroma is fresh and fruity. The mouthfeel is salty-sweet with a hint of sourness. The ginjo aroma becomes a pleasant aftertaste, and is finished off with a mild sourness and bitterness. I thought it was based on a light dry base, but I could feel Aizan's character, and it was very tasty. The fact that everyone who drank it gave it high marks probably indicates that they were paying attention to me. I also like the cost performance of Aizan's Junmai Daiginjo, which is under 2,000 yen! Thank you very much for your hospitality!
