The "Fuyu Hanabi" that we drank a while ago is now on sale, so we begged the Menshu King to send it to us again ✨.
We apologize for the inconvenience 🙇.
Winter Fireworks Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
The first day of opening the bottle
Gulping down a glass of sake
Tranquil, clear and fruity rice aroma, clear and subtle umami sweetness, a little bitterness and sweet aroma through the throat, long and pleasant aftertaste.
Mokkiri
It also has a clear rice aroma, a moist umami sweetness, a long pleasant aftertaste, and a sweetness that remains on the tongue at the end.
Both have a trip time of about 20 seconds.
Compared to the hi-ire sake, it is more like the fresh and clear umami sweetness from nama-zake than the characteristic sharpness.
2nd day
Gulping down a saké
The gorgeousness of the aroma and taste fades and the umami sweetness becomes more robust.
Mokkiri
The aroma also becomes less gorgeous, but the taste is more robust and especially the umami is stronger.
3rd day
Gulping down the sake
The umami has settled down and the sweetness has become stronger and mellower. The bitterness at the end is also stronger and fresher.
Mokkiri
The umami and sweetness have also mellowed, and there is no bitterness at the end, but a mild aftertaste.
It may be a little like "Hanayo" 🤔.
4th day
gulping down a glass of wine
Umami fades but sweetness remains, bitterness afterward becomes stronger.
Mokkiri
The assertion of the flavor is considerably reduced, and it is easy to drink, with a slight bitterness at the end.
I enjoyed the process like Pon-chan since it's a bottle of sake ✨.
This time we greatly exceeded our comments💦.
Thank you so much, Noodle Sake King 🙇.
I'll send you some more sake from Fukui to drink 😁.
The fourth one is Fukui's soul food [Sauce Katsudon] 🍴.
Good morning, Mr. Jive!
I see you are enjoying the raw ver of the sake that started the sake swamp 🎵.
It's easy to see how the days have passed, and it looks like you're enjoying the mellowness and taste changes ✨.
Sauce katsudon is also very hearty 😋.
Hi Gyve 🐦.
I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the change when it comes to raw sake in a bottle 😉 and that you were able to finish it in 4 days 😆👍.
I love Sauce Katsudon ❣️ I haven't had it in a while 😋.
Hi Gyve 😃
I'm looking forward to this one as it's my first one ❗I'm also looking forward to it as it's my first one 😊I've heard rumors about Fukui's Sauce Katsudon🐷🐷🤤 Looks delicious 🎵🤤.
Good morning, Gyve 😃.
If you take the time to enjoy a good drink, 500 words won't be enough to describe the taste 🤗.
I'm writing a rambling 600 words 😳how to cut down 100 words 😅 I keep repeating this 😆.
Hello, ma-ki-san!
When I first tried "Fuyu Hanabi", there was no draft version available, so I asked Mr. Menshu-Ou to make one for me.
I'd like to try it again ✨.
Hi Pon!
It's tough to open a bottle all at once, so I've adopted the style of drinking every day until it's empty, which I don't usually do ✨I personally like the first and third days 😋.
I have to eat local specialties at least once a year!
Hello, Mr. Noodle King ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
Thank you very much for your effort 🙇.
Let's talk about the story behind this one next time we drink together 🤣.
I think you are doing a great job today with 5 thin sauce cutlets for 850 yen 😁.
Hi Jay & Nobby!
This time the review alone was over 600 words and I had to correct a lot of the words because it was hopeless when I connected the pillow words 😅.
I'd be grateful if I could use about 1,000 words for a monthly fee ✨.
It's spring-like high temperatures in March.
The snow in the garden, which at one time was more than 50 cm thick, has melted to about half of its original size, and we can feel the end of winter 😁.
Last night, February 28th, was the new moon 🌚.
Let's open a bottle of wine on this moonless, slightly warmer night 🍶.
Hitakami Junmai Ginjyo Usunigori Nama Shu (light nigori sake)
First time to drink "Hikkami" ✨ despite having chosen a lot of fish for the entrée!
The ooze was going down nicely, so we mixed the top clear liquid with the light nigori and compared the two by switching sake cups 😋!
[Gugumi-nomi]
The supernatant
The aroma of mellow and sweet rice, the umami that flows smoothly into the mouth, the sweetness and sharpness, the clean and sweet aftertaste similar to that of rum, and the light bitterness that lingers on the tongue.
When the oriki (oriental herb) is mixed in, it adds impact to the umami, but the impression of freshness remains the same.
[Mokkiri]
◯The top clear layer of rice.
The aroma is cool and sweet with a hint of rice, and the mouthfeel is reminiscent of soda or cider, with a refreshing and crisp umami and sweetness that finishes with a refreshing and pleasant aftertaste.
When the orikomi is mixed, the umami also increases, but the refreshing sweet and clean aftertaste remains the same, and you can't stop yourself from having another cup.
I wanted to pair it with fish, so I served it with Ehime kanpachi sashimi and Shizuoka bonito tataki. 🐟️
The fourth one is a limited time only [Curry Ramen] 🍜 with crunchy onions 😋 from [Rairaitei].
I topped it with wontons, but it was the right choice to add a small rice and eat it in the soup after finishing the noodles 🤔.
Hello, Mr. Gyve!
I'm so glad you enjoyed the Hidakami light nigori 😁.
Gyve-san has an image of fish, so hikakami is a perfect pairing 🎶.
Curry ramen is a bit fascinating 😋.
Good morning, Jive 😃!
Congratulations on your first day of Takami with a light nigoride 🎉Kochira has a strong sense of deliciousness 😋We have a complete Hidakami = Sushi or Sashimi mouth 😋.
Hi Gyve 🐦.
Light nigori, it's nice to have some remnants of winter 😊I'm not sure which one I'll drink again 😁.
I'll keep small rice in mind 😆👍 since Raigai Tei is the closest ramen shop to my house.
Good evening, Maru-san 🌛.
The rumored "Hidakami" goes perfectly with fish 😋.
It's interesting to taste the different sake cups 😁.
They seem to be the same, but when you feel the difference, it sparks your curiosity ✨.
The only problem is that it requires more washing up!
Hi, Hanapin-san 🌛.
It's delicious to make curry udon with leftover soup stock from home curry 😁.
I'm adding more green onions since this one is customizable with more green onions for free ✨.
The texture is crunchy and crunchy 🍜😋.
Good evening, ma-ki-san 🌛.
I have recently found a restaurant that carries "Hidakami" so I finally got to try it 😁.
I love curry ramen 🍜.
I like curry ramen 🍜 but the problem is that there are not many restaurants that serve it 🤔.
Hi Pon, good evening 🌛.
Finally started working on the sake I bought at the beginning of the year💦.
This ramen chain is the pride of Shiga 😁.
More negi is a must, but if you're worried about the quantity, you can have mini ramen and a small rice ✨.
Invited by my in-laws to Ashihara Onsen [Grandeur Hosen], there are two types of sake available for dinner, so let's have a glass of this one after the "proprietress".
Onisakuza Junmai Sake Junmai Kanzake.
The sake has a clean rice aroma, a clear and clear flavor, a smooth finish, and a shallow and pleasant aftertaste.
It was delicious cold, but as the label on the back says, the brewery recommends heating the sake 🤔.
I feel like the all-you-can-eat all-you-can-drink policy has the disadvantage of not having a wide variety of sake 💦.
This is the main brand of Kubota Shuzo, the brewer of the previous "Onna" sake, and the lineup also includes Maruoka Castle, a honjozo named after the old Maruoka town where the brewery is located, and Junmai Ginjo "Isshu Keijo" (Junmai Ginjo) ✨.
The food is of excellent quality, with dishes such as Wakasa beef steak, which belongs to the same A5 grade as Matsusaka beef, and sashimi and sushi using the freshest local fish, and rare parts are served without announcement, so it is fun to visit the buffet corner often 🥰.
