Cold: You can taste the flavor of rice. Makes you want to cook.
We had it for a toast at the beginning of the year at a community event.
The colors and patterns on the label are beautiful.
It was the first sake I bought and I miss it.
A bottle I received. It was labeled dry. The dryness was not felt at the moment of drinking, but it came later. However, the dryness had no impact, and it was somehow lacking. However, I wonder if it doesn't interfere with the food.
Tonight's ICHI-GO-KAN is Shizuoka's Hana-no-Mai. As the name implies, it has a floral flavor with a mildly strong sake aftertaste. The flavor is more reserved than that of the neighboring Aichi, and is best served with salmon, tuna, or seafood red meat.
Opened a souvenir from a business trip to Hamamatsu.
It is refreshingly spicy, but with a hint of sweetness.
Delicious!
Maybe it goes well with greasy food?
