シロタマMy very favorite sake. It is sweet and sour. I bought two bottles in a 4-pack because it is slightly sparkling. I would buy more if I had enough space for refrigeration.

シロタマOn the first day of opening the bottle, the sweetness was strong and a bit unexpected. On the second day, it became more balanced. Aroma of ordinary ginjo-shu.
