Back to the timeline [Drinking in Hamamatsu] extra edition (2) [After leaving Hamamatsu Tanto, we wander down the main streets of Hamamatsu's drinking district, Sakanamachi-dori and Kajicho-dori, and even though it's after midnight, the streets are packed with people in the heat of the first day of the festival. I was about to go back to the hotel when I found a bar that was open until 9am, so I got sucked in 🤣. I finally found a bottle of Shizuoka Beer, a limited edition of Sapporo Beer Shizuoka Factory, at the Japanese style bar Kuro and had a glass 🍺! What's wrong with that? [It has a similar flavor to Akahoshi with a hint of sweetness and lightness, it's delicious 😋. Okay, now that I'm in the mood, I decided to get a glass of sake as well, so I chose from the seasonal selections on the blackboard and ordered my final drink! Udejo Waku Waku Ginjo-Ginjo-Harajuku Nama Sake Fruity and sweet rice aroma, sweet taste like an apple with honey, and a sweet aftertaste. Shockingly delicious taste, even after a lot of drinking, this is delicious ✨. The brewery's introduction reads This is a ginjo brewed with Shizuoka-grown sake rice, utilizing the know-how of the National New Sake Council! It was so good that I tried to find some the next day for a short time but couldn't get it, so I got a case of "Shizuoka Mugishu" to take home instead 🤣.