I brought my own sake because I thought it would be lacking, but after returning to my room and lying down, I fell asleep until morning 🤣.
I must have been exhausted😅.
Good morning, Gyve 😃.
I'm curious about all inclusive inns 🤔I'm sure it would be great to stay at one with plenty of sake and heated sake too 😊I'm sure I'll fall asleep too whatever it is 😆.
Hello Jay & Nobby ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
This inn has some great aspects such as unlimited beer drinking from check-in until 9:30pm, but there's a possibility that it's not your favorite, so it's a good or bad thing💦.
I'd love to find such an inn ✨
Last weekend was a three-day weekend when the cold wave had abated. On Saturday and Sunday, I worked onsite at events from early morning until late at night, returning home shivering from the cold and exhausted 😵.
The week before that, I had also worked on site in the cold, so my accumulated fatigue reached its limit. On the last day of the three-day weekend, my in-laws had invited me to a hot spring, so the whole family went to Ashihara Onsen, a hot spring in the backcountry of Hokuriku. ♨️
The hotel we stayed at this time, Grandeur Hosen, is an all-inclusive hotel that includes accommodation and all-you-can-eat breakfast and dinner, and has been gaining popularity lately, especially through word of mouth for its delicious dinners✨.
Now, let's have a taste of the sake that was served with the all-inclusive dinner 🍶.
The sake is called "Onnajo Dry Junmai Ginjyo Nama Storage."
The aroma of the rice is full and delicious, the taste is smooth and smooth, the aftertaste is clean and gentle, and the bitterness is felt on the tongue at the end.
This bottle is made by the "Proprietress's Association" made up of the proprietresses of the inns in Ashihara Onsen, who participate in rice cultivation and sake brewing, and serve and sell this bottle at each inn.
[All the proprietresses participating in the proprietresses' association are certified sake tasters, and are playing a role in promoting local tourism, which is on the rise with the opening of the Shinkansen bullet train 😁.
Brewed by Kubota Sake Brewery in Sakai City, which is adjacent to Awara City.
Hi Jive 😃
Thank you for all your hard work over the holidays: 🙇♀️
The onsen on your last day was a wonderful treat for you and your family 🥰The proprietress is a sake taster! Cool 👍and dry 🍶Town is very lively and nice ❣️
Hi Jive, good evening.
Thank you very much for your work in the cold weather🍀.
A hot spring hotel and sake is a good cure for such a cold and tired body. ♨️
I am only interested in the sake that the proprietress, who is a certified sake taster, participated in 😊.
Good evening, Gyve-san 🦉.
The hot spring and sake will be a perfect match for your tired body. ♨️ I thought it was a perfect brand for an onsen ryokan, and I see that the sake is made by the proprietresses who are sake tasters 😳It will surely be delicious with the food😻
Good evening, Mr. Gyve 😃.
It's a true connoisseur of sake to do a proper sake review during an inclusive stay like a reward after a hard day's work: ☺️
I've seen you on social networking sites and you have a lot of pressure when it comes to sake 😊.
Hello, HinaHanaMama!
This time of year, we often work in venues that are not heated, so the hot springs soak up the cold. ♨️
I'm sure you'll enjoy the sweet taste of the "Onna" (female owner), so why don't you take the bullet train and come to eat crab? 🤣
Hi ma-ki, I'm sorry to hear that you had to work in a refrigerator-like environment for two whole days.
We worked for 2 whole days in a refrigerator-like environment with a venue temperature below 10°, so it was more soaked. ♨️
It's an interesting experiment to brew your own sake that you recommend to tourists 😁.
Hello, Pon-chan ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
The association was originally formed to promote the local community, but it became famous after it made a nationwide tour and media exposure in hopes of recovering from the reputational damage caused by the past Russian tanker oil spill ✨.
Please try it with crab 🥰!
Hi Aladdin!
I'm very grateful that I can drink as much as I want because the actual price of "The Proprietress" is a little bit drunken 😁.
I think one of the reasons for the pressure is that the title of the book is written by a monk of Eiheiji Temple 🤣.
February 20 was our wedding anniversary and also the day of our biannual health checkup this year✨.
My wife and I will go out to dinner again, but first we celebrated the day with a bouquet of flowers and her favorite Japanese sweets 🎁!
I can't believe that it's already been a year 😁Let's have a drink to commemorate the occasion 🍶.
Shiratakesen Junmai Sharikuchi Shinkoku Nama
I got hooked on Hakugakusen from the old "Hakugakusen Limited Edition", but it was this "Shinkoku Nama" that got me even further into the swamp.
[The gulping cup.]
The aroma of rice with a hint of sourness, the feeling of gas on the tip of the tongue, the fresh and soft umami, and the soft and gentle aftertaste, and the aroma of rice that rises softly.
[Mokkiri.]
A cool, full rice aroma, a slight gassy feeling on the palate, and a fresh, soft, gentle umami and acidity that finishes with a refreshingly soft and gentle aftertaste.
A perfect fusion of the softness of nama-shu, the umami of junmai dry sake, and the acidity typical of "Hakugakusen"!
I knew this was going to be good!
As we didn't have any fish to get drunk on, we had grilled beef ribs on a ceramic plate!
The sweet fat of the beef, the soft umami mouthfeel, and the sharpness and lingering acidity go well together 🥰.
The fourth one is "Kamo Nanban" at Kyoya, a handmade soba restaurant with stone-ground noodles 🦆🍜, a seasonal treat.
Since it was the end of my medical checkup, I splurged on lunch this day 🥰.
In honor of reaching 500 check-ins, the "Hakugakusen" will be another ✨.
Happy wedding anniversary, Gyve 🍾Your medical checkup is over and you can drink without any worries 🤗It looks delicious even if it's not the Hakudakesen 😋For your information, my cholesterol was over the limit at my tri-monthly checkup😓.
Happy wedding anniversary, Jive 🎉㊗️
The bouquet gift 💐 is wonderful ❣️💓
I also still remember the impression I had when I strongly felt "Sake is made from rice" at Hakudakesen Kyokurugi❗️
I'm ready to drink it again 😃.
Jive 💖Happy wedding anniversary 🎉㊗️Hakugakusen to decorate your precious anniversary, I feel Jive's love for you ‼️ I also want to drink it after a long time! I wish I could find a true red raw 😍.
Happy wedding anniversary, Jive 🎉!
It's February and the day before Mr. Jaive's for me too.
Is it some kind of anniversary when Mr. Jaive has a Hakudakesen? I think, "What's the occasion?
That's how much you love Shiratakesen and your wife 😊.
Hi Jive, good evening.
Happy wedding anniversary🎉!
It's a very emotional and important day for you as a couple ✨.
And of course, the celebratory sake is Hakugakuzen! That's a quintessential choice: ⤴️
I'd like to drink it someday!
Good evening, Mr. Jive😄.
Congratulations on your wedding anniversary 💒🎊🎉㊗️ the more numbers you add, the more you realize that the bond between you and your wife grows stronger 🥰Mr. Jive, you never forget to give a gift without fail, that's great💕Long and happy days to you ❣️
Hi Jayve, good evening 🌃😀.
Happy wedding anniversary 🎉Happy anniversary 🎉After my health checkup, I had a bottle of Hakudakesen crimson 😊Shaa's special sake 🍶´- isn't it👍I've had it once myself and it is a delicious drink 🥳.
Good evening, Mr. Jive😄.
Congratulations on your wedding anniversary: ㊗️
I haven't found the real crimson yet, but your review makes me want to drink it more and more 🤤.
Good evening Gyve 🍶.
I am also a biannual checkup group 😌.
This year I was able to buy a bottle of crimson raw sake and I'm looking forward to savoring it 😊.
Good morning, Gyve 😊.
Happy wedding anniversary 🎉!
