Sometimes local Toyooka
A little strong acidity, more crisp than sweet?
Is the color a little yellowish? Is it because of the lighting?
Sweetness comes later.
I'm a little strict about Toshimaya's sake because I'm a fan of Takaten, but it is a stable and delicious sake!
The word "strictly sealed" on the lid...
As the name suggests, this sake has a gaseous and robust flavor. Most sake with a gaseous taste has a mellow, fruity, gorgeous flavor, but since it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, it is dry and refreshing.
Another delicious bottle of sake I've encountered.
The potential of Nagano Prefecture is immeasurable!
Wild boar, Houka
Highly aromatic! This was the first time I thought it was the best!
Is it getting more and more fragrant? Red dragonflies are amazing!
Okaya City, Nagano Prefecture Toyoshimaya
100% Nagano sake rice, 59% polished rice.
The sake is unfiltered and unpasteurized at 16% alcohol by volume.
There is a slight effervescence when the bottle is opened.
The acidity is strong, and at first there is an impression of bitterness, but when you drink it, the sweetness and umami come in easily later.
Personally, I felt more sweetness and umami on the second day after opening.
Drinking at home
Kuboyama Sake Shop
I kept it chilled in the fridge, but it took some time to cool down!
The word of mouth is that it is fruity, but it was not as I expected due to the strong sake taste.
I would like to try a fresh one next time.
However, if you think it is a classic, it might be good to have a little bit of fruity taste!

Toyoka from Fist of the North Star
Cork opened with good sound
Nice aroma
Strong sweetness
But it is refreshingly bitter
I was a little surprised that the impression was different from that of Toyooka when I drank it out of the bottle.
I thought I opened the spicier one because Hokuto no Ken was sweeter, but I was pleasantly surprised.
