ジャイヴAs the restaurant became empty, I started to think about eating and drinking in earnest, and then I drank a bottle of "Tatenogawa" and had to have another one.
Jikin Tokubetsu Junmai Hi-iri
It's quite rare to find Jikin in regular bottles at the store where I live ✨.
The first one was 🥂.
Pineapple-like aroma, umami clean to sweet, sharp and pineapple sweet aftertaste, almost astringent bitterness that lingers in the mouth at the end.
Delicious! As I started to think about what to serve with this, my phone rang and my wife called to let me know she was already home!
I paid the bill in a hurry, as the kids were still not asleep, and then I said a tearful hello to the owner of the restaurant, saying that I would come back to drink slowly this time, and then I got a representative and flew home.
It was a night when the timing was a little off 🌗.

Actually, the owner of the restaurant and I went to the same daycare center for our children at one time, so we saw each other more often in the mornings than at the restaurant 😁.

Finally we found a restaurant that had one seat available, but the restaurant was very busy, so we didn't order any food, but just drank beer and sake and waited for the restaurant to open 🍶.
Tatenogawa Junmai Daiginjo Seiryu
Aroma of a hint of pine muscat, a refreshing sweetness, a sweet and refreshing aftertaste, and a slight bitterness at the end.
The deliciously sweet and refreshing mouthfeel is just like a clear stream.
A very refreshing drink!
Around 8:30, customers started to leave at once and the restaurant had more room to spare, so we ordered the "today's recommended" dish of "Zuke Tuna" 🍴.

Fukuda Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki from Nagasaki
The aroma of grapes or pineapple with a sour fruit aroma, the texture on the tongue is slightly carbonated, the mouthfeel is umami and the nose is firm, the rice aroma fades out with the sharpness of the acidity, and the lingering acidity is short and leaves a sour taste in the throat.

Chiebijin Special Junmai Sake Hachitan Nishiki.
I had the last of the bottle left in the bottle, and it was the first time I had the sensation of drinking it 😲.
It has a light, fruity aroma, sourness, a hint of sweetness, and a soft, clean aftertaste 🍶.
Personally, I felt sourness, sweetness and sharpness like a lactobacillus drink.
I was so satisfied that I was about to order a second glass, but my daughter started to get rough, so I went home 🏠.
I couldn't drink enough, so I opened the leftover "Senkou Sakura" and drank with "Ara no Sashimi" and "Dashimaki".
Unlike the last time, I drank it neutrally and felt the sourness, slight sweetness and sharpness, like a falling snowstorm of cherry blossoms 🌸🍃.

It was my first time at "Chiebijin" and it's delicious and different atmosphere from Nabeshima in the same Kyushu 😋.

My daughter is in her earliest stage of earning rave reviews, so her interest turns on and off quite violently 😅I usually prepare a reserve, and it worked out well this time. Elegant sweetness like muscat, gorgeous aroma, great balance of freshness and fruity.
Each sip whetted my appetite and made me wonder what to serve with it!
Personally, this was one of my favorite bottles of the year! ジャイヴThe second drink was Bon from my hometown, Fukui.
The freshness of the freshly squeezed fresh sake with the sweetness that is typical of Bon and the lingering aftertaste that lingers long after the fresh aroma escapes through the nose.
I felt very satisfied just by drinking one glass! ジャイヴIt's been a while since I've been out drinking, so I compared various drinks.
First up was the Shichibonjari Junmai from Shiga!
The rice used to make this sake is made without pesticides!
The taste has a rounded flavor with a strong rice flavor and a smooth aftertaste!
