I successfully overcame the most depressing physical examination of the year, the gastroscopy 🥰.
Aside from the details, my abdominal circumference decreased significantly and my weight increased, so I cleared the first stage by increasing muscle mass. Sairai Yoinokaze Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama Sake
A slight lemon-like aroma, a slight gassy feeling on the palate, a beautiful umami with a smooth sourness, a lemon-like sweetness, and a refreshing aftertaste.
Father-in-law and sister-in-law also gave it a favorable review.

This is a limited edition of "Haruhi" which is only available at limited stores among "Sono Kangiku", and this one is a special order product for Koyama Shoten, one of the sacred places for sake lovers.
We received the last of the sake!
The sweet aroma wafting through the air even at a short distance from the bottle, the gaseous sensation felt at the bottom of the mouth, the slightly refreshing sweetness typical of Kangiku, and the clean lingering taste and bitterness that remains at the end.
I think it had been a while since the bottle was opened, but I was surprised at the gaseous sensation I felt.
I would like to visit [Koyama Shoten] someday. ✨️

The first "Shinshu Kamerei Junmai Daiginjo" 🎉and we got to open the bottle!
Aroma like stewed apples? The taste is like a tangy gaseous taste with a slight lingering image, followed by mellow sweetness and acidity like ripe apples, and then it finishes with a refreshing yet deep aftertaste!
It may have just arrived at the store or it wasn't chilled, but the taste was very satisfying.
I'd like to try it chilled if I can get my hands on some ✨.

We stopped by Sakeiki Daigo on our one-day trip to Kanazawa on June 19, 2011 and drank a lot more than just "Iraka".
After "Iraka", I ordered this second sake, which was just about to be released 🍶.
Nabeshima Summer Moon Ginjo
The aroma is like a soft apple with honey, the mouthfeel is slightly gassy, the sweetness is clean but still tasty, and the finish is refreshing and sweet, like a spud.
This is one of my favorites.
I was so happy to be able to drink this following the "Blossoms Moon" we had in the spring ✨.

After ordering "Jyushidai", "Kahayo" and premium sake, I found "sake with a reason" and "brand unknown" on the sake list, so I ordered them.
Yamahai Akirika.
A slightly heavy aroma like Yamahai, a clean flavor, a soft and refreshing aroma and a refreshing sharpness like Yamahai.
It would go well with fish from Kanazawa 😋.
We also had soba noodles to finish 🥰.

I ordered "Jyushiyo" for my first drink, and this is what I chose for my second drink!
Hana-yoso Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu.
Sweet aroma like a tropical fruit, sweet umami like a fresh pineapple, and a slightly bitter taste on the nose with a sweet aftertaste.
We ordered the head of the oyakodon, which Oyabu recommends as much as the soba noodles!
The savory flavor of the brand-name chicken roasted over charcoal matches the salty taste of the Warishita (soy sauce), and the rice goes down a treat when ordered in a bowl.
Recently, they are planning to open a restaurant specializing in oyakodon (chicken and egg bowl). ✨️
I was surprised by the sudden tsunami warning last morning, but relieved that there was no major damage to Japan.
I am keenly aware of the importance of daily disaster prevention awareness 😓.

Kitaan Okuni Midsummer Midwinter Sake - Snow Storage Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
Get it as an option in the July Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai (✨️). This one is completely new to me 💡.
This is a challenging bottle of freshly pressed, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake made in the winter and bottled and stored in the snow!
[Even in the heyday of "light and dry" sake, if you continue to make "mellow sweet" sake, someone will take a shine to it.
I can feel the confidence of the brewery that if they continue to make this sake, someone will be attracted to it, and that person will continue to buy "Kitaan Okuni".

The sweetness and umami are in contrast to the "Ding" opened the other day, but there are similarities in the clean taste 🤔.
Both served with local seafood [Seared Spanish Mackerel] and [Sashimi of Black Sea Bream] 😋.
For the fourth one, I went to Yamaoka for the limited-time-only Burnt Soy Sauce Ramen (🍜).
However, I wasn't into it as much as I thought I would be, so I went back later for the "Special Miso Ramen" to cleanse my palate 🥰.
