Yumesasara" was developed in Tochigi Prefecture.
The sake is brewed with Tochigi water and yeast using this sake rice.
All Tochigi sake brewed with Tochigi water and yeast using this sake rice: ‼️
And it's a limited edition at Kadoya Sake Shop.
Full of rice flavor like Yamadanishiki 🌾 and light acidity with a clean finish.
Light acidity and clean aftertaste 😋.
It was a very tasty food sake 🤤.
Of course, it can also be enjoyed on its own.
I think I've been loving Tochigi ❤️ a lot lately... 🙄.
I should love Osaka too...
