Jiyugaoka (7)
Next up is the 7th glass, Yamawa Junmai Ginjo Hiya Oroshi Yonagaga Miyamanishiki!
Yoncho...I like the name!
The "Oragakuni" I bought in Sendai about a month ago was a Yamawa sake, and I had the impression that it was quite robust.
The Yamawa I bought this time is very clear and refreshing.
It's a junmai ginjo, and it's hiyaoroshi, so it's different!
I didn't get any notes from Souup (8th glass?).
Only pictures, proof that I'm getting really drunk😅😅.
That's it for now.
Hi Takashi, good evening here too!
I drink too much in the long night to match the label 😁✨✨.
That's how much fun it is to drink 🤗
I've only seen Yamawa at Sake no Wa, but I'd love to take you there once 😋.
Thank you too, ma-ki-😊.
It was my first time to try Yamawa, too. Really, the variation of sake is amazing 😘.
I'm drinking more after this, but I couldn't give it to you due to sakewa restrictions 🤣.
Sake that I was going to ask for at an izakaya on my trip to Sendai, but decided against it.
I found it at a liquor store in Sendai, so I bought it.
It is refreshing but leaves a sweet impression with a sour aftertaste.
It leaves a slight numbness on the bottom.
The impression is mellow, probably because it is hiyaoroshi.
Delicious with a meal.
It has a fruity sweetness like Miyamanishiki, but it is also refreshingly fruity, making it a good mid-meal sake.
As the temperature rises, it takes on a hiyaoroshi-like softness.
The name "Yonagata" is also excellent!
