I went on a business trip to Aomori the other day and brought this as a souvenir. I vaguely matched it with squid or tuna. I thought it was probably a local luxury sake. It was a very tasty and elegant sake.

Aizu Shuzo's Aizu Ginjo Nama Shu Arabashiri. The initial aroma is just a hint of sweetness, but once you take a sip, a soft sweetness and bitterness spreads. It has a clear, fresh, powerful flavor, and is crisp and clean. Although it is a ginjo-shu with alcohol, it is smooth and easy to drink, and the alcohol content is a little light at 15 degrees, so it is easy to enjoy and delicious. 😋♪

I bought it because my child's name has the character for virtue in it lol. I was surprised by the color when I put it in a glass. The best thing about this product is the fact that it is made in Indonesia. I'm not sure if I've had enough, so I opened this bottle, but my face is starting to go numb 🤪 lol

After a moment of sweetness, spiciness and sourness come at once. The assertiveness is modest, so it may be suitable as a food sake. I noticed after drinking 4 kinds of sake that I may not like the unique flavor common to all the sake breweries here.

It is sweeter than the other Shugetsu wines I've had. It is refreshing and fruity, but a little peculiar. The rice is probably Yamadanishiki. It is fruity and on the sweet side, but not fruity. This costs over 1000 yen for 300ml....

There is no description on the 300ml bottle, but according to the official website, it seems to be called Shiboritate Nama-nihan-shu. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy and is easy to drink. It is truly exquisite. I think it is similar to the Shiroshika Classics Limited Nama-Nihan-shu. It's definitely better than the first unfiltered draft I opened.

A bowl of oden at an oden shop in Shizuoka Station. I had no idea about this brand. The best part of traveling is being able to drink this kind of local sake with local food 😆. A little sweet and full, with a clean dry finish. It is not flashy, but there is no alcohol feeling that lingers in the throat and it is very smooth to drink 😄. It goes great with Shizuoka oden, which is a thick, dark broth with fishmeal, and if we weren't on a family trip, we would be drinking it endlessly 😅.... Also, I had a local B gourmet dish called "Motsuru Curry" for the first time, which was also very tasty👍👍!

Junmai one-cup of Koyoromo. This is the first time to drink Koyoromo. It is an orthodox Junmai sake, not heavy and refreshing, but it also has a hidden luster. I see that the brewery makes all of its sake from junmai sake. The label is Hiroshige's 53 Stages of the Tokaido, Nisaka.

Koshikoi Nama-zoi is a freshly stored sake. This is the first sake from Chiba. It is slightly sweet and surprisingly refreshing. I've never tried sake from outside of Chiba Prefecture before. I would drink it every day!

Last night was a New Year's party with a couple I met last year. We had dinner at a nice restaurant and then went to Kokubuncho. After the fourth bar, I finally had a chance to drink sake. I have known the owner of this sake bar on the outskirts of the city for about 25 years now. The lighting doesn't look like it's the kind of place you'd enjoy sake, but don't worry about that. The selection is quite good, so go for something you've never tried before. First up is Hiryu, the one with Tatsumi Fujinami's red towel. A dry sake with a refreshing yet tasty flavor, just like Mr. Shinzawa! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

My best friend gave me a small bottle to share with my last drink 😆👍. By the way, my best friend's wife recommended it to me. She likes it dry 😄. It's been a long time since I've had a dry sake, but I'm ready to try it💦. The aroma is fruity👍. I'm not a fan of too much dryness, but it was a good experience 🤗.

Last night was a get-together. We brought our own sake, assuming it wouldn't be too much since it was an all-you-can-drink course at an izakaya chain restaurant. (I got the restaurant's approval!) I bought my first bottle of Vice Shogun. The aroma is fresh and fruity. The mouthfeel is salty-sweet with a hint of sourness. The ginjo aroma becomes a pleasant aftertaste, and is finished off with a mild sourness and bitterness. I thought it was based on a light dry base, but I could feel Aizan's character, and it was very tasty. The fact that everyone who drank it gave it high marks probably indicates that they were paying attention to me. I also like the cost performance of Aizan's Junmai Daiginjo, which is under 2,000 yen! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

My Best Sake 🍶 since I first drank it a few years ago. Muscat, green apple 🍏. Mellow and the acidity bounces off the tongue. It's smooth, sweet and umami, and doesn't need any side dishes or accompaniments. Refreshing and fresh. This one bottle is just the kind of flavor that makes one's heart dance. It is perfect to drink on a nice, sunny day. It goes well with a party with friends. I'm going with this one! This is the sake that will make you make such a decision. Hodenasu is a dialect word, It's not really suitable as a gift, It's not really suitable for a gift, but it's a recommended sake that tastes so good that it becomes a hodenasu. LOL! It was a lot in November 2024, It's ok👍It's a good one, but I'm not sure if it's suitable as a gift or not. it's ok👍

Memorandum It looks like a classic type, but it's not. Slightly effervescent and refreshing but with a robust flavor and taste, it's not light but for some reason it's a dangerous one that goes down easy (P.S.U.M.). It's really a "hodenasu" 😅 Personal rating 7.5/10 points

It's a tag-team sake from Kadoden Brewery, which is also known as a metamorphosis of rice, and Hagino Brewery, which is known as one of the best sweet and sour brewers in Miyagi Prefecture. While the heady aroma is modest, the tangy gassiness gives the sake a strong umami presence. The sweetness and acidity typical of Hagino Brewery are also present. It is covered with lees and is very satisfying to drink! It is a dangerous sake with a sharpness that makes it easy to drink. Please don't abuse it. Sake comparison at home! We chose 3 kinds of sake from "Fukumitsuya", a long-established sake brewery in Kanazawa. Fukumasa Munune Junmai Dry, Nama Zume. This was the first sake made with black malted rice. I felt a bit salty, but I wondered if this was the richness found in sake made with "black koji"? Wind, Water, Man, Junmai 9 It is a junmai sake with an alcohol content of 9 degrees Celsius and a refreshing taste. I would like to drink it with pasta or Italian food! Fukumaso Sake: Hyoketsu Nama-Shu Dry With a sake alcohol content of +10%, it has a very strong sake taste! I would like to drink it with a salty meal and sip it while neutralizing the taste. It was interesting to compare the different types of sake and to see the difference between them. ☺️
