It is very mild and has the aroma of wooden vats. It is slightly carbonated. The only thing I don't like about it is that it is tangy and spicy. It is not tiring to drink, but it is very strong, so I was able to put down my cup after a few drinks. It is a rare type of sake that is healthy for both body and spirit. On the second day, it was like a different kind of sake. The flavor is reduced and it is just too hard. You should drink it up as soon as possible after opening the bottle. It tastes better in a flat coupe glass (see photo) than in a long, narrow flute glass. I don't know why. Likelihood of buying again 9/10 → 7/10

The words "nigorizake" look as if they were written on the back of a flyer. It looks like a grasshopper (grasshopper is the wrong transration. pirates are correct.), but it is a genuine Japanese Kikuhime product. The nigori (a clear, muddy, cloudy taste) is not the result of the squeezing process, but rather the result of grinding sake lees and mixing it with the clear sake. The taste is simply delicious. In a word, it tastes like "drinking yogurt. It tastes like alcohol, but it's much better than the bad Junmai sake. I can tolerate it. It is not supposed to be a high quality sake (but it is 100% Yamadanishiki), but it was honestly good at a good price. Next year, I will buy a lot of it. Today is my cat's birthday, so I decided to have cat sucking as a side dish. The part was the base of the neck. This is the equivalent of tuna's big fatty tuna and goes well with the rich flavor of Kikuhime. The degree of buying again 10/10

I found my favorite winter moon arabashiri. But I have a cheap tongue, so I often regret buying arabashiri or doroguchi. I wondered whether I should buy it or not, but as my life master used to say Everything is an experience. It's okay to fail. The important thing is what you do afterwards. (It's not that big of a deal.) I decided to buy it. The aroma is not extremely fruity, but it has an impressive concentration of sweet and sour, and it is a head-shakingly delicious wine. However, it leaves a bitter aftertaste, so instead of the gentleness that winter moon symbolizes, it has a hard sake feel. For me, I found the regular Winter Moon to be satisfying enough. I would buy it again 7/10

I repeated this over and over again, but it didn't help, so I poured it into a glass without a moment's pause when the water level had dropped. Fool, it will never come up again. The taste is simply described as sake lees with soda. There is nothing special to mention, but it is delicious. Regardless of the logic or philosophy behind it, it is delicious, so there is nothing we can do about it. Thinking about it calmly, I would drink it in a good mood if it was served as "active nigori," which is a mixture of clear sake, soda water and sake lees. In the Kansai region, leatherfish are called "hage" for some reason. However, it is not enough to call it "hage" without knowing when and where to say it. A sensible adult should be able to judge the occasion, and be considerate enough to say "kawahagi" instead of "hage," and that is what a sensible adult is. The same goes for sake. We tend to drink everything cold, but there are certainly some sake that need to be heated to show its best qualities. My favorite Kikuhime is no exception. Drinking it cold is a death sentence, but when warmed up, it is surprisingly delicious. But if you warm it up, you will be surprised at how much better it tastes. Tonight I'm having it warmed up with some sukiyaki meat that I bought at a 20% discount on Niku Day. Degree of liking 10/10

I checked the brewery's website and found that the sake was not suitable for heating, so I drank it cold, feeling the flavor (I learned a lot).
