The clean and light feeling is similar to Hakurakusei. ⁉️
I prepared a variety of dishes with Nagano in mind, but the soaked leek was a perfect match ✨.
Nagano is known for its nozawana, so darker greens would be a good match?
Also, the fried horse mackerel was a good choice.
Tonight we will have this one. The aroma is very rich when you open the bottle. I like this one.