I also drank the crimson raw sake you recommended 😋Thank you! Reading this, I feel Gyve's love for Hakugakuzen again 🥰.
Hi Jive 😃
Congratulations on your wedding anniversary 💍🎉Time really flies by year by year, doesn't it😌.
And it's great that you have prepared a bouquet of flowers 💐 and Japanese sweets for this milestone 👏 We only have Tochigi sake 😆.
Happy wedding anniversary, Jive 🎉💍💍.
I feel the celebration in Hakudakesen ✨that's a lot of layers 😂 so to celebrate like this year after year, is wonderful 😊👍✨.
Happy wedding anniversary, Jive 🎉㊗️
I would like to try the fresh and delicious Makubi Nama 🤤, but the liquor stores that used to carry arabashiri don't carry it anymore 😂.
Hi, Takku1030 ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
Thanks to the black vinegar I started drinking last year, I finished my checkup with almost normal values 😁.
The release of the commemorative "Hakudakesen" is quite late, so I'll see you later.
Hi shinsaku3!
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
I like plants, so my gifts are basically combined with Japanese sweets, but I change the florist and the Japanese sweets shop every time to see the reaction 🤣.
Hi, Pheho ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
I'm sure you've been posting commemorative postings, which is making "Shiratakesen" more and more special 💦.
I'm looking forward to seeing how you and shinsaku3 pair it with "crimson" 😁.
Hi Maru ☀☀☀☀☀☀.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
Happy wedding anniversary to you too, Maru-san!
My wife likes it too much 🤣I've been thinking lately that I need to start drinking some more "Hakudakesen" on a regular basis 😁.
Hi ma-ki-, ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
We had a discussion about which anniversary to choose, the day of the registry or the day of the ceremony, but now we are all set on the day of the registry 😁.
It is an intoxicating opportunity to express our gratitude that we usually can't express.
Hello, Noodle Wine King ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
I feel like I need a reason to drink "Hakugakuzen", but it makes me feel special when I drink it 😁.
I'm sure I will feel the passage of time at every milestone from now on!
Hi Maechen!
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
[The coloring is surprising, but the taste is mild compared to the color claims 😁It was a simple checkup, but I'm still interested in the results 💦.
Mr. Jive.
Happy wedding anniversary 🎉!
If you take good care of your wife, you can drink good sake 😘Look at the label, it doesn't look like Hakudakesen, it looks like a red comet 🤣.
Hello, Matsuchiyo-san ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
Oh, you got the "Shinken"? I see you got the "Shinken raw" 😁.
I'm looking forward to your review to see what you think of it ✨.
Hi Takashi ☀☀☀.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
I think it's not good that I only recommend it to others and never review it myself 😁.
I will continue to share the charm of "Hakugakusen" as much as I can 🥰.
Hi Jay & Nobby ☀☀☀.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
We still can't show the same outstanding combination as you two, but we'll keep working on it together 😁.
Hello Pon, ☀☀☀☀☀.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
Actually, I drink "Hakugaku Sen" often at the store, but I didn't post it because I have already reviewed the brand 🤣.
I'm glad you made it through another year, that's what we both think.
Hello Kotaro ☀☀☀☀.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
What a surprise! That's too bad 💦.
In addition to the "Crimson", we also have other recommendations such as "Umimatsu" and "Kurotetsu", so please try them again when you find them ✨.
Hi Koizo ☀☀☀☀☀.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
I think of "Hakugakusen" as a "white meteor" Gundam, but this is a "red Gundam" or "Gundam for Casbal" ✨.
Drinking at Fushimi Underground Mall until the bus leaves 🤣
[After leaving Wazake Tachiton Myoukyou, we went to Yoigetsuya near the subway entrance for another drink 🍶.
I saw "Hana-yoso" as today's hidden sake, so I ordered it immediately✨.
Hanahayokyu Ginpu Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu.
It's been a long time since I've had "Hanahyokyu" 🥰!
Fruity and floral sweet aroma from the moment it is poured, sweet and delicious flavor that flows into the body as if it permeates the mouth, and floral sweet and pleasantly long aftertaste!
A simply delicious bottle that leaves no other comment but "delicious, delicious"!
Served with [Sakura Yukke] and [Ham Katsu] ✨.
I was surprised at the taste of the "Kahayo Yoku Ginpu" that was brought by Usagoten at a past off-line meeting.
We slept until we arrived at the bus on the way back 🤣.
Good morning, Mr. Jive!
Last but not least, the hidden sake Hana-yosu was a great way to end the trip: ⤴️
I want to try it at least once in my life ✨.
I hope you had a great time drinking this time too 💤.
Good morning Mr. Jive!
Thank you for a fun sake trip and stocking up on sake 😊 Great to finish off the day with a hana yang 👌.
I remember drinking the same one at the offline meeting and it was delicious😊.
Looking forward to your sake posts 😊
Good morning, Gyve 😃.
I love ❗️ good food and good drinks at unknown places on the road 😆.
I did a day drinking trip myself the other day and Gyve's post made me want to go back 🤣.
Good morning, Jive 😃.
It's amazing that you can write so much on the same day of a full bus🚌transportation drinking activity ‼️ 😳Bang up live is great👍
Hi ma-ki-chan!
I found a store that has drunken sake in the last 🤣.
I'm not sure if you can find it in Kinki and Chubu area 😅.
My ultimate goal is to drink "Huayouyasu" at home ✨.
Hi Ao-chan!
I'm the kind of person who is curious to see what they have on tap when the sign says "Hidden Sake Available" 🤣.
The price was a bit steep, but I couldn't help but ask for it considering how delicious it was 🥰.
Hi Hiro!
It's fun to go out drinking away from where you usually live 🥰.
I love to go out and enjoy the local sake, snacks and characteristics of the area ✨.
When you feel like going, it's your cue to go 😁.
Hi Jay & Nobby ☀☀☀☀!
We had a little bit of trouble drinking beer on the bus, but other than that, it was a very satisfying drinking experience ✨.
I'm trying to keep track of the places we drank as much as possible, so I'm trying to post in real time 🤣.
Thanks for the travel sake live report, Jive 😊.
You had a lot of drinks 😁 each of them delicious drinks & food, I can see how fulfilling it was ✨You had a good one at the end 😉.
Good morning, Pon, ☀☀☀☀☀☀.
Sorry for the late reply 🙇.
I found a place I was interested in with a selection of Shinshu sake, but it was far from downtown so I gave it up this time 😅.
I'm very happy to finally drink "Hana-yoku" ✨.
[Another round of drinks at the Japanese Sake Tachiton Myojin.
Motobun Junmai Ginjo Tsukishita Bijin Yeast
Floral aroma is hard to describe.
Aroma and lingering image a little like tequila 🤔.
[After leaving Daijin, I went to the Fushimi Underground Shopping Center.
We explored the underground shopping mall, which is said to be the oldest in Nagoya, and had a drink at one of the stores we entered.
Miyoshikiku Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Shu Orikagarami Omachi
The aroma is serene and sweet, and the mouthfeel is moist with a sweet umami flavor that finishes with a lingering sweetness of rice, typical of orikarami.
I think I should have compared it with "Aizan" that was with the bottle 🤔.
Good evening, Mr. Jive😄.
I see you are enjoying your drinks in Nagoya ❗️ on the highway bus 🚌 ☺️ The restaurant looks nice and the label of this Miyoshikiku is very nice 💓 The atmosphere matches with the restaurant. Just the atmosphere looks delicious😋.
Hi HinaHanaMama!
I usually go by car, but this time I decided to take the express bus because I wanted to do some drinking 😁.
I took this photo close to the subject to avoid the reflection of other passengers, so it may not be what you imagine.
Hi kan!
I think I took a little too many beautiful shots 😅.
It doesn't show the atmosphere of Nagoya's oldest underground shopping center, so it will be a gap for those who don't know it 🤣.
