Chokyu Tachiharu Asa Shibori Junmai Ginjyo Nama-zake This year is a bad year 😭 I had a gomadaki at the Setsubun Festival at Shohikona Shrine to purify my bad luck 😭. I had my bad luck exorcised at the Setsubun Festival gomadaki at Shohikona Shrine 🔥. I'm sure I'll be fine now... 😮‍💨 And... I drank my first Risshun morning aperitif 😊. It's the first time I drank it super kyu. ✌️ Sake I didn't know before... It's a sake from Wakayama 😅 Very tasty... 😋. Freshness... It has the roughness of new sake. Excellent acidity and sharpness, and it goes together beautifully. From sashimi to strong flavored food... It is a food sake that can be paired with anything! I would like to try other sake as well 😁. I also did exorcism... ⛩️ Eat ehoumaki (sushi rolls)... 🍙... Drinking Risshun morning pressed sake 🍶... Wash the car for the first time in a while 🚗... Played tennis as usual 🎾... It was a very nice weekend 🤣.

Tamitsu Tokubetsu Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu Kami no Ho Following the Tazake Special Jun Yamadanishiki... It's not "Denkou", it's "Tabika". It's not "Denko", it's "Tabika" 🤣. It's "Tabika" 🤣... I think I might have mistaken the labels... I like Tazake, but I love Denkou too... I love Tazake but I love Denko too And yet it's been a long time since I've had a Tamitsu 😅... Beautiful and refreshing like Tamitsu ✨. It's just harder and heavier than I expected... 2 days later... Taste opened up and very tasty... 😋... This is it, this is it👍‼️ Soft flavor and beautiful acidity... The bitterness that felt heavy is now rounded out It is a good accent 😌... Tasake and Tamitsu are both delicious 🤤. Taste and clarity are similar... 😁.

This place is more famous for its shochu, Ginza no Suzume. I've bought it at a tasting and sale in Hankyu before, but I didn't know they served fresh sake 😳. They use locally produced Nihonbaru and Gohyakumangoku. It is fresh and has a good balance of sweet and spicy. The acidity is quite impressive. Not very distinctive? I'll check a little more and add more 🤔. It tastes like banana and melon when I drink it again. Is it a bit gassy?

This is the first time I've bought bamboo island since the new system was put in place. According to the official website of the Japan Famous Sake Association, the rice is Nihonbare and Yamadanishiki. The lees are submerged and when mixed, it is slightly effervescent and petite. Slightly sweet and bitter. I wonder if it is better to drink it while it has gas? Once the gas is gone, the bitterness will make it hard to drink 🤔. I wonder if it would be sweeter to drink the alcohol by itself?

I bought it at Nagata Shoten, but I wonder if it's a spot shipment. I don't think they usually carry them. The ginjo aroma is calm but gorgeous. It has a juicy flavor with a little bit of a rustic quality. It's delicious, but I felt it was a bit quieter than the other Eiko-Fuji wines. As is typical of Eiko-Fuji, this sake seems to be brewed from No. 1 to No. 4, and the specifications are slightly different, so the sweetness and other characteristics must be different. This one has a lower alcohol content than the others. The taste changes a lot after opening the bottle, so I would recommend drinking it as soon as possible. I think it has a stronger bitter taste.

I was told that a 4-gouge bottle of Hanayu was released this year as well, so I hurried to buy it. I was told that Omachi was also released this year, so I chose Omachi. It was fruity and sweeter than the Rikuwada we drank last year. The Rikuwada had a strong bitter taste at the end, but the Omachi has a gentle sweetness that lingers in the aftertaste. It tastes more refreshing when drunk in parallel with Wakamusume or Honkin.

They didn't have the sake I was looking for (I didn't ask the waiter because it was too much trouble), so I went with Nanamizu and Tsuchida, which were lined up in various ways. It was a little gassy and had fine bubbles in the glass. The aroma and taste are very fruity. As the label on the back says, it tastes like a mix of fruits. The sweetness is clear without being overpowering.

There is no description, but it is said to be a raw sake. It's refreshing and has the feeling of a refreshing apple. It's a type of summer sake. So if you are expecting a sweet taste, it may be different from your image. It's a little cloudy and has a slight tang.

With all due respect, I've never seen this brewery before, and I first learned about it from a liquor store's SNS. The aroma is definitely strawberry milk-like. Right after opening the bottle, the sweetness is a little low and it feels spicy, but it also tastes like strawberry milk. I've heard that it gets even more strawberry milk-like after a while, so I'll let it sit for a while.

The label shows the address of Osaki City where Ichinokura is located, but Kinryu is a sake from the Kinryu brewery in Kurihara City. It has a gorgeous fruity aroma, a clean sweet flavor, a little bitterness, and a sharp finish. The sharpness is rather good. It has a slightly alcoholic aroma in places. This is the first time I've had Kuranohana rice.

Clean and a little sweet. It has a mineral taste. This is the first time I've seen Koimari, so I bought it. The concept seems to be "Age up, Age up". I'm not privy to the specs, but I think it's about as polished as a Daiginjo.
