This is the best one I've ever had. 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I had the Dewa Sanzu, a summer sake from Tohoku Izumi 😀 It was a very tasty sake with a refreshing summer taste.

Hiyoroshi with Sake Mirai🌾. The impression is that the tangy acidity stands out when served cold. At room temperature, it becomes slightly milder and easier to drink✨. I had an image of Sake Mirai as sweet, but I don't think this one gives me that impression.

I don't know if it was because it was all-you-can-drink or not, but it came out in a glass or rather a cup 😅. I was expecting something mild like Nabeshima-sama since it was also listed on the menu as [Omachimusume Saga], but I was not expecting a sake from Tohoku Izumi 🤣. I don't remember the detailed taste when I got here, but it was delicious and dry with omachi character 😊.

Rice polishing ratio 55%, alcohol content 16.5%, 100% Sake Mirai produced in Yamagata Prefecture Reasonably priced for the sake made with Sake Mirai. It is neither sweet nor spicy, and is best suited as a food sake, which is understandable. Excellent balance.

☀️ I heard of Sake Mirai and tried it 😋. Sake Mirai is some kind of sake rice 🌾 that I'm curious about😍. The initial mouthfeel is soft and round 🙆. The taste brings the flavor of the rice🌾 to the core and is not sweet or sour. There is a hint of hackles at the end, which is a nice accent 😙.

A gift to a friend's house 🍶The liquor store recommended this to me if you like Sharaku, and it was featured in dancyu as well. I was very pleased with the taste, and being an Omachi lover myself, I decided to repeat it! Thank you very much for the delicious taste! Budget: 5-6 thousand