[The next drink I had was a brand of cold sake that I had not yet drunk.
Kamotsuru Ginjo Murasaki.
Fruity and sweet rice aroma, fresh and gentle on the palate with a clean sweet umami, followed by a clean and sweet aftertaste.
The third picture shows the heating area at the restaurant and a four-door barrel of "Kamotsuru Barrel Sake".
The fourth picture is the last dish [oyster gratin] 🥄.
Hi Jive, good evening😊.
Kamikaku, they sell it at Bic Camera, but there are so many varieties that I'm not sure which one is the best 😅.
I heard it's fruity so I'll try it when I see it 😁.
Good evening Mr. Jive 🍶.
When I went to Nagoya last fall, I didn't go to Daijin-san because I heard they didn't have any sake from Aichi, but that oyster gratin looks delicious 😊.
Hello bouken!
This was my first time drinking this brand and I thought the quality of the sake was suitable for a land with abundant water 😁.
Please give it a try ✨
Hi, Matsuchiyo-san!
[I was surprised to find out that the only sake from Aichi is "Kamotsuru", which is a limited-time-only sake 😅.
However, the atmosphere and interesting system of the izakaya is worth experiencing ✨ if you visit Nagoya again!
[Leaving Sakatsuya, I went to the former Museum of Fine Arts, Boston in Kanayama to see the "Giant Robots of Japan" exhibition.
From there, we went on a tour of liquor stores, including the main store of Sake Sendo Horiichi, and ended up at one of Nagoya's most famous izakayas (Japanese-style pubs).
[Oijin Honten, a restaurant that is mentioned in Mr. Kazuhiko Ota's books as one of the most famous izakayas in Nagoya.
Of course, we had a glass of this izakaya.
Kamotsuru Barrel Sake
[This sake is said to be limited edition and is served hot.
The aroma of rice flavor rises softly, and the mouthfeel is gentle and delicious, with the aroma of hinoki cypress, which is typical of barrel sake, and then it finishes with a lingering wooden aroma that brings out the best.
The four-ton barrels were emptied in one night, and the sake is so popular that it is shipped in from Hiroshima every day!
The warming staff warms the sake at the perfect time, which is also very intoxicating!
The octopus stew was served with the delicious flavor of octopus and the dashi broth, which made the sake go down endlessly!
The entrée is served buffet style, with freshly prepared dishes being served as they are served.
The fun of going to get your own entrée and finding the right one for your sake is truly a wonderland for sake drinkers 🎢!
Good evening, Mr. Jaive 😃.
Yes, speaking of Mr. Gyve, it was a live check-in drinking terror 🤣.
I've never heard of this place before, but it's an awesome place just by looking at their website 🍶.
I'd love to visit ☺️, it's like a drinker's paradise 😊.
Good evening, Mr. Gyves.
I am proud to say that I have been to my fair share of izakayas that are considered great restaurants, but there has never been one where I felt that everyone was really enjoying their drinks with a great deal of enthusiasm. A true great restaurant ✨
Hi Aladdin!
In Mr. Kazuhiko Ota's book, he wrote that "Daijin Honten" is the pinnacle of izakaya (Japanese style pub).
The fact that the restaurant opens at 3:45 p.m. and is almost fully booked right away is a testament to its popularity!
Hello Jurian!
Everyone is enjoying their drinks at their own pace and with the people around them without making too much noise, that bright and bustling atmosphere is really cozy and intoxicating 🥰.
You can't miss this place when you come to Nagoya ✨.
Hi Jive 🐦.
I can't tell you how many times I've seen you on Ota's show 🥹I'm really jealous of you😊I'm amazed you were able to get in 😳👍and whatever you put in, it's a great restaurant✨.
I came to Nagoya on a highway bus for the first time in over 20 years✨
Since the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen line, access from Hokuriku to Nagoya has become worse, and the original highway buses have increased their service and expanded their routes, so the estimated time required from my hometown is about the same as 30 minutes, and the highway bus is half the price.
After getting off at Nagoya station, I went to Takashimaya, Mitsukoshi, Nagoya IMADEYA, and then to Sakae, the center of Nagoya.
Kuromatsu Shiraga Honjozo Nama-Stored Sake
The aroma is mellow and mildly alky, with a hint of sweetness and a clean, crisp flavor that fades away as soon as you taste it.
The restaurant recommends [Tuna Sashimi] 🐟️
The fresh, gentle and refreshing flavor that does not interfere with the deliciousness of the tuna goes well with the intoxicating taste.
This restaurant was featured on the official website of Sapporo Lager Beer [Akaboshi Tanteidan], so in a sense, it is a "sacred place for Akaboshi." If you dip the restaurant's recommended [shrimp cutlet] in the sauce of [beef tendon baked on the bank], you will have an original Nagoya-meshi that is not on the menu 🤣.
Now, let's see how far we can go with real-time updates 😁.
Hi Jive 😀
We visited Atsuta Shrine in Nagoya first thing in the morning and then started our sake brewery tour in Mie, so we must have been on the wrong thread 🤣.
We really wanted to stop by a sake shop in Nagoya, but we had to give up because there was no room in the cellar 😅.
Hello, Jive-san!
I see you are in Nagoya this time for sake activities 🎵.
I remember going there before I got into Nagoya Sake ⤴️
I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of sake you'll be drinking 😁✨.
Hi Yasubeyesan!
I was actually thinking of having lunch there at first because there is a Chinese restaurant next to Atsuta Jingu that I used to frequent when I was a student 😁.
[I'm sure you'll be able to find a good selection next time ✨.
Hi ma-ki-chan!
I spent my school days in Nagoya, but I didn't have much drinking experience, so I went to an art exhibition that I wanted to see 😁.
Well, I drank a lot this time too 🤣.
Hi, Mr. Noodle Sake King ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
When I was a student, I used to drink at home all the time, but now that I'm a drinker, I find a different charm when I go there 😁.
The red miso culture including miso katsu, eel, kishimen noodles, pasta with starchy sauce, and many other delicious gourmet foods!
This weekend, the temperature rose and the snow melted at once, but the cold wave is expected to hit again next week, so I am dreading the days of shoveling snow again😅.
Well, I'm going to take a moment to reset my mind since the problem that has been bothering me recently has been solved and a new problem has come up and I still feel like I'm going astray 🍶.
Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Namaishu Gohyakumangoku
Nabeshima" is not easy to drink in my hometown ✨.
I got it at Takakura when I was in Osaka for an offline meeting in November 😁.
[Gugumi-nomi]
The aroma is slightly sweet like a melon, and the sweet umami flavor flows into the mouth smoothly, and the sweet taste lingers after it finishes.
[Mokkiri]
A cool, melon-like sweet aroma, a slightly umami-dominated mouthfeel, then a sweetness that seems to seep in, followed by a long, sweet, pleasant aftertaste.
The melon-like aroma is typical of Nabeshima, and the sweetness that seeps in is delicious.
The second dish was locally caught Spanish Mackerel Sashimi.
The fourth one is "Curry with Pork Knead" by "Curry Gates Dandada" (🍛), a dish that makes your liver work harder.
The spice curry is easy to eat with the sweetness of onions 😋.
Hi Jive 😃
Thank you for your daily struggle with the snow☃️🙇♀️
It sounds like you have a lot more to deal with than that 💦It's important to reset your mind☝️I hope Nabeshima makes you feel better ✨I actually drank a different Nabeshima the same day 🥰....
Hi Jive, hello.
I'm afraid of a cold wave next week 😥.
Take care🍀.
Mr. Kozo I have to go this year too: ⤴️
You look outstandingly delicious again, Nabe-sama 🎵.
I haven't had gohyakumangoku yet and would love to try it 😊.
Hi Gyve 😃.
I hope the cold snap 🥶 is not too bad again after this warm weather 🙏 I hope the snow won't be too bad 🙏 What a great way to work on your liver 🥹!
