シロタマ
When opened, it has a strong aroma of melon just before ripeness. When you drink it, it has a wood vat-like nuance and a flavor of the white part of the melon, almost like melon rind. The sweetness is very strong, but the concentration of other flavor elements is a bit lacking. Also, it is a bit bitter. This is the kind of flavor you often encounter when ordering sake for around 1,000 yen per cup at a sake tavern.
Second day. The taste became thicker and the bitterness disappeared! But as you take two or three sips, it becomes hot and bitter. It is better to drink it quickly with water to soften it without rolling it on the tongue.
P Strong and good aroma
