Happy New Year! I would like to refer to your reviews again this year 🍶. I spent from 12/30 to 1/3 in Kansai and was accompanied by Mr. Yoohee and Mr. Bouken of the Kansai branch of Sakegawa on 1/3. Thank you both very much. Now, this sake. It has a fresh aroma and a heavy, robust flavor that I would like to drink slowly.

My criteria for buying sake is often to buy sake that I haven't had for a while or have never had before, but this sake (raw ver.) is my favorite to the point that I buy it repeatedly. Lactic acid bacteria type aroma. It has a refreshing taste, and the acidity and umami of the rice are exquisite. Delicious!