I'm getting a mouthful of curry 🍛!
Good morning, HinaHanaMama ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
The snow has settled down and I just hope the next cold wave won't be too snowy 🙏.
It's really a headache to have so many troubles going on already, mainly in terms of expenses 🥲💸.
Good morning, ma-ki!
[I heard the lunch at the restaurant space attached to Kozo is delicious, so be sure to check it out ✨.
I was very impressed with the selection of Nabeshima products, as I have never seen such a large selection 🥰.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby!
I have a very strict drinking day and not drinking day, but the spiced curry I eat on my rest day is full of turmeric and soaks my liver 🤣.
I thought they said before that we were having a once-in-a-decade cold snap 💦.
February 12 was the February full moon [snow moon], but thick clouds prevented the moon from showing its face. 🌨️
In such a case, let's have a "moon-viewing drink tonight" 🌕️🍶 while looking at the [moon charm and red seal] I was given last month 😁.
This time, open this bottle and enjoy a glass of sake 🍶.
Tazake Tokubetsu Junmai-shu.
I was interested to know that Mr. Rafa papa drinks several bottles of this sake a year, so I got it this time!
[The gulping sake.]
The aroma is full and sweet, with a melon-like rice aroma, and the mouthfeel is smooth and sweet with a pleasantly long finish that is full and pleasant.
[Tsuki no Oubai]
A full, cool, sweet rice aroma; the mouthfeel is equally refreshing, with a light umami sweetness that quickly fades to a pleasantly long finish; a slight bitterness that is easier to identify than in a gugurami.
Wow~ what a delicious taste!
The balance is such that you will never get tired of it, while still feeling the robust flavor as you drink it.
The owner of the sushi restaurant where I ate at New Year's told me that farmed amberjack is better than wild amberjack because farmed amberjack is less likely to be a hit or miss.
The fourth one is the limited time offer "Karamen with simmered beef and vegetables" (🍜) from No. 8 Ramen, which is one of Hokuriku's most popular ramen dishes.
Karamen, in essence, is like a bowl of fried noodle topped with stewed beef entrails, but I feel that it was a foresight to sell it before fried noodles became popular.
Hi Jive 🐦.
Tasake special pure and yellowtail sashimi is the best 😻I can't decide which one to drink this with 🤔 and I'm a farmed yellowtail sashimi guy too 😁.
I feel Hokuriku when I see the No.8 ramen 😆.
Good evening, Mr. Gyve!
I'm jealous of your Tasake special junmai home drinking ✨.
Fish and sake is the perfect pairing ⤴️
It was my wife who responded to #8 ramen 😁.
Good morning, Gyve 😃.
I've seen Tasake at the liquor store but haven't had much of it 🥲 so I'm going to try it this year 🤗.
I was looking at the moon 🌕 last night and thought it was beautiful 🥹.
Hello, Pon.
[I can see why you are so addicted to this dish.
I also had natural yellowtail sashimi the other day, but it was a little too fatty.
For Hokuriku people, No. 8 is more than just ramen 🤣.
Hi ma-ki-san!
Actually, I had a problem with this "Tasake", my father drank it by mistake and I had to rush to buy it again 😅.
What's that? Is your wife from Hokuriku or Okayama?
Hi Jay & Nobby!
I know some of you have mentioned before in Sake-no-wa that you haven't sold any Tasake recently, but thank goodness there is still plenty of it in stock locally 😁.
[I'm sorry you didn't get to see Snow Moon.
Finally, the snow has settled down and we have a break in the snow. Today, a national holiday, the weather was good during the day for the first time in a long time, and we were expanding the area that had been minimally plowed while the children played in the snow 😁.
Well, last Sunday, my siblings gathered at my parents' house and we all had a potluck party 🍲.
It's been a while since I've had a light drink with my dad, so he brought out some sake for us to share 🍶.
Kurobe Gorge Junmai Ginjo 55.
One of my dad's former business associates now lives in Toyama and sends us sake from Toyama several times a year 🥰.
It has a fruity rice aroma, a mild, clear sweetness and full-bodied taste, and a gently sweet aftertaste.
Personally, I feel that the water quality of the sake is like that of a drunken environment.
I feel the sweetness is similar to "Haneya", maybe it is evidence of the delicious water from the Tateyama mountain range, although the land is far away 🤔.
This time I followed Ane-san's example and took a one-handed shot of a bottle, but if you think about it, I'm grabbing it from above💦.
The third photo was taken when the snowfall was at its peak.
The fourth picture is the result of shoveling snow with my smartwatch set to muscle training, which is about the same load as a slow walk ✨.
Good evening, Mr. Gyve!
I am glad to hear that the snow has stopped ⛄
The snowy landscape with sunshine is beautiful🍀!
I imagine that the sake has a strong rice flavor 😋.
It's a good time to drink with your family 😊.
Hi Gyve 😃
I see you got quite a bit of snow on your roof 😳This snow removal is going to be tough 💦It's not going to be a slow walk 😓I hope the sweet afterglow has soothed you for a while 😚.
Hi, ma-ki-.
I took this picture during a moment of sunshine 📸.
It's beautiful when you look at it like this, but I really don't want to shovel snow anymore this year 🤣 cold weather is forecasted again next week!
Hello Pon, ☀☀☀☀☀☀.
It's hard to tell the border between the rice field next to you and the road 😅.
Not here, but every year there are cars that run into the rice fields, so you need to be very careful when driving on snowy roads✨.
Hi Jay & Nobby ☀☀☀☀!
We got quite a bit of snow, but thank goodness it wasn't enough to have to take the snow off the roof 😁.
When we had the heavy snowfall in 2018, we had to climb the roof to take the snow down or the house would collapse 😅.
I'm sorry for those who couldn't shovel snow and commute smoothly due to heavy snow every day 🙇 I'm also tired from shoveling snow at home and at work.
I myself have been busy shoveling snow at home and at work, and I thought I would do some muscle training and digest the missing time at the gym, but I'm getting tired 😅.
What is it with kids playing in the snow with unlimited physical strength? 🤔
Well, when I came home on Saturday, there was a "takopa" party going on, so I opened a beer and tried one of the takoyaki to enjoy, but the sauce was too sweet 🍯.
I had only children's Otafuku sauce, and I didn't feel like eating it, so I shifted to a light dinner 🌃.
I chose one from the small size I had in stock and had a drink 🍶.
Otters Junmai Junmai Daiginjo 45 Nigori Sparkling.
Milky rice aroma like a lactic acid bacteria drink, refreshing umami that soaks into your body with a firm gaseous taste, sweetness and refreshing sharpness, and finally a melon-like aroma that is typical of Otters and a sweet aftertaste that lingers on the palate.
I heard that 6-pound cheese with olive oil and pepper is delicious, so I tried it!
The flavor of the cheese is accented by the olive oil and pepper, and when you take a sip of the sake, the flavor of the cheese increases, and the richness of the cheese and the milky flavor of the sake even after the sake has finished.
The aftertaste of the cheese and the sake are combined to create a blissful experience that will last for a long time.
Hi Gyve, good evening.
Thanks so much for shoveling the snow⛄
I thought it was a taco-party 💧.
Nigori sparkling is a medium power word ⤴️
It looks delicious 🎵
The small bottle is good for a quick drink 😊.
Good evening, Jive😄.
The snow ☃️ is a big deal. I can't imagine life shoveling snow, but I'm sure it's more tiring than the gym 😅Tacopa, the kids love it 💕Great family 👍You can't go wrong with cheese, olive oil and pepper 👍
Hi Gyve, Good evening 😃😃Thanks for shoveling snow ⛄❗Otafuku sauce, was it too sweet for adults 😅How about Akashiyaki style with soup stock? It might go well with sake 🥰😁.
Hi Jive, good evening 😃.
