Last weekend, I had another day off, so I took the kids to a park a little ways away.
We went to Hamanako Pal Pal on GW, but I was surprised to find that there were surprisingly few things for both of us to play together, such as playground equipment that neither of us can play on and equipment that only my older daughter can play on 😲.
My birthday is coming up in the summer, so I think there will be more things for both of us to play together next time 🥰.
Now, after putting the kids to bed, let's have a drink tonight 🍶.
Kurosawa Namahashi, Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai GOLD
[Glass.]
Aroma of mellow rice with a hint of sake yeast, penetrating umami with a clean mouthfeel, soft acidity and a firm bitterness in the finish.
[Mokkiri.]
Slightly woody aroma like Japanese cypress, smooth umami with a clean mouthfeel, a hint of sweetness and acidity, and a firm bitterness on the finish.
The sake is refreshing, yet accented by a strong bitterness in the aftertaste, a taste I had never experienced before. The curiosity of "What's this sake?
I tried heating up the sake, which I saw on SNS, but the bitter part of the taste was softened and turned into sweetness, and I felt a slightly tangy, savory, nutty taste, which was also delicious.

The entrée is "Isoage" and "Kakinoha Sushi" that I bought at Taga SA on the way back from the park 🍴.
The fourth one is "Egg Hunt" from Napoli, a pasta restaurant in Fukui City that specializes in pasta with starchy sauce 🍝.
I sometimes feel like eating it 🥰.

Good evening, Mr. Jive.
I've never seen Mr. Kurosawa outside of Sakewa, but I've seen a sake from Nagano Prefecture that [what's this sake? I'm curious to know what it's like 😁✨✨.
I think it would be nice to change the taste by heating up the sake 😋.

Good evening, Jive 🤗.
Thanks for your expedition from Shizuoka to Fukui 🚗! I'm sure the kids had a great time 🤗☺️☺️☺️. The sake looks delicious, but I'm sure the specialties of each prefecture will enhance it even more!

Hi Gyve 😃
I see 🧐I think there was a playground for different age groups...it was a distant memory 😌.
I'd love to taste 😋 and feel Mr. Kurosawa's natural sake flavor 😙.

Hi Gyve 🐦.
I think I saw some Kurosawa in Shinshu, but there are so many brands anyway 💦 I can drink even the ones I don't know, that's the good thing about hanpukai!
I'll check out your snacks next time I'm in SA since it's always something sweet 😁.

Good evening, ma-ki🌛.
The taste nuance of this sake was similar to that of a distilled spirit [gin] ✨.
I felt that there are many variations of Nagano sake 🥰.

Good evening, Heppoko-san 🌛.
I went to Toyohashi city in Aichi prefecture for work about 2 years ago, but it's still a long way 😅I was tired from driving 😮💨
I didn't think I would have enough time to buy some food if I had to go back to my hometown, so I made it quick 🥰.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌛.
I wrote "playground equipment" for the sake of character count, but it's actually an attraction 🎡.
There are severe height and age restrictions 😅.
It was one that made me feel the rich nature of Nagano 🥰.

Good evening, Pon-chan 🌛.
When you go to a well-known liquor store in Shinshu, you will be overwhelmed by the variety of brands they have 🤣.
I'm not a fan of the taste system, but on the other hand, it's an intoxicating experience to be able to drink bottles that I wouldn't have gone through myself ✨.
