It is a modern sake with a gaseous taste and a hint of sweetness and umami.
It's so fruity and modern that I can't believe it's 80% polished rice 😳 lol たっつうLunchtime drinking on a holiday.
The first drink was Gokotsuru, a brand I had been curious about.
A fresh cup with sweet and sour taste and sharpness typical of Nagano sake. 🙆♂️
I usually drink Nagano sake when I visit other places lol. たっつうThe fourth and last glass.
It may be 88% low-polished, but the sweetness and umami that is typical of Shinsei is so good that it doesn't remind you of that 😳.
It's a taste that gives it the air of a champion! たっつうThe third glass is a local sake from Shinano-Omachi.
It has a catchy label and tastes mild and sweet 🙆♂️
I thought it had an alcoholic taste, but maybe that's because I've had Niimasa and Jyushiyo before lol.
Of course it was a good sake. たっつうThe second cup was another first for me, Jyushidai, its standard sake Honmaru.
I have had Asahitaka before, but it was like I finally found it 😅.
It was a wonderful sake with sweetness and deliciousness as well as softness and sake-like characteristics! たっつうAt Tennoji.
First up is the first Ten Frog sparkling I've ever had.
At 8%, it is low in alcohol and has a wonderful harmony of sweet and sour 👏👏👏.
To be honest, all low alcohol sparkling sake tastes similar to each other, but not this one😳.
It was really delicious! たっつうThe last one is Ona from Tochigi.
It has a strong flavor and sharpness.
It may be good as a food sake. I had it with Doteyaki, which was also delicious. 🙆♂️ ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Mr. Tatsu 😃.

This was my first time drinking this brand and it was delicious 😆.

It seems to be from the same brewery as Kawanakajima and Kawanakajima Genmai, but I didn't expect to have this one first😅.
This one is fruity and tastes like lactic acid.

This is apple🍎, with a fresh aroma and a trace of gas. When you drink it, it's sweet at first, then quickly comes crisp and dry. Delicate acidity, elegant apple flavor, and a dry aftertaste.

Fruity and sweet, this is another great sake.
I found Akabu to be far more delicious this time than last, and would like to try the other specs again! たっつうThe third glass was Zenkichi from Nagano.
It was a slightly sweet and gentle sake 🍶.
It was also delicious! たっつうThe second cup was Nabeshima's Aizan.
It is sweet and fruity, but the sweetness does not linger in the mouth, similar to Jikin, which I think is a beautiful sake 👏👏👏👏. たっつうAt Tennoji's other sake.
The first drink was a summer sake from Choyo Fukumusume.

I think Nemuchi or Yasubeyesan was drinking Koeigiku Snow Crescent or Hiran Seiten!
After leaving the other place, we went to Meidi-ya across the street.

On the way to Sennichimae, I went to a liquor store that seemed difficult to enter, but I was drunk enough to go in just to chill out.