When I was in Nagano and even in Utsunomiya, shoveling snow ☃️ is almost never necessary 😅Noby and I'm impressed that the power people in snow country are awesome 😌 and the kids even more so ‼️
I think it's quintessential that whatever you get into, you land on alcohol 🤗.
Good evening, ma-ki-san 🌛.
I was sweating a good amount from shoveling snow, so I thought it would be the perfect dinner for beer 😅.
I was glad I stocked up on the beer because I wanted something with a bit of a kick to it ✨
Good evening, HinaHanaMama🌛.
I'm not sure if it's the gym or the snow shoveling... I have a certain amount of training planned, so it's just a matter of doing the numbers, but shoveling snow is mentally taxing because there's no end in sight 💦.
I want to change the source and get my takopari revenge✨.
Good evening, pyonpyon 🌛.
This "Otafuku sauce for one year olds and up" was not salty enough for adults, because it seemed to be less salty and more sweet.
[It's also intoxicating to have Akashiyaki with hot sake.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌛.
It's our fate to live in a snow country, but we can't be too hard on ourselves when we think that all this snowfall will melt and eventually become the material for brewing sake 😁.
Good evening, Gyve 🦉.
It was a big snowstorm there 💦💦Thanks for all your hard work shoveling the snow😊.
I didn't know Otafuku Sauce had this 😳I'll try the cheese next time 😁.
Hi Pon, good evening 🌛.
Not as heavy snowfall that paralyzed the city functions in 2018, but it snowed around 20cm every night and there was no end in sight for snow shoveling 💦.
It's easy and delicious 😁.
Our regular work in Takahama, the westernmost town in Fukui, was successfully completed last weekend 🔚.
The work was not finalized until the very last minute, so it was a rush job with a flurry of plan revisions and preparations, and I'm surprised it took shape.
This time, let's launch alone with sake from the only sake brewery in the Obama area, which includes Takahama Town 🍶.
Wakasa Junmai Ginjo.
[Gulping down the sake.]
The aroma of rice is a little like melon, and the sweetness and umami that flows into the mouth smoothly and smoothly, followed by a shallow, sweet aftertaste.
[Mokkiri]
A faintly sweet rice aroma, a refreshing sweetness, followed by a mineral umami that quickly develops and finishes with a sweet aftertaste and a slightly characteristic rice aroma that escapes through the nose.
Since there was no good fish due to the heavy snowfall, we had motsu nabe (motsu hot pot) using Ippudo's hot pot soup, and sipped sake while watching the snow fall in the garden. ☃️🍶
When Wakasa Fuji, which originally brewed Wakasa, withdrew from the sake brewing business, the current Obama Sake Brewery was established under the slogan "Never run out of local sake".
Recently, the brewery has been brewing ambitious sake, such as the Junmai Daiginjo "Pentagram," a junmai daiginjo that was brewed in reference to the Yin-Yang calendar and is associated with the land that has deep ties to Abe no Seimei.
Hi Jive, good evening.
It's another local love tipple tonight: ⤴️
I also want to support the Obama Sake Brewery's origins ✊‼️
I've only had a few sakes from Fukui Prefecture, mostly Kuroryu, so I'm hoping to encounter many more this year 😊.
Good morning, Jive-san☀️Good morning for your work‼️Motsu-nabe with soup from Ippudo looks delicious😋I had never heard of this place related to the Yin-Yang path, where descendants of Abe no Seimei moved to! Sake rooted in the good old calendar, interesting ‼️💖
Hi Gyve 😃.
It's doubly tiring to work with a job that's so unpredictable and hard to solidify 😓Thanks for your time 😌.
It's nice to launch solo with such a local drink 🍶🤗 I googled it and the pentagram looks cool and seems to be popular!
Good evening, ma-ki-san!
Kuroryu" is still famous, but there are other attractive Fukui sake such as "Bon" and "Hakugakusen" that I'm promoting 😁.
[There is a store in KITTE Osaka that sells a wide variety of Hokuriku sake ✨.
Good evening, Mr. Pekho 🌛.
This year, I got hooked on nabe soup from a famous ramen restaurant, and I even had ramen for shime-no-me 🥰.
The nabe soup from Sumire, a famous miso ramen restaurant in Hokkaido, is my personal favorite ✨.
Good evening, Jay and Nobby 🌛.
I'm not sure how to prepare for the event if I don't know what it's going to be about, so I have to bring in a lot of equipment to the site and find things I won't use 😅.
I would like to drink "Pentagram" once, but the price is too expensive😅😅.
I'm so surprised by all the troubles in my work and private life these days 😲.
I wonder how it can happen all at once 🤣is this the last straw 🤔?
Well, I left work again to go to the Fukui Gokoku Shrine to receive a new moon amulet and red seal, the counterpart to the amulet and red seal I received at the full moon in January ✨.
Let's enjoy a glass of sake while looking at the moon talismans and red seals that we now have for this year 🌛🍶.
Hato Masamune Special Junmai Sake Direct Kumi
Newly available at Sake-no-Ten Hayashi this year ✨Hatsu Hato Chu🍶!
[The first Hato chu🍶.]
The sweet aroma that rises softly in the thin air, the clean umami flavor on the palate, the firm sweetness that passes through the nose, and the sweet aftertaste that lingers on the palate........
[Mokkiri.]
The same light, fluffy sweet aroma and clean umami, but with a stronger sense of sweetness on the nose, followed by a gentle aftertaste and a spicy aftertaste that lingers on the tongue at the end.
I forgot to take a picture 😅I thought I'd have a half-price sashimi as a reward for working on my day off.
The 4th one is [Crab pot soup with rice porridge] 🤔 that I found by chance in a vending machine?
Good morning, Mr. Jive. I like your red seal & good luck charm. Does it change daily according to the phases of the moon? This seems to be a good omen! I pray that the trouble will be resolved safely. I like the Hato Masamune flower snowstorm.
Good morning, Gyve.
It has been a tough day with all the troubles 💧.
I really appreciate your hard work🍀.
Congratulations on your first pigeon chew 🎉.
It looks delicious, both sweet and savory 🎵.
I would love to drink it 😊.
Hi Jive ^_^
I can't believe you've been having trouble at work and in your personal life😭.
That's when you need to drink ✨.
Corn potage is with corn.
Porridge with rice 😁.
Looks good after drinking 😊.
Good morning, Gyve 😃!
I'm glad to hear about your new pigeon 🐦🤗Let's get rid of this bad luck with those main good things ‼️ and some other good things ❗️ like half price sashimi 😁.
Hi Jive 🐦.
It's quintessential that you do moonshine even though you're busy ✨and it's your first drink 🕊️
And the can of porridge, but this lineup is strong 🤣.
Hello WOM ☃.
This is a charm and red seal that is given only on the days of the new moon and full moon 🌛.
It is less than the actual waxing and waning, but the process of new moon to full moon is mysterious to watch 🌘🌗🌖.
Hi, ma-ki-chan ☃.
I've been having a lot of trouble this school year, so I can't relax very much 🤣.
I'm so thankful for liquor stores because I'll be able to buy the sake I've been curious about locally ✨.
Hi Manta ☃
I can't do without drinking anymore! I'm in the mood for a drink 🤣.
I was about to walk past the vending machine at first, but then I saw the word "crab" out of the corner of my eye and my curiosity got the better of me ✨.
I didn't buy it though 😁.
Hello, Matsuchiyo-san ☃.
We had the "Sato Kiki" series in stock, but I decided to drink the regular series first 😁.
I hope they will be in stock consistently in the future ✨
Hi Jay & Nobby ☃.
We've already passed the Lunar New Year, so we've entered the second half of the year, but the rush of the not-so-good things if Nara has exhausted my mind 🤣.
The half-price sashimi was quite magnificent, but I forgot to take a picture ✨.
Hi Pon-chan ☃.
