But...

Not so much when I drank it 🤔...

I think I prefer the light nigori... 🥰.

Actually, after I bought an active nigori from Sumino, I was given a bottle of the January hanpubukai and was surprised to find out the difference between the two. I was a bit surprised, but it was interesting to see the difference between the two because I could compare them 💡.

This comparison has changed my image of shichibonsyari quite a bit 😌 It has a characteristic bitterness, but it's very easy to drink without any unpleasant taste 😅I shouldn't have any preconceived ideas about sake... 😅

I drank Shichibonjari on a hiking trip in Shiga before I started Sake no Wa, but I don't remember much about it 😅.
