Also at Hamamatsu Station, this is a small amount of free tasting. We had the first two autumn sakes of the year. Since they were sake in bulk, they were high in alcohol content and had a heavy finish.
At Ekimachi in Hamamatsu Station. We had a 500 yen tasting of the most popular New Summer Orange Sparkling and a set of the regular sparkling. I didn't like the regular one so much, but the orange one, with 5% alcohol, tasted like an elegant chu-hi (a refreshing drink)!
The fruity sweetness with a hint of peach that comes first, followed by a refreshing acidity, is dry but refreshing.
It is a delicious drink when paired with mayonnaise or other strong fatty foods.

Sake made with wine yeast.
In the mouth, it has a refreshing lemon-like acidity and citrusiness. For a moment, I thought it was a dry sake, but it turned out to be a white wine. The mouthfeel, alcohol, acidity, astringency, and color are all white wine. Interesting wine! Sake!
This sake was recommended to me at a sake store, so I made a reservation and received it three days ago. It is made with Burgundy wine yeast and is described as a deep sake that goes well with all kinds of food, so I enjoyed it with pork cutlet from Hirata Farm. The aroma reminded me of Hachisaku and cucumber. (Wife's comment) My image was grapefruit. It was easy to drink and I finished it.
Sparkling sake made with Burgundy wine yeast.
It seems to be similar in image to Champagne Extra Brut.
The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, with just enough sake aroma and flavor left at the end.
Goes well with any food, but goes great with goya tsukudani (bitter melon tsukudani)
Suitable for summer
It seems to be made with wine yeast, and when you put it in your mouth, it is as if you are drinking white wine. Delicious with just the right amount of acidity and a citrusy aroma😋.