I'd love to try the much talked about "Hato Masamune" nigorigo ✨.
The lineup of hot beverages is quite interesting, but the fact that the simplest cocoa is more expensive than the others 🤣.
This time I reached 500 check-ins 🎉!
I would have liked to open a bottle of "that" brand, but the release schedule for the specs I was aiming for has been delayed and I haven't been able to get it yet, but I will open it as soon as I can get it 🤣.
Well, actually, I had some sake that was given to me before the last time I drank "Morinokumasan", so I will drink this one this time 🍶.
Water Weaving Nemoto Organic Farm
When my wife got sick and asked me what I wanted to eat after her fever broke, I told her "Chicken Keema Curry" by Spista Ritemaska. Chicken Keema Curry" by "Spice Theatre Masuka?
The master and I got into a lively conversation about sake, and we were given the rest of the sake that was opened at the beginning of the year as a sacred drink.
The aroma was like old sake, and the mouthfeel had a mild sweetness and sourness, and the nose had an aged aroma similar to that of pickles.
It was kept covered with plastic wrap for a while, so I guess it was still a bit twitchy😅.
[I read the review by Masaaki Sapporo that it has a citrusy aroma and a firm sweetness, so I'd like to drink it right after opening next time 😁.
The 4th picture is the Chettinad Chicken Curry from Spatari, my favorite way to eat it with beer while sweating from the spiciness 🍴Spice fully recharged 🥰.
Good morning 😊
Congratulations on your 500 check-ins ㊗️ I felt like you were drinking more. You've been posting frequently 💦.
It's a commemorative drink, even if it's not the real deal. Taste seems unique too😆.
Congratulations on your 500 check-ins, Jive 🎉🎉!
The combination of spiced curry and craft sake sounds like a great idea 😘 I'd love to try that one, which is a staple 😋, but I haven't had it yet.
Good morning, Jive!
Congratulations on your 500 check-ins 🎉.
Glad your wife is feeling better enough to eat curry✨.
Looking forward to your regular review of the brand 🎵.
Let's enjoy our drinking more and more 😊.
Jive, congratulations on your 500C I. I'm sorry to hear that you had to celebrate with a twisted drink. It's a pity to celebrate with a twisted drink 😢It happens when you drink 500 😢I'm looking forward to the real thing: ‼️
Good morning, Jive😄!
Congratulations on your 500 check-ins 🎊㊗️🎉I look forward to another review of your anniversary drink with your regular brand name 😍Please keep up the fun drinking 🥰 I always find your reviews informative 🥰❣️
Jive, congratulations on your 500 check-in✅㊗️🎉🎉🎉!
I couldn't help but look up karaflower grass as a raw material 😆 Kraft saké is a rare find 😄.
I'm also waiting for your review of the regular brands: ❗️
Congratulations on 500 check-ins, Jive 🎉👏Weaving water, a lovely drink by this name 💕If it's left over from the sacred wine, I'm sure it will still be beneficial to you 😄.
I look forward to reading that customary review 😊.
Congratulations on 500 check-ins, Jive 🎉🎊!
I've never seen this brand before, great name ✨I'm sorry to hear about the hiney 😢.
The curry looks delicious 😻I also like coffee and curry so looking forward to that too 😁.
Congratulations on your 500CI, Jive 🎊㊗️㊗️
The name of your restaurant has a great impact on the curry 😆 Looks delicious 😋.
Hiney but nice 👍We're waiting for that thing you recommended before ‼️? 🤔
Congratulations on 500 check-ins, Jive 🎉㊗️🎊It's a shame that your craft sake is so twitchy, but it's another memorable number 🤣sweating with curry and refueling with beer 🍺 is a good pairing 😋.
Congratulations on 500 check-ins, Gyve 🎉㊗️ there's a sake called Weaving Water 😳 twitchy but great name 😊 good for you and your wife. Curry right after the fever breaks is going to be a gut punch 😆.
Congratulations on your 500 check-ins, Jive! ㊗️🎊🎉🎊㊗️
It's intoxicating to feel the sakéwasan, the sake-enkinko sake 😊.
The literary brand name also attracts me ☺️ the original quality of the sake, but I'm also curious about that regular brand!
Hi Ane ☀☀☀☀.
Thanks for your comment 🙇.
I only drink about 2 four-packs a week if I'm not active in the drinking club, so I'm usually at about this rate 🤣.
I'm barely half of the people in the mahjong club 😁.
Hi 10ZG-STQ ☀☀☀.
Thanks for your comment 🙇.
The "regular one" was sold at the end of the previous season, but this year it will be released at the end of January or beginning of February 😁.
Hi Takashi ☀☀☀.
Thanks for your comment 🙇.
I think this sake was brought in by a customer and the only alcohol served at the restaurant was beer💦.
I would recommend the "Shinken" sake in this season!
Hi ma-ki-, ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
My wife is such a spice junkie that she requested this [chicken keema] even right after giving birth 🤣.
I regularly work on my liver with spices😁.
Hi Gyve 😃
Congratulations on your 500 in ㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️ 🎉!
I think of "weaving water" as a delicate, clear and alcoholic drink 😌, but it can also be like weaving a rope depending on how it's stored 😆 I'm waiting for your example too 👋.
Hello, Nochi-san ☀☀☀☀☀☀.
Thanks for your comment 🙇.
I was wondering if I should post this post, but since I didn't get the real sake anyway, I decided to make it a commemorative twisted sake post 🤣.
Good evening, Mr. Manachy 🌛.
Thanks for your comment 🙇.
It was an interesting drink and I hope to drink it properly next time 😅.
[Spatari is planning to open a booth at a curry event in Tokyo next year, so if you have the chance, please come ✨.
Good evening, HinaHanaMama 🌛.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
I write as I see fit, so I'm just grateful that you read it 😁.
I want to take care of my health until I can toast myself and my kids ✨.
Hi Hiro, good evening 🌛.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
I was curious too, so I looked it up and found out it's a plant similar to beer hops 😲.
I'm still curious about the taste right after opening the package 🤔.
Hi Pon, good evening 🌛.
Thanks for your comment 🙇.
It was an interesting concept and I'm curious to see the original flavor 🤔.
[I'm sure you can bring your own curry to the party since they also sell it frozen!
Good evening, Kotaro 🌛.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
The curry here is really spiced up, so there's a good chance you'll be swamped 🤣.
[We've started selling the "Crimson Nama Sake" but it has different specs ✨.
Good evening, Nemuchi 🌛.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
I posted this because I thought it might be a good idea to have this kind of number.
I often eat curry to keep my liver healthy, but I feel like I'm drinking alcohol 🤣.
Good evening, Maru 🌛.
Thanks for your comment 🙇.
That was an interesting drink, I want to make sure I get it right 🤔.
I also stocked up on frozen [chicken keema] as a backup, but there were already signs of having eaten it 🤣.
Good evening, Aladdin 🌛.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
[I heard that the master of Spatari is also looking for the best sake to go with curry, so we have a lot of discussions about sake when we visit the restaurant ✨.
The master is a big fan of "Mai-bijin" 🤣.
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodle Wine 🌛.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
Curry is a delicious and soothing treat for a liver that has been stressed and damaged by daily work, drinking, and all sorts of other stress 🤣.
Oh, it's not Sapporo beer at this time 💦.
Good evening, Jay & & Nobby 🌛.
Thanks for your comment 🙇.
Was the bran-like aroma the effect of the fermented raw sake that was hinged 🤔?
I'm still curious about the original flavor 💦.
Congratulations on 500 check-ins, Jive! ㊗️🎉Not the usual thing, but spiced curry and craft sake sounds like it would be good for you 😊Is Mai-bijin the Fukui sake that goes well with curry? Hanagaki nigori? And Koikuma-chan?
Hi Hirupeco!
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
[I'm eagerly awaiting the release of "That One" 🤣.
