Sake-no-wa Kansai Off-line Meeting A Year-End Party (11) Next, Pon-chan brought some great sake to get people excited 🍶. Shinsei Coiors Viridian 2023, pure rice from a wooden vat. Slightly carbonated, citrus-like flavor, sweetness, and a citrusy aroma. First time drinking "Viridian"🎉Yummy! There is a special distributor in my hometown, but I have never been able to meet the requirements to buy it. Thank you, Pon-chan 🙇🙇 Thanks for the food ✨. Thank you for the treat ✨

Last weekend was a whirlwind at work, so I'm late in posting and replying to comments💦. My apologies 🙇. Have a good day. Sake-no-wa Kansai Off-line meeting A Year-End Party 10 Next is the sake brought by Masha-san, which is linked to the Tochigi Off-line Meeting held on the same day 🍶. SENKYO Classic SENKYO Kame-no-o The sake had a clean rice aroma, a soft mouthfeel, and a mild aftertaste from the acidity and sharpness typical of SENKOKU. The love for Tochigi was also demonstrated at the Kansai Off-line Meeting. It's been a long time since I drank "Sentori" 😁. Thank you, Masha 🙇. Thank you for the food ✨

Sake-no-wa Kansai Off-line Meeting A Year-End Party ⑨ Next is a bottle of sake brought by Mr. Kan, who is a regular participant from out of the area as well as myself, and who joined the toast together with Mr. Kuuzo. Gikyo Nama Sake. A slightly sour lactic acid aroma, a tangy slightly carbonated mouthfeel, a firm umami, a soft sweetness, and a gentle aftertaste at the end. Aichi sake" was full of love for Aichi, which seems to be brought by kan-san who lives in Aichi prefecture, and I regretted a little that I excluded "Fukui sake" this time 😅. The aroma of rice with a hint of sourness, the smooth white wine-like sweetness on the palate, and the finish with a hint of sourness. The taste is still somewhat wine-like 😋. As is the case every year, this time of the year is a bit of a slog due to a flurry of public and private events, so it's rare for me to be a bit tired. 😮‍💨 It will be a little while before I have the time to relax physically, so I'm going to do a mental reset first 🍶. I opened this bottle, which Maru-san, Luteltemi-san, Yasubey-san, Jay & Nobby-san, and others had given me recently. "Amezure Dr. Sugiyama Sugiyama-style Omachi". [Gugumimi!] The aroma of cool and clear rice, the slight carbonation that can be felt on the tongue, the fresh sweetness and umami, and the lingering aftertaste that echoes with a scene, and finally the slight bitterness that can be felt on the tongue in two stages. [Mokkiri.] The aroma of rice that gives a sense of coolness, the soft and gentle umami that permeates the body with a fresh mouthfeel, and the lingering aftertaste that finishes and spreads deeply and leaves a mineral sensation on the tip of the tongue. As others have mentioned, the soft and gentle umami and minerality are delicious. The entrée was "Sagoshi Tataki" and "Sashimi 3-Piece Platter" which were caught at Echizen Port. This is the first time to drink sake at home. 🏳️ I'm slowly making progress on the second round of my national conquest 😁. The fourth photo is a dish that came out of a pork cutlet nabe set meal I ordered at a local restaurant the other day. I was surprised to see a dish called "katsunabe" (😲), which is udon noodles cooked in a pot with pork cutlets.

[After leaving Miejin, I wanted to stop by a local store in Kuwana, so I strolled around the station and downtown area. I ordered a hot sake with 5 kinds of oden for the time being 🍶. Hot sake at SASHIMI, specs unknown. I liked the Kuwana's local sake "Sashimi" that I had at Miejin earlier, so I ordered it hot ✨. Slowly seeping into the palate, with a dry finish. It goes well with oden with aonori (green laver) on top! I thought it was unusual to have aonori in the salty soy sauce broth, so I asked the owner about it and he told me that it was inspired by Shizuoka oden. Hi Jive, ☀️ "empty liver" Another great quote from Sake no Wa 🤩. Great drinking comparison. Mie is a paradise for children and for drinkers👍.

Good evening, ma-ki-chan 🌛. It was the first time in my life to visit a famous theme park, so I was very excited 😁. It's not easy to drink local sake in Mie, so I made the most of the opportunity 🤣.

Good evening, Mr. Manachy 🌛. [Raised horse beer] was quite tasty 😁. It was refreshing, but had a more robust flavor than Super Dry, so please try it ✨.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌛. It was mentally and physically tough to not be able to drink sake even though the food at the restaurant where we all ate seemed to go well with sake 😅. The more we endured, the better the sake was 🤣.

Good evening, Maru-san 🌛. The two major brands "Jikin" and "Saku" were hidden behind, but there was a great selection of drunken sake 😁. [I couldn't help but drink the clams and other delicious seafood ✨. [I have to consume alcohol because empty liver is bad for you.

November 2nd is my eldest daughter's birthday 🎂. I was worried that she wouldn't be able to get used to the new nursery school she will be attending from April, but my fears are unfounded now as she plays well with her new friends and I can feel that she is growing up quickly every day ✨. Let's celebrate her growth with a drink on the eve of the event 🍶. Last year we opened a bottle of "Oku" and this year we have a bottle of "Oku" in the lineage, but since it's the last day of her 3rd year and the date of 3 1s in a row, we'll have this one. Daimine 3-grain Hi-ire Yamadanishiki [Gugumi-nomi.] It has a calm and fruity aroma of rice, sweetness and umami that flows into the mouth and spreads rapidly, a mellow aftertaste that seems to trip you up, and a slight but lingering bitterness that lingers in the back of the throat at the end. [Mokkiri.] The aroma of rice with a hint of sweetness, the mellow sweetness and umami that flows easily through the mouth, and the pleasantly deep aftertaste that finishes with a sharp finish. The entrée consisted of sashimi, teriyaki conger eel, and sushi that we bought at the supermarket at half price because November 1 is "Sushi Day". By the way, there is an anniversary for November 1 called "Azuki Day" and I wish I had bought the "Fukuwagura" that I tasted the other day 🤣. This one was purchased at Sake Sendo Horiichi ✨.
