I didn't go Santa hunting, but drank at home. The rice used for sake seems to change according to the Chinese zodiac, and the year 2026 is Aizan. Peach aroma. Tangy sourness, refreshing sweetness like pear, and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Delicious!

My criteria for buying sake is often to buy sake that I haven't had for a while or have never had before, but this sake (raw ver.) is my favorite to the point that I buy it repeatedly. Lactic acid bacteria type aroma. It has a refreshing taste, and the acidity and umami of the rice are exquisite. Delicious!
