My first regular sake.
The liquor store I frequent recommended it, so I bought it. It tastes much better than I expected! It's a little light, but it's clean, soft, fluffy, and gentle 👍It's good at room temperature, but also good warmed up! I think for this price, I might just have to get this 😅The waiter said it's the sake that I'll eventually reach. Maybe I know what he meant 🫡.

It's been a while since I've had a gold medal-winning sake from Yumeshin Sake Brewery. It's been 7 years
I've never had a good time with them. 😂It has a soft, gentle sweetness and a smooth, refreshing taste.
The soft, gentle sweetness and the crispness that disappears quickly are as expected.
The sharpness that disappears is as good as it gets. 😫.
Recommended to be served cold.
