Sakahomare from Fukui Prefecture, Polishing ratio 50%. Oh, it is modest, but certainly pineapple! It is both sweet and spicy. It has both acidity and umami. It has a unique character, yet it is right in the middle...! I like it very much, and it goes well with sake alone! It seems to go better with lighter dishes. ☺️ recommended!

At a liquor store I visited on my recent trip to Fukui, I was told that there was a sake called Urasoko from Hayaseura that my sister might like! I was told that the February release was no longer available, so.... I happened to find it at the store and was happy to be able to drink it 🍶. The next one is supposed to come out around June, so I made a reservation at a local liquor store: ⭐️

A good selection of Hayaseura products Purchase at Oka Sake Shop in Mihama Town The supernatant is bottled without filtration, The top clear sake is bottled without filtration and shipped after a single heat treatment. It is a seasonal product and we can't come to Mihama often. It is a seasonal product, and it is not easy to come to Mihama, so we will drink it by the bottle. It is made from 55% polished Gohyakumangoku rice. It is a beautiful sake with a light and clean taste. But the taste is unfiltered and full of flavor. but the flavor is unfiltered and full of umami. The fullness that is typical of Junmai and and clear aftertaste. With a fat firefly squid from Toyama It is a moment of bliss!

It's been a while since I've been back to Hayase ♡. I went to Takeuchi's that Termat told me about 🤭. First of all, the aroma is melon-like, with a hint of banana in the back! In the mouth, it is smooth, clean water, elegant and mild rice sweetness, a little bit of melon type sweetness 🤭 and finally super refreshing with a little bitterness! I wonder if the brew alcohol gives it a refreshing feeling? 😊 Maybe this is what I mean when I say it's a perfect food wine 😍👍👍 But in the end it's silky delicious and I can totally enjoy this on its own! "Tokusen Ginjo-shu is a blend of 100% Yamadanishiki and 100% Sakahomare (Kanazawa yeast) brewed separately." Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Polishing ratio: 50%. Ingredients: rice for sake brewing, rice malt, brewers' alcohol Yeast: Kanazawa yeast Alcohol content: 15%.

I got out my stock of one-cup sake and drank it while chatting with my dad about nothing else. Hayaseura Special Junmai Sake-Noten HAYASHI Limited Brewing The aroma of rice with a hint of sweetness, the mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, and the finish is slightly sweet with a refreshing aftertaste. As the title says, this is a private brand of Sake-no-Ten Hayashi, which is one of the best breweries in the area in terms of sake selection, and Miyake Hikoemon Shuzo, which brews "Hayaseura".

Wow, the aroma is gorgeous and sweet. It has a great umami flavor, but it's easy to drink and makes the cup go down. I like it a lot 😊. I went to the gym to whip my body into shape after a bike ride and came back even more beat up💦.
