Today's sake is from Banshu, Hyogo Prefecture 😀.
I chose this sake because of the claim that it is inspired by the cherry blossoms of Himeji Castle 😀.
Originally, I had an image of Ryuriki as a dry sake, but this bottle and the name "Himeji Castle Cherry Blossom Sparkling" made me think of a sweet sake for spring 😀.
The bottle was opened easily even though it said to be careful not to open the bottle ❓❓❓.
The moment I slowly tilted the bottle to remove the supernatant, a lot of bubbles were generated and I couldn't remove the supernatant 🤣.
The aroma was strong, but the moment I put it in my mouth, the spicy and rich taste jumped into my mouth, and then the sweet and delicious cherry flavor rushed in ❓❓
I can't figure out if this sake is dry and heavy or sweet and fruity😅.
I think the taste is uneven because I didn't mix it properly with the rampant fizz, but I can't mix it any more, so I'll wait for the fizziness and taste to settle down and bring it back tomorrow for a taste evaluation 🤣. ポンちゃんGood evening, Mr. Yasube!

Walking from Senriyama station, I was surprised to see a high-end residential area. I'm not sure if it's a luxury residential area or not, but it's a bit of a stretch.
The label and naming is very New Year's oriented!

The rice is "nasuhikari" (eggplant)
and all of them rhyme.
It is very polished, but it is not only beautiful, but also has a sense of umami and complexity. The sweetness has depth, or rather, it seems to deepen with time. It has a rich pineapple-like sweetness, and the end is quite spicy.

It has a gentle aroma, sweetness followed by a refreshing spiciness. It is very easy to drink and delicious. non nonI said what I wanted at the Tokutei Sake Sales Office.

I can't describe it, but it has an indescribable, mildly sweet taste, followed by a crisp feeling.
It's delicious. I love it! boukenSlightly gassy. Fresh, pear-like fruity taste. Overall, refreshing and perfect for the coming season. Tasted better than expected 😋.
The brewery has a strong image of Yamahai, but they also produce fruity sake. The Tengu Mai Fuyugin I drank before was fruity but dry. I think this one is more on the sweet side.

Yushin Brewery seems to be more famous for its cosmetics, Rice Power, than for its sake, which is its main business.

It smells like a Cemedine-like bond.
It has a clean, light mouthfeel and a gentle sweetness like a peach that you wouldn't expect from low-milling rice. There is a little gas. It's not like Aizan in a good way. I had a hard time deciding between this and the Masked Raw, but I should have bought both.
