This is my first brand. My wife got it at a brewery when she went back home for the New Year's holidays. It was an even smaller brewery than Fukuoka's craft brewery, Librom. The secondary ingredient is lychee. But the aroma is banana-like. The taste of banana comes through in the mouth with a clean, tangy mouthfeel. It is not harsh and goes down smoothly. I couldn't tell the lychee flavor.... But it was delicious 🍶.

First brand. And the second brand of Yamanashi sake. I don't see many other brands except Shichiken. I was attracted by Eiji's review and bought it. This is delicious. It has a fresh taste from the smooth mouthfeel. The refreshing sweetness slowly gives way to a strong sake taste.

This drink has been at home since October, and after not being able to get oysters this season, I finally got some and finally opened a bottle. The color makes it look like a white wine. Slightly acidic and juicy. There is also a little apple-like sweetness. It certainly went well with oysters.

On the 28th, we held a year-end party for the Fukuoka branch of SAKEWA. The usual members, YUHEI who was on his way home, and IJI who was attending the party for the first time. Iji-san, you are so young! He is one year younger than me.... And as usual, it was a very exciting and enjoyable time. Thank you all very much. Now, the last sake of the year on the schedule. It is a Nagasaki limited edition sake, but I was lucky enough to get it. Lactic acid bacteria type aroma. A little tangy and fresh sweetness of calpis type. Delicious! This one was purchased at a liquor store, which apparently had a new sake festival in November and sold a limited amount. The taste is fresh and fruity, with a hint of rice flavor. I am happy because it used to take me about an hour and a half to go there to buy it, but at the same time, I feel frustrated that it will become even more of a major sake. Now, here it is. The tangy mouthfeel is refreshing, with a hint of apple. It has a very pleasant taste without any cloying flavor. It is good when drunk cold.

It's been three years since I've had a bottle of Hochozuru. Personally, I have the impression that the check-in number 120 is surprisingly low for an occasional sake. As the label suggests, the aroma is of white peaches. It is a juicy, peachy, slightly sweet sake, but also has a solid sake feel without being sweet.

T.KISO, I got it! I've had this sake a few times at outings and wanted to drink it at home someday. I had given up on it, but I found the last two bottles left and made a quick decision. It is delicious. The balance between the sourness, sweetness, and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste is good. I'm glad that something good happened at the end of the year...
