May 13 was the night of the May full moon [Flower Moon] 🌕️🌸
Due to work-related reasons, I had to postpone my meeting by one day, so let's have our regular "moon-viewing sake" tonight 🍶🌝.
I was lucky enough to get the sake I was going to open this time a while ago, and after thinking about when to open it, I decided to coincide it with the "Flower Moon" and waited for this day to come 🤣.
Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Blossom Moon
The first "Nabeshima Moon Series" for home drinking 🎉.

Floral rice aroma like honey of flowers, a touch of gas on the tip of the tongue, a gorgeous sweetness, and a bitter taste in the back of the throat, followed by a fresh and sweet aftertaste.

The aroma of rice is weaker than that of a glass, but it is reminiscent of the honey of flowers, and the mouthfeel has a long, pleasantly sweet aftertaste.
The taste of happiness and lingering aftertaste spread in the mouth with each sip, and the finish is fresh and fresh.
This is the best bottle to drink while slowly looking up at the moon. Tonight, you can see the moon drunk even from inside the room!
Serve with seasonal Shizuoka bonito tataki, local Echizen horse mackerel sashimi, or leftover gari (pickled ginger) at 👍️, or even better with Fukui's famous Habutae walnuts (a famous sweet in Fukui).
