Osaka local sake. Junmai Ginjo-shu from Yamano Shuzo in Katano City. Only Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture is used to make this full-bodied sake with a rich aroma.
Took it home in Osakajo - Sake Square 2024. The bottle opens with a spottiness and a gaseous feeling. It is a bit gassy. We decided to start with the top clear liquid. It was a little bit cloudy and I thought it would be sweet, but it was tangy and refreshing. Delicious! The second glass was a little sweeter with a little bit of bitterness. You can enjoy it twice.
