Companion's Choice The only famous rice place on the menu that day, wasn't it? It was this one. It looked like wine, including the packaging and the glass used to serve it. It had a fruity taste, and I liked it. However, it was my fourth glass, so it was a little too much to finish!

Next up was Sansho 2023 Yamadanishiki. This is another sparkling sake that can be opened with a number of people. I brought this one well chilled because I wanted my oldest son and his wife to drink it! 😁. Beautiful bubbles and a mild mouthfeel. The eldest son and his wife were very impressed with the taste that they wanted to drink it forever! I am happy to be able to please them as it is a brand that is not easily available. It was very delicious! 👍
