Today is the sake brewery opening in Hiran. ...After some hesitation, I went to the Ghibli exhibition instead of going to the sake brewery opening. It takes about 3 hours from Fukuoka to the Hiran no Mori Sake Brewery by public transportation, so we gave up. Then, Yoohee-san told me about a store that sells this sake, which is only available in Nagasaki, and I got it. Thanks for the info😊. I have had the raw sake before. Aroma of lactobacillus drink. It is an easy to drink sake with a good balance of umami and sweetness from slight sourness.
