A friend gave it to me as a gift, saying she liked it and drank it often.
Full-bodied and dry with a mellow flavor. An orthodox junmai sake. When drunk with a meal, the richness of the sake is hardly asserted and the umami of the rice can be gently sensed!
Rice polishing ratio→60
Alcohol content: 15%.
I bought this as a souvenir from Chichibu!
The 3rd day after opening the bottle is the best lol.
It goes well with snacks!
I had it in the morning lol.
I don't think it's that dry, but it's very mellow!
The alcohol content is 18%, which is the highest in a long time, but you don't feel the alcohol that much. The initial aroma is citrus without any sweetness.
The liquid has a slight yellowish tint, with long, clear legs.
Color is almost colorless and transparent.
The aroma is of rice and a slightly melon-like ginjo aroma
The taste is umami, but the bitterness is more pronounced than the sweetness, which is slightly different from the dryness of alcohol.
The lingering bitter aftertaste is good with meals.

I went on a tour🔫 targeting Masamune during the holidays 🤣.
Let's start with this one.
It has a refreshingly sweet banana🍌 type sweetness.
It seems to be alsobeaked but not harsh on the palate.
Nice Masamune👍.
Good evening, Hiro-san. How wonderful, the Masamune tour! I'm a Spitz fan, and I'm secretly hoping to do it someday. I'm sure you'll be able to help me out with all kinds of masamune 😍.
Thanks for your comment, Hirupeko😄.
Wait...Legendary Masamune 🤣 For some reason I only remember Robinson even though time has passed 😁.
I wonder if there will be a Spitz Masamune or something like that. I want to drink and get drunk and ride the winds of the universe🤗
The sake I received.
It's a refreshing umami junmai sake. When I was eating horse mackerel sashimi, I was drinking a different sake at first, but I thought it was too sweet and a bit different, so I switched to this one and it was the right choice.
Buko-Shuzo, Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan - HIYAROSHI (Hiyari-oshi)
This sake is a very robust and drinkable sake compared to the usual Hiyoroshi sake.
It has a strong, mature taste and goes well with strong-flavored snacks.
