The aroma is alcoholic. The aroma is clear and dry, with a hint of sweetness from the rice. It is an orthodox light and dry sake. It went well with a strong-flavored nabe (hot pot).
This is a brand that everyone at Sake-no-wa has been drinking and I was hoping to encounter it soon. Of course, it was my first time.
Fresh pineapple aroma. Slightly sour, pineapple sweetness at first, then gradually dry and slightly bitter. It is well-balanced and delicious.
This is a brand new to me. Shimane souvenir sake.
Fruity aroma. It has a refreshing sweetness and a slight bitterness. I like Shimane sake at room temperature, but this one is delicious chilled.
I received it as a souvenir. I believe it is limited to supermarkets in Nagasaki. It has a strong ginjo aroma. Juicy, sweet and slightly alcoholic. Delicious.
Good evening, Mr. Gura.
I received a bottle of this hi-ire sake from Mr. Yue before. It was very tasty even when hi-ire, so I guess it must be even better when it is unpasteurized.
I also bought nigorigo. It is very sweet and tastes like doburoku. I was told that it needs to be refrigerated, but it was sold at room temperature at an Aeon.
I went to Tsushima.
I haven't had Shiratake in 6 years. 6 years ago I commented that it was like drinking shochu (distilled liquor). Now I drink it with a stronger alcohol taste, but I can taste the delicious rice flavor. I think it has grown up a little.
Pineapple aroma 🍍Tangy mouthfeel with juicy fruitiness and unctuous sweetness. The taste is typical of Miyamanishiki. The aftertaste is slightly bitter, which is a good thing.
Shimane sake break.
Aroma of grape. The taste is clean, refreshing, and fruity. The taste is hard to believe that the rice polishing ratio is 75%. It is delicious with a little bit of rice flavor.
This is definitely an Izumo exclusive. The aroma is subdued. It has a refreshing, light mouthfeel. It is a dry sake with a simple yet deeply delicious taste. It is recommended to drink at room temperature.
This is a Shimane sake post for a while. My wife went on a trip to Shimane and bought this. It is Izumo limited sake.
I am ashamed to say that I did not know that Shimane Prefecture is the birthplace of sake.
It is my first time to drink this brand. The aroma is a bit classic. It is a dry sake with excellent rice flavor. The aftertaste is very delicious with a clean and crisp finish. Recommended to drink at room temperature.
Sakonishiki is sake rice used only in Shimane Prefecture.
Good evening, Mr. Gula.
I was given a bottle of this before, but it was only available in Izumo 😳I remember it being delicious 🤔.
There are many theories about the birthplace of sake in Nara and Itami, Hyogo 😅.
bouken-san Good evening! I was told that it may be limited to the San-in region, not Izumo. But I think it is a rare sake 🍶 and delicious.
There are many theories 😅.
Good morning, Gula 😃.
I'm looking forward to your wife's series of souvenir sake 😊.
Sako Nishiki, the original sake rice of Shimane Prefecture 🌾☺️
I would like to try this sake rice named after the Sako Shrine, one of the grounds for the birthplace of sake, and I would love to drink it!
Choroki-san Good evening😊Well, as you say, you say it, but I've learned a little about Shimane, so for now I'd like to believe in the theory that it originated in Shimane🍶.
Aladdin-san Good evening😊The sake rice called Midori-no-Mai seems to be a Shimane Prefecture original and I am looking forward to it as well. The Sakonishiki had a great flavor.
The aroma is classic. The tangy mouthfeel is clean and tasty. The aftertaste has a slightly dry feeling. It is low al (12 degrees), but it feels more than that.
I finally came across it. The aroma is subdued. The acidity is strong, reminiscent of lemon water. I thought it would have a slightly sweet taste, but it was quite refreshing.
The beer in the photo is the one I won in a raffle at a sale when I bought some Fukuoka sake, thanks to the Softbank Hawks winning the Japanese championship. Thank you, Hawks. But I want Lotte to win next year. ⚾️
Now, Nanayo. It has a clean taste with a strong acidity. It tastes like white wine.
The aroma is subdued. It is a well-balanced sake with a mild flavor and sweetness of rice and a touch of acidity. It is delicious with a sense of maturity.
This is my first brand. Strong alcoholic aroma. The taste is clean and refreshing with a green apple flavor. Sake that is fruity but also has a sense of rice.
This is my first brand. Not much aroma. The taste is gorgeous and fruity. There was a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, but the bitterness was reduced when it was cooled down to a crisp.
Gorgeous sweet aroma. The refreshing taste is followed by the sweetness of the rice, which gradually gives way to a dry taste. Pour it into a glass and let it sit for a while to let the flavor round out and enhance its deliciousness.
This is a brand new to us. Sake brewed with the fantastic Kyokai No. 8 yeast.
It has a strong alcoholic aroma. It is slightly cloudy. It has a juicy, ripe, fruity taste. It is also interesting that it is brewed with white kouji for shochu.
