Yesterday, I attended the "New Sake Enjoyment Party" held at the Kibotsuru Sake Brewery. It was a fun event with three different types of new sake, which we drank for the entire two hours.
I bought this one, which was my favorite of the three. It was fresh and slightly tangy, with a nice aftertaste. Delicious.

I drank Koubai from the same brewery before, but this was my first time.
It was written that it was only available by reservation, but it was on the store shelves as usual.
This is delicious. It does not have much of an aroma, but it has a fresh, fruity taste with a lot of rice flavor. It's a bit of a classic sake, but you can drink it without being picky.

I bought this sake because it is my anniversary and I thought it would be a little expensive.
I started Sake-no-wa as a reminder, and it is the only social networking site that I am on since I am not on Instagram or FB, and I never thought that I would have more people to drink with. I am very happy.
The drink is refreshing, but also mellow. It has a caramelized sweetness that is different from the usual Sairai. It has a good aroma, acidity and sweetness, and it was a high-class sake.

This is my first brand. My wife got it at a brewery when she went back home for the New Year's holidays.
It was an even smaller brewery than Fukuoka's craft brewery, Librom.
The secondary ingredient is lychee. But the aroma is banana-like. The taste of banana comes through in the mouth with a clean, tangy mouthfeel. It is not harsh and goes down smoothly. I couldn't tell the lychee flavor.... But it was delicious 🍶.
