I decided to do something I don't usually do 🍶: Lunchtime drinking ☀🍶. I got my wife's permission to have a lunchtime drink and spent the morning working out at the gym and bathhouse to get ready for the day 😄. We went to our regular restaurant, Yugamian Kamenya, a short walk from our house 🚶. We ordered beer and konjak dengaku before we started the first Soba, and after quenching our thirst, we shifted to Oroshi Soba and Sake to start our meal 🍶. Tsuneyama Junmai Dry Chokuchi The aroma of rice is clear and full, the mouthfeel is smooth and clear, the flavor is clean and crisp, and there is a refreshing aftertaste and a lingering bitterness at the end. I forget who said it, but it is the embodiment of the phrase "Fukui's sake is rich in flavor". The spiciness of the refreshing "oroshi-soba" goes well with the mellow flavor of "Tsuneyama". Some restaurants in Fukui serve oroshi-soba separately from the broth, as shown in the fourth picture, so visitors to Fukui eat it dipped in the broth like mori-soba, while local residents basically eat it bukkake style, as shown in the first picture 😄. I'm starting to feel drunk, so I'm going to walk a little more and go to the "Hashigo-zake" (lunchtime drinking) 🤣.

Hi, Gyve! I'm not sure what to expect from a lunchtime drink, but it sounds like a situation where both fun and deliciousness would be doubled 🎵. I see... I'll have to pour it over the separate servings 😲. I will do that when I visit Fukui 😁.

Hi Gyve 😃. A paid lunchtime drink is a special occasion 😆. And soba and sake is the best 🥰. Bukkake style, I'll keep that in mind so that when I go to Fukui, I don't have to worry about it 😆.

Hi Gyve 😊 Paid daytime drinking, isn't it great👍 I read in some izakaya that "life is great when you can drink from noon" 📝. Oroshi soba and dry Fukui sake, that's a very typical start for you, Gyve-san!

Good morning, Gyve 😊. I sometimes have a lunchtime drink too, but it's awesome 🤣. Plus soba and sake are great too 🤩. Tsuneyama + grated soba, I'm intrigued!

Hi Gyve 😃. I like the daytime drink. ☺️ I used to be at a ryokan in front of Ashihara Onsen station for local construction and used to go to a Chinese restaurant in front of the station. I used to go to a Chinese restaurant in front of the station. I remember there was a mysterious menu called "Oroshi Chuka Soba" and it was served with bukkake 😆. I remember that it was bukkake 😆.

It had been a long time since I had a free day off, and since I had no plans until the evening, I decided to start drinking from noon and went to "Youkamean Kameya," a restaurant within walking distance from my house, to do "Soba-mae" (buckwheat noodles), which I had wanted to do for a long time. When I came here for lunch, I found the sake lineup to be quite gorgeous and I wanted to come here for a drink 😁. I wanted to try the only brand I didn't know from this lineup 🍶. Higan Daiginjo. I had never heard of this brand, so I looked it up and found out that it is a private brand jointly developed by Sake Hoshino, a Niigata sake shop, and Taiyo Shuzo, and is sold only at Hoshino, so I heard it is very rare. It has a clear and delicate aroma of rice, a clear and clear drinking experience, a slight sweetness and umami, and a refreshing, tranquil, and beautiful aftertaste. Even if you drink it again and again, you will never get tired of the refreshing aftertaste that you felt at first. A versatile all-around dining sake that will not interfere with the cuisine when paired with char-grilled duck and local specialty Echizen oroshi soba (buckwheat noodles with grated radish), but will allow both the cuisine and the sake to speak for themselves ✨. The Soba-Mae and Soba-Shu are now available 😋.

Hi Gyve 😃 Soba-mae is so chic 😎I would like to learn how to drink like that from ☺️😄 But the pricing of Jikin bugs me 😳I felt Fukui love 🥰 on the menu. I'm also curious about Kansai for heated sake 🍶.

Good evening Aladdin 🌛. I was intimidated by the idea of drinking alcohol at noon, but I enjoyed my day today 😁. Kansai" is the drink of the city where I live and is more popular than "Ippongi" around here ✨. Cheaper "Jikin" 🤔.

Good evening, Maru-san 🌛. There are only a few places that serve soba in a town that is known for soba, so it is very convenient to have a soba restaurant nearby 😁. I tried to imitate J&N-san who also served Soba with Sake 😋.

Hi Rafa! It's true that Kansai has an image of udon noodles 💦There is a restaurant in Rakuhoku, Kyoto that serves Echizen soba.... It would be a luxury I would be happy to have once a year 😁.

Good evening, Mr. Jive. From Echizen soba to Fukui's famous sake. They look delicious. Above all, it is a more major sake than Ippongi in Fukui, I am curious about Kansai.

Good morning, Mr. Maruwa! I'd like to make the soba and sake that are as good as those in Shinshu into a tourism resource 😁. In the Tannan area of Fukui Prefecture, the breweries are close to each other, so heated sake is easier to drink than "Kansai" or "Ippongi".
