Junmai Ginjo🍶829 GRILL
Nagano Ueda Railway Journey🚃Day 1
Second glass of Banikuman🐴!
829😅 It goes well with horse meat, a little bitter and gentle. My wife says it's good with the fat of the mane (mane, the fat under the skin of the neck)😅I think the acidity stands out when I drink it with the mane. The aroma is also tasty. The small strip (part of the rose) gives it a spiciness. As the temperature rises, the umami comes out. The buckwheat karinto (a buckwheat dumpling) is also delicious 😋.

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store
I went to my favorite liquor store in Nagano and saw they were selling a spare bottle of Hanpukai sake. I'd like to join the hanpukai....
This time, I chose Toyokabi, which has a good reputation among them 💁.
The label design is simple 🐦⬛
I opened the bottle right away 🍶 It's delicious 😋.
The mouthfeel is clean and tasty!
It has a clean and refreshing taste! I really like the way it finishes cleanly and without any cloying taste after the first sip 😊I really like this one ‼️
I'd like to repeat it if it were a regular product 🔁I can feel the high level of the hanpukai 😆I wish...I'd like to join the Shinshu hanpukai at least once after all!
Thanks for the treat...
Taste 85
Color Light cloudy with a slight yellowish hue
Aroma: A clean aroma of rice.
Taste: Well-balanced.
Overall impression: This brewery is a favorite no matter what you drink.
Delicious with a nice, uncluttered pizzazz 🍶.
Refreshing, clean, crisp, and dry throat that intrigues me to drink the next one.
I thought it would be sweeter with the oriole pooling at the bottom, but personally I got the impression it was spicier ✨.
I drank it over the course of 3 days and the taste never changed 😊.
Purchased on a trip to Nagano, Japan
I was hoping to find Kameiring or Genmai.
Sure enough, none 😞.
I was trying to decide which one to buy when someone came into the store and bought two bottles of this one 😧.
I bought two bottles of this one 😧 and bought a copycat 🙏.
The best in the world in terms of cosmetics and taste 👍.
Toyokang is a terror: 🙇♂️

When I'm tired of doldrums, the illumination of Minato Mirai is dazzling in my eyes. I can't even see people's lovemaking. 🙂↔️
I'll have a bottle of Toyokko, which I've been drinking a lot recently.
It was acidic at first, then sweet, and finally tasty. I somehow thought Toyooka was sweet, but looking at some of the past posts, I'm not so sure. It is a delicious sake of any type, but I haven't established my own image of it. I need to drink more 😁.
I had a drinking party this week with a lady who quit her job a while ago.
She asked me, "Miss (pseudo), why do all those complicated uncles keep coming up to you?" (The point is that she has no romantic feelings.)
(The point is that she has no romantic feelings.) When she said that, I thought that's true. 🙂↕️ I guess it's because I listen to her so well. The most important thing to remember is that you can't just go to the store and ask for a job.
Hi Ane 😊
The expression "sludgy and tired" conveys the feeling of being very tired 😵💫💦
Thank you for your hard work: 🙇
When you are commenting that you can't even see the lovey-dovey in your eyes,
I can see it in your eyes. ‼️
LOL 😂
Good morning, T.KISO 😃.
I didn't even drink and this day I woke up at the nearest station (last stop) and almost made a U-turn 😆.
I'm a sore loser 😂 I'm jealous you're so happy!
This is the first Shiboribori of Toyoka.
Due to various reasons, I have not been able to drink properly lately, and even though it is almost December, I have not been able to start drinking new sake at home.
I stopped by chuin for some errands, and at least I could enjoy drinking sake.
The exterior is silver green.
It has a light hazy orizumi taste.
It is the most last-minute ogara I have ever tasted.
The aroma is of calm apple and pear, with hints of melon and banana.
The aroma of rice is also mild.
The texture is smooth and light.
The juicy sweetness with a red grape-like flavor is quickly covered with dryness, acidity, and alcohol stimulation, which spreads to the palate.
From there, the acidity and alcohol stimulus goes down the back of the throat and finishes with a sharp finish.
From the last part of the bottle, you can feel the umami of the rice and a pleasant bitter astringent aftertaste.
Toyoko-shu has a gorgeous aroma, but this Junmai-shu has a subdued aroma, and while it has the fresh alcohol stimulation and roughness of a new sake, it has a robust flavor that is delicious.
Hi Aladdin 😃.
You seem to be busy with many things 🥲Thanks for your time 😌.
Reading your review of Flowing or Aladdin's makes me want to drink Kochira's Toyoka too 😚.
I need to drink some Ga too 😅.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃.
Your concern is much appreciated 😌.
Toyoga comes up on my phone with the predictive conversion of "Houka" even though it is "Toyoka"!
Toyoga, the Tennyo no Shizuku one brewed by female toji Takazawa-san, is one I've been wanting to drink for a while too: ☺️
Aladdin, thank you for your work 💦It's hard not being able to drink when you want to 😢.
Still, 3 new sake ogara-mi in a row ✨Toyoka and Winter Session are the 2 I gave up on yesterday 😂The ogara-mi is the best 😻.
Good evening, Pon 😃.
Thank you for your concern 😊My wife has been sick in bed with a cold 😌.
I finally started drinking today 🍶.
It's hard to make a lot of decisions to forgo the new sake season 🥲It's nice to drink a little bit more when you drink outside 🍶.
After a refreshing muscat-like ginjo aroma, it has a crisp new sake-like acidity and slight bubbles.
It is a sake that goes down smoothly and smoothly.
Good morning, Nanoha 😃.
I see you drank a month ago 😁.
I'm curious about that yellow label with that yellow label on sake and red letters for natto.
Now that I think about it, I wonder if darker dishes would make it crisp 🤔.
Good evening, Bousuke 😊 I was curious about the label! I wanted it to be sticky lol lol It was a light, refreshing, easy drinking sake that didn't have the impact of the label lol
