Lactic acid bacteria type aroma peculiar to nigori. Slightly nigori, with a lactobacillus-like aroma. It has a refreshing aftertaste that is typical of summer sake.
This is my first brand. I had not bought it because I thought it was always available at the liquor store I often go to and I could drink it anytime! I didn't buy it because I thought I could drink it anytime.
It has a clean taste. It has a moderate sweetness with a hint of apple, and a mellow umami. The aftertaste is sharp and dry. It is a well-balanced sake. It is recommended to cool it down.
I was able to buy it for the first time. When I saw it in the store, I couldn't believe it! I couldn't help but exclaim "Wow!
The aroma is gorgeous. It has a strong sweet taste of ripe grapes with a hint of sourness. Of course it is delicious, but I personally think it is too sweet.
It's sold at a ridiculous price on Rakuten and Amazon...
The first big snowbank since 2019. Not clammy at all. Pithy and fizzy. Clean and refreshing green apple-like flavor. The aftertaste is also refreshing, but not nearly as dry as the description suggests. Great Snow Gorge, add it to your favorites.

Good morning ☀️
I drank this yesterday too.
I can understand the full mellow feeling 🤣 I'll borrow that expression.
I'm going to borrow that expression.
Choroki-san Good evening. Thank you very much for the other day 🍶 I have a poor vocabulary... anyway, I wanted to tell you that it has a strong umami sweet taste lol.
Another brand that is also new to me. Gorgeous aroma. Mellow mouthfeel, with a surprisingly strong sense of rice flavor. The sweetness gave way to a dry aftertaste, which was a strange taste, but delicious.
First brand name series. Slight lactic acidity aroma. The mouthfeel is sour and has a clean pineapple sweetness. The alcohol taste is a little strong unless it is cooled down.
This is the first brand of sake I had ever tried.
I imagined it to be extremely dry, but it was surprisingly mild. It was slightly tangy on the palate, with a mild rice flavor and sweetness. It was just the way I like it.
Citrus aroma. Strong acidity with a tingling sensation. Taste of mandarin orange. The aftertaste is smooth and delicious. It was like drinking a librom sake.
From the moment the bottle is opened, the aroma has a freshness and rice flavor that makes you think, "Oh, this is the one I like. There is a slight acidity, and the taste is smooth and supple. There is a bit of bitterness, but it is still delicious.
Salt is used as brewing water to make it easier for the rice to dissolve. The aroma is subdued. The taste is clear and acidic. It is a bit sour. I thought it was a summery sake and suitable for a mealtime drink.
I also drank this 🙌I asked for sake that goes well with oysters and it was recommended to me! I was expecting it to be a bit salty, but it wasn't salty at all 😄 It was refreshingly delicious!
Hi Tsuyo-san ☔️ I thought it was salty too. I was also thinking that it might be too salty. I was reminded once again that there are many different ways of making it.
The aroma is subdued. Slightly effervescent and fresh. Gradually, I felt a fresh sweetness with a melon sensation, but there was also a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
Mild aroma. The smooth mouthfeel has a firm sweetness with a rice-like feel. The sake has a smooth mouthfeel with a firm sweetness that has a ricey feel. It is a sake that I would like to drink slowly and leisurely.
