I'm here on a trip to Atami. I haven't been here since I was a child.
We went to Hatsushima.
It is Hana no Mai's Hatsushima label, so I had to drink it.
Seafood from noon.
Crisp alcohol and a faint aroma of rice.
It is aromatic and dry, with a spicy and sour taste that goes down your throat.
How could it not go well with sashimi and turban shells grilled in a pot?
Room temperature: mild aroma, a little bit of sake's matured taste, which I personally don't like.
Hot: Slightly easier to drink. The label recommends this temperature range.
It is a rare taste for Hana-no-Mai, but surprisingly, there seems to be a certain number of people who are ardent fans of this brand.
It is only available in bottles of 1.5 liters or larger. They say the flavor is such that you can drink it every day and not get tired of it.
Cold: A punchy rice flavor after the acidity.
Purchased as a commemorative gift at Hana-no-Mai's new sake tasting.
The gold shaded bag has a gourmet raffle.
I live in Shizuoka Prefecture, but this is my first time to taste Hana-no-Mai. It is a pure sake, but the alcohol taste on the nose is reminiscent of fireworks? It is a matter of taste, but I don't think I will buy it again.
Pale yellow in color
A smooth yet refreshing taste.
After the mellow aroma escapes from the nose, the umami of the rice and the firm dryness pass down the throat.
Delicious 😋😋😋.
I couldn't go to the brewery in time, so I bought it at a store in Hamamatsu station.

Interesting taste without being sake-like, partly due to the use of wine yeast

a gift from a friend of mine
At first refreshing and easy to drink🍺.
And yet it has a rich sweet atmosphere, somewhat like chocolate or cocoa 🍫.
The acidity is noticeable at first, but the sweetness increases with each sip. ☺️
Easy to drink and seems to fit many occasions ^ ^.
On the way back from an expedition, we took the Shinkansen for a quick drink. I opened a bottle of Hana-no-Mai junmai ginjo sake.
It has a soft taste, but it is a delicious sake with a concentrated aftertaste. It goes well with ekiben, a boxed meal that often has a strong flavor.
This is a bottle that can be enjoyed to the fullest on an expedition trip. Delicious: ‼️
