I went on a business trip to Aomori the other day and brought this as a souvenir. I vaguely matched it with squid or tuna. I thought it was probably a local luxury sake. It was a very tasty and elegant sake.

At the meeting to enjoy Hato Masamune held at Takumi-san in Saitama-shintoshin. I always buy a cup of Hakkouda Oroshi sake on my way back from Aomori and drink it on the bullet train, so it is very familiar to me. It has a smooth mouthfeel, but it has a lot of flavor. I was strolling around Fukushima-related stores to buy a gift for Mother's Day and to commemorate the end of Golden Work! I found this handy cup of sake 👍. When I opened the bottle, it had a clean sweet aroma of sugar cane. The mouthfeel is smooth with a round sweetness that sinks in. The mild umami has a banana-like flavor. The pungent spiciness comes from the clear taste. It has an astringent aftertaste that comes around the time of swallowing and an easy-drinking quality that disappears without a hitch, giving it a clean, calm taste without heaviness or clinginess! It is a beautiful and calm taste with no heaviness or clinginess! Don't underestimate it as a cup of sake...! This pleasant cup of Aizu Sake was so easy to drink that it made me feel again the power of Aizu Sake 😋.

National Sake Fair 2025㉓ Ibaraki Prefecture⑭ Nomura Brewery in Joso city. I thought that there would be a lot of XX beauty if I look for it 🤔. There seems to be a French restaurant attached to the brewery! I found out that the regular junmai ginjo has a more classic label. This one seems to be a modern type named "Grand", so I wonder if they are making a modern label? This sake won the Platinum Award at the 2017 KURAMASTER Sake Competition Polishing ratio 55% Yamadanishiki from Ibaraki 15.3% Sake degree +1 3000 yen Fruity and sweet but a little strange? Maybe the taste of Senhime is still in the boar's mouth😅. I forgot to take a picture, so I borrowed Nemuchi's picture.

Last night was a get-together. We brought our own sake, assuming it wouldn't be too much since it was an all-you-can-drink course at an izakaya chain restaurant. (I got the restaurant's approval!) I bought my first bottle of Vice Shogun. The aroma is fresh and fruity. The mouthfeel is salty-sweet with a hint of sourness. The ginjo aroma becomes a pleasant aftertaste, and is finished off with a mild sourness and bitterness. I thought it was based on a light dry base, but I could feel Aizan's character, and it was very tasty. The fact that everyone who drank it gave it high marks probably indicates that they were paying attention to me. I also like the cost performance of Aizan's Junmai Daiginjo, which is under 2,000 yen! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

I bought it because my child's name has the character for virtue in it lol. I was surprised by the color when I put it in a glass. The best thing about this product is the fact that it is made in Indonesia. I'm not sure if I've had enough, so I opened this bottle, but my face is starting to go numb 🤪 lol

There is no description on the 300ml bottle, but according to the official website, it seems to be called Shiboritate Nama-nihan-shu. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy and is easy to drink. It is truly exquisite. I think it is similar to the Shiroshika Classics Limited Nama-Nihan-shu. It's definitely better than the first unfiltered draft I opened.

A bowl of oden at an oden shop in Shizuoka Station. I had no idea about this brand. The best part of traveling is being able to drink this kind of local sake with local food 😆. A little sweet and full, with a clean dry finish. It is not flashy, but there is no alcohol feeling that lingers in the throat and it is very smooth to drink 😄. It goes great with Shizuoka oden, which is a thick, dark broth with fishmeal, and if we weren't on a family trip, we would be drinking it endlessly 😅.... Also, I had a local B gourmet dish called "Motsuru Curry" for the first time, which was also very tasty👍👍!

Smells like walnuts? Gorgeous cemedine, smell of alcohol after some time. Mild mouthfeel, then sweetness like three warm sugar, light pungency, aging aroma, as you swallow, the taste becomes milder, and gradually bitter from sweetness. Alcohol 20%, well 20% is intoxicating.

This is delicious. I sent a bottle of Yamagata wine to my cousin who lives in Nagoya, and this is my return gift. I'm satisfied with this sake because it has the feeling I like. It's good at room temperature. It rides softly on the tongue with a sweetness that flows easily. I like Halley's Comet.

My father bought it for me as a souvenir from his trip to Aomori. The nose has a faintly acidic aroma. In the mouth, there was a delicate acidity from the sake yeast and a calm, gentle sweetness and richness. It was a crisp sake, typical of Sakuta's special pure sake. It was delicious, but it was not so good when it was warmed up 🤔.
