Sake rice is Omachi
This is the first Osaka sake from a brand that I myself had never heard of 😊.
The umami characteristic of Omachi. It was a mellow, juicy and delicious sake 😄.
I had a great time and we talked so much that I drank too much and ended up with a hangover that lasted until the next day 😵💦💦.
I was sad to say goodbye, but I told my juniors to have fun and that I would have another drink with them after I move on 🥲.
Good evening, soumacho 😃.
Congratulations on your first sake in Osaka at "Kata no Sakura" at the end of a fun sakishin ㊗️ 🎉.
It's hard to be three days drunk 😱 but it means you had such a fun and intense time 🥹I'm looking forward to seeing you again 🤗.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby😄!
This was my first Osaka sake in an unexpected way 🍶.
In fact, we have another Osaka sake on standby in our cellar !
It was a fun time and I will try to motivate myself to drink again 😃.
Last of the day.
It's been a while since I've seen this one.
Gohyaku-mangoku.
The spiciness is a little gorgeous, and the richness of the lingering aftertaste is very slow.
Low alcohol content (15%). Sweet and easy to drink.
The label is stylish and nice.
We compared the hi-ire and nikkumi. We prefer the directly pumped one.

The aroma has a unique nutty flavor derived from Yamahai.
The taste has a gradual amino acid and alcohol sensation.
It is not so strong in the umami type.
I ordered it to go with a strong-flavored delicacy such as okizuke (pickled fish), and it was a good match.
It has a delicious flavor that I would like to warm up.
