Nanahonjari Junmai Junmai Tamakae Light Nigori Genshu
Sake from Kadoya Sake Shop December Hanpukai: ✌️
Late to the nigori season... 🥲.
On the way to pick up the Kadoya Sake Shop Hanpukai
I ordered a bottle of Shichihonnyari active nigori (nigori) while picking up my hanpukai at Kadoya Sake Shop.
When I went to the store to pick up the sake...
The hanpukai was also a Nanamoto-yari 😳⁉️
Oh no 😅...
Then let's look on the bright side...
Let's compare the sake 😌...
I'll start with the light nigori raw sake...
Fresh and wild
Great presence... 😳and yet...
It's so crisp and clean with bitterness...
I could drink it all the time...
Very tasty 🤤.

Rafa papa Happy New Year 🎍.
Happy New Year to you too!
I also drank the Shichibon-yari from the hanpukai!
I was impressed by the perfect balance of gasiness and bitterness 😋.

Good morning Rafa-san ☀️
I used to drink it a lot when I ran out of sake at a drinking party by Lake Biwa and went to the local liquor store to buy some 😊 It's not a smoked nigori, but 😊 It's also delicious hot kan 😁.

Happy New Year, Mr. Ofuji 🎍 and I look forward to working with you again this year 😃.
I see that you also drank it 😊As you said, it has a characteristic bitter taste, but the gaseous taste makes the bitterness good 😌This is delicious... 😋.

It's an enviable environment to be able to buy local sake at the local liquor store when you run out 😁 I mean... how much do you drink down there 🤣‼️
