Hot spring water brewing...I had never seen it before. I was curious and bought it. It is smooth to drink. It has a slightly sour taste with a gentle, sweet and delicious flavor. It is a well-balanced sake with a juicy taste. The alcohol content is a little strong (17 degrees). It is delicious.

This is a Shimane sake post for a while. My wife went on a trip to Shimane and bought this. It is Izumo limited sake. I am ashamed to say that I did not know that Shimane Prefecture is the birthplace of sake. It is my first time to drink this brand. The aroma is a bit classic. It is a dry sake with excellent rice flavor. The aftertaste is very delicious with a clean and crisp finish. Recommended to drink at room temperature. Sakonishiki is sake rice used only in Shimane Prefecture.
