Sake made by submerging freshly squeezed unfiltered unpasteurized sake into the bottom of a dam lake and maturing it for half a year.
That alone is a level of story that makes it a great Tsumami 😆.
The alcohol content is high at 18 degrees and the sweetness on the attack is quite strong.
It has a strong full-bodied flavor, and at the end of drinking, you get a spicy taste with a complex aroma that is similar to that of aged sake.