I have a feeling that "Sari" and "Yuki Kirara Ara Shibori" would go pretty well with it ✨.
Good morning Jive 😁.
Congratulations on 500 check-ins 🎉㊗️
I've never seen this drink before 😅 looking forward to your main post, and the curry looks delicious 😍.
Pickle? I think I could drink it with 😅
Good morning, Ao-chan ☀☀☀☀.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
The Indian pickles [achar] [pickled onions with green chili vinegar] that comes with the curry goes well with beer again 🤣.
And of course, it goes well with dry sake✨.
Congratulations on your 500 check-ins, Gyve 🎉🎊"Weaving Water" is a beautiful name ✨I've never seen it before 👀👀Next time I want to taste the freshly opened delights 😊I'm looking forward to your review of the regular thing ❣️ 😉♪
Thanks for your comment, Tsubu-chan 🙇 Sorry I'm late replying💦.
It's a bit [poetic] 😁.
[The work on the "regular thing" seems to be running a little slower than expected at the warehouse, so it should be in your hands by the end of the month 🥰.
Jive, congratulations on your 500 check-ins 🎉.
You've brought all sorts of awesome drinks to your Kiri number 👀.
I wonder if it has aged and turned out like those five girls, 💧.
Hi Yoohee, ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
Thank you for your comment 🙇.
I couldn't get a guy to open it as a memorial, so I just thought I'd post it anyway 🤣.
I knew I couldn't keep it airtight with plastic wrap 😅.
After three consecutive holidays, my wife's fever has broken and she's feeling better ✨.
We couldn't go to Kyoto for Hatsumode (New Year's visit to Kyoto), but instead, we decided to have a relaxing drink at home and opened this one 🍶.
Eikofuji Morinokuma-san Orikagarami: Myonobu Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu.
I was interested in Morinokuma-san, which I learned of its existence last season, and bought it together with the Kibotsuru at the local liquor store where I bought the Kibotsuru✨.
[I bought it together with the Kihon Tsuru.]
Floral rice aroma, a slight gassy feeling at the mouth, then a penetrating umami, sweetness, mellow and mellow, and a pleasantly lingering, peachy aroma.
[Mokkiri.]
The same floral rice aroma, a tangy gassy mouthfeel, clear umami, and underlying sweetness, followed by a mellow finish and a lingering peachy sweet aroma that leaves the nose.
When mixed with orikomi, the umami becomes even stronger, and a cheese-like aroma that escapes through the nose is added.
Sashimi of Ehime horse mackerel and Tokushima kanpachi (yellowtail) are served with the entrée. 🐟️
Supporting Kumamoto through the connection with Kiyomasa Kato, a sake brewery in Yamagata ✨.
We are still suffering from the earthquake and tsunami in Japan, but we will do what we can to support the recovery of Kumamoto ✨.
The 4th picture is "Shoyu Shiratsuyu" from "Menya Katsuki" because I wanted to eat ramen recently!
Hi Gyve, hi.
I'm really happy for your wife's recovery🍀.
And Morinokuma-san, I often see you on Sake-no-wa, the lingering aroma sounds good and delicious✨.
Eikoufuji is also a very interesting sake 😊.
Good evening, ma-ki🌛.
I'm sorry for your concern 🙇.
I made my daughters miss you too😅.
In recent years, the local liquor store has been focusing on "Eiko-Fuji" and this year is probably the first time they have it in stock 😁.
It's also the first sake rice ✨.
Hi Jive 🐦.
I'm glad your wife's fever is down🥹.
I've never had Orikagarami 🥺I'd love to try it in Mokkiri: ❣️
I was going to buy some this year and forgot all about it 💦I'll see you next year 😊.
Good evening, Pon-chan 🌛.
We have managed to get back to normal at home, but 11 out of 16 children in my eldest daughter's preschool class are absent due to the flu 😲.
No end in sight to the infectious disease season 😵.
Please come back next year ✨
I had a three-day weekend from the 21st of last year in lieu of the New Year's holiday, so I thought I would finally be able to relax and drink, but my wife had a fever😷 and I had to scramble to take care of the kids for three days.
I was so busy taking care of the kids that the three days were over 😫.
I haven't had a proper rest since early last spring 🤣.
My original plan was to go to Kyoto for Hatsumode on the last day, but I cancelled that too!
I'm at my physical and mental limit💦.
So, I opened a bottle on the first day of the holiday and had a drink 🍶.
Yamazan Junmai Daiginjo Kinmon-Nishiki Sanwari Gofubun Unfiltered Genshu.
I opened the drunk one I had left for New Year's!
[I opened a gulping sake.]
The aroma is crisp and tasty like green apple, the mouthfeel is slightly gassy, but the impact of the flavor and the sweetness behind the flavor is so strong that it seems to rise to the top, and the pleasantly long aftertaste and the bitterness on the tongue and sweet aroma through the nose linger at the end.
Trip time: 35 seconds
[Mokkiri]
A clean, clear, sweet rice aroma, a slight gassy mouthfeel, and a clean, penetrating umami sweetness that finishes with a pleasantly long aftertaste and an apple-like aroma that escapes through the nose, and finally a bitterness that is felt at the back of the throat.
Trip time: 25 seconds
For the entrée, I served Akiyoshi's Yakitori with hot water, and I personally think Yamazan goes well with meat 😁.
The fourth one is the much talked about [Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuuX] ✨
Let me show you, what is the performance of the new Gundam made by Studio Color who has made Eva.
After watching it, I can't wait for the TV series to start 🥰.
Good evening, Mr. Jive.
Mrs. Jive, I hope you are feeling better after the New Year's holiday 💧.
I wish you a speedy recovery🍀.
I have not had Yamazan yet, but I am curious about its crisp flavor 🤤.
It was a very nice drink for my tired body 😊.
Mr. Jaive.
Thanks for all your hard work, both physically and mentally 🥹.
Both Yamazan and Akiyoshi's yakitori look delicious!
It's so interesting there, isn't it? Maybe I should go check it out 🤔
Hi Gyve 🐦.
I'm sorry you and your wife have had a hard time 😢I hope you have a stress-relieving vacation soon 🙏.
Nice sake from Yamazan, this one is also soft and sweet 🙂 It was my imagination that it felt sweeter at the event!
Good evening, Gyve 😃.
Apá😫I'm sorry to hear about your wife 😢I hope she gets well soon 🙏Good job on the results, Mr. Jive 😌Please be healed by the topmost mountain san san 🥹 We have a regular san san waiting for you at home😄.
Hi ma-ki.
I went to work with a slight fever 😅.
Luckily, I'm better now, but I'm still tired from all the work I've done 😵.
I'm sure "Yamazan" has expanded its sales channels since the end of the year and is now available in the Kansai region 😁.
Hello, Ofuji-san ☀☀☀☀☀.
As a resident of Fukui Prefecture, I periodically feel like eating [Akiyoshi] 😋.
[I think it's better to watch it without prior knowledge because watching the spoiler movie will reduce the fun by half 😁.
Hello, Matsuchiyo-san ☀☀☀☀☀.
I finally got to open my New Year's sake 😁.
When I eat at Akiyoshi, I'm a takeout person who can combine my favorite beer and sake 🥰.
Hi Pon, ☀☀☀☀.
I wanted to reset here because I have a lot of work in February 😅.
Personally, I felt the flavor was stronger first, but there was also a good amount of sweetness 😁.
Hi Jay & Nobby ☀☀☀☀!
Now I've drunk all the "Yamazan" I bought in the summer 😁.
Now that we've expanded our distribution channels and you don't have to go to Shinshu to buy it, we'd like to replenish it again✨.
Hi, Jun-san!
You can eat hot yakitori at home if you put the take-out yakitori in a pot of boiling water with the yakitori in the bag 😁.
I recommend it because you can pair it with your favorite sake ✨.
