たっつうThe second glass was Shinmasa's new Kijoshu.
It is made from brown rice except for the malted rice 🍶.
You can feel the umami of rice, sweetness, and deep richness, but the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing and goes very well 😳.
I think it would be better to drink this sake by itself rather than with something else. たっつうAfter work. First time drinking Yamazan.
It is not too sweet, but you can feel the gasiness and umami taste.

This is Imi's Strawberry 🍓If you read the label on the back, you'll be led into a strawberry mood, but the taste...yeah. Strawberry🍓😍Sweet and sour with a strong sweetness. The sourness is fresh, so I wonder if it is strawberry 🤫.
It was a very tasty sake with a gorgeous aftertaste that is typical of Imi 😋.

Today I had a joint launch with the group in charge of the project, after all the big things that have been going on work-wise for the past few weeks. Not being one to welcome the weekend with all the bottled beer I can drink, I went to my usual other place for drinks 😆.
Yes, summer means beetles. They had them in stock at Other Sake earlier in the day, so of course I ordered some.

Of course, it still tastes great as an adult lemon squash👍.

The other day, bouken-san took me to "Tesho Sake", which is a very drunken place where you can drink excellent sake at a reasonable price 🥰.

We drank Ilya Thornton before, but this time it was Numérosis.
It was very winey, just seemed drier than Ilya Thornton 🤔.
The sogapé at the end was so good 🙆♂️ たっつうThe second drink at the other sake brewery was Asahitaka, which I have not had for a long time.
It too had a sweet taste and was delicious 😊.
Compared to Jyushiyo, Asahitaka is less fruity, clearer and more suited for a mealtime drink.
I think I like Asahitaka more 🤔 lol たっつうThe second restaurant is Tennoji's other sake.
The first was a sake from Hayashi Sake Brewery, which is located near the border of Toyama and Niigata prefectures.

Lastly, we ordered different drinks, so I exchanged mine for a shot of Imi Pink and tasted a little.
It's been a long time since I've had Hana-yosu since I couldn't get it.
It's my first time to drink premium.
Thin and cloudy. It's like a pineapple, just like Hana-yosu.
Sweet and juicy and so delicious 😋.
Maybe it's because it's premium, or maybe it's because it's not as bitter or sweet as I once thought it would be, but it's exactly what I imagine Hana-yosu to be like.
I like this kind of taste after all 😁.
I was also interested in San San Aisan and Beian Daiguo Xue Zhong Zhuang, but I drank only pre-drinks today 😅.
We parted ways with Jive at Namba station and headed home.

It looks like it was made when Mr. Uematsu was the chief brewer of the brewery.
It has a Western-style aroma.
It's a bit schwitty, but the Viridian-ness is there.

Distinctive but indescribable aroma, clean sweetness on the palate.
The taste is much easier to recognize than the black one.

While I was contemplating my next order, a regular customer ordered a Viridian, and the waiter asked if he could have one too. and I was served it.
Shinsei Viridian, a humanitarian aid sake for the Myanmar Earthquake of 2025.
A bottle of "Viridian" brewed with 2022 sake rice and aged for 2 years in the brewery.
The aroma alone is intoxicating, with a fruity, mellow rice aroma, a strong gassy mouthfeel, a strong sweet acidity, a clean finish, and a pleasant aftertaste.
It goes well with the aroma of cheddar cheese.
This is a precious sake that I could drink. ポンちゃんGyve, here's another one 😊.
