The aroma is subdued. It is a well-balanced sake with a mild flavor and sweetness of rice and a touch of acidity. It is delicious with a sense of maturity.
This is my first brand. Strong alcoholic aroma. The taste is clean and refreshing with a green apple flavor. Sake that is fruity but also has a sense of rice.
This is my first brand. Not much aroma. The taste is gorgeous and fruity. There was a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, but the bitterness was reduced when it was cooled down to a crisp.
Gorgeous sweet aroma. The refreshing taste is followed by the sweetness of the rice, which gradually gives way to a dry taste. Pour it into a glass and let it sit for a while to let the flavor round out and enhance its deliciousness.
This is a brand new to us. Sake brewed with the fantastic Kyokai No. 8 yeast.
It has a strong alcoholic aroma. It is slightly cloudy. It has a juicy, ripe, fruity taste. It is also interesting that it is brewed with white kouji for shochu.
My wife bought this sake at a roadside station on her way home from the Yuda Onsen Sake Festival. It is said to be a limited edition sake for Yamaguchi Prefecture.
The aroma has a strong sake-like flavor. It has a refreshing acidity and a refreshing sweetness that is typical of Amami, which we could not have imagined from the aroma and flavor.
This sake is named after a district called Saruhami in Moji-ku, Kitakyushu City.
The aroma is of rice flavor. The sweet taste of rice gradually gives way to a dry taste. Suitable as a mid-meal drink.
Good evening, Gula 😀
I see that you have opened the bottle immediately 😇
I personally liked this sake because I could feel the rice flavor, but it was still refreshing to drink 😀.
Good evening, Yasbay. I couldn't wait for it...lol. As you said, it has a rice flavor and is refreshing and tasty like a summer sake. I will try to go to the Yuda Onsen Sake Festival next year! I heard the crowd was amazing...
Purchased in Oita Prefecture. It seems that Kanji Chibijin is the most common name in Oita Prefecture. The aroma is moderate. It has a refreshing sourness and a slight banana taste. It is drier than the traditional Chibijin. I prefer this one.
This one was purchased in Fukuoka. I bought it because I thought I had never seen Chiebijin's fresh yeast before.
The aroma is banana. It tastes a little sour and has a strong rice flavor. It is delicious cold or at room temperature.
It is read as Sachikaze. It is another brand of Hanashimi and probably only distributed in Oita Prefecture. There are very few check-ins for Sake no Wawa.
The aroma is mild. The smooth taste of rice and sweetness are exquisite. It is not too sweet and has no cloying taste. I would like to buy it again.
Good morning, Gula 😃
I knew of course about Hana-Sohmi, but I didn't know that this Ryu Souka existed as a separate brand 😳.
Is it a good sake positioned as a good local sake that you want people to drink on a daily basis? Interesting 🤔
Hi Aladdin-san. I didn't know that 😅The owner of the store (who was also the former toji of Hana Shoumei!) According to him, the sake was made because the locals asked him to make a sweet one too 🍶.
Saeki Hisho as before. This one is light nigori. It was also sold at 1,980 yen, so it was a good deal.
This one is sweeter than the previous one because it is a light nigori. You can feel the sweetness of the rice. It has a unique aroma.
I traveled to Oita. I was not there for sake, but I did buy sake to take home.
There was a place where you could play a 1,000 yen gacha, and I won this one. A great deal!
It is mellow and has a white wine taste. It has a good balance of acidity and umami. It was easier to drink than the summer sake I had before.
Not much aroma. Slightly tangy. Juicy, muscat flavor. The flavor was so good that I thought it might be junmai ginjo. I was told that it was only available in Kyushu, but I would like to drink it again next year.
And it is inexpensive!
This is a brand new to me. It is said to be the first arrival in Kyushu (according to Mr. Eazy).
Refreshing ginjo aroma. It has a slightly tangy and sour taste with a very good balance of fresh umami and sweetness. It is a trendy modern light sake. This is delicious.
Purchased at a local supermarket. The aroma is smoky. Sake has a clear, refreshing taste with a heavy sake flavor. Sake that seems to go well with warmed sake.
