#Japanese Sake
It is only super dry and refreshing. It is easy to drink, so be careful not to find yourself drinking it all the time.
It is also good to have a quick drink after a meal with strong flavors 👌
Perhaps because the evening heat has calmed down a bit, I feel like stopping by for a quick drink. The counter at the cape was empty, so I had no choice but to go in. The lady who is always busy is there to help me today. We decided to try a sake that she had not had before. It has a slightly yellowish, old-fashioned sake-like flavor, but not harsh. She also tasted a little. She said it tastes like it can be paired with anything.
Seishun 18 Kip, a trip to visit sake breweries
I'm glad it's free tasting.
Drank a generous portion of the sake on display and purchased this one!
Also got a sake seal book label
I bought this souvenir for myself in Shizuoka, my second hometown.
There is a Hana-no-Mai store on the first floor of Hamamatsu Station, where you can sample some.
This time it was a small-brewed sake. It is very dry. The mellowness that is typical of Harazake spreads on the palate at first, but the dryness that follows closes it off.
I think I'll have an eel bone with it.
