So, it's been a while since I've been on top of this! Neo-Classics and the like already stick in the minds of HR/HM lovers because of the name, you know what I mean! (speaking rapidly) Basically, it's an acidity-based assembly... The sweetness comes from the acidity and finishes with the acidity. (It may be a little strange since it is after a certain amount of drinking...) There is an alu feeling in the sensation after drinking, so you may not like it here. However, the short aftertaste after drinking means that it is easy to drink, so I think this is a plus. Personally, I like the taste! P.S. This sake is more interesting at room temperature than too chilled...! I recommend it at Hanayakie or chilled!

I bought this makami because the nigori I drank before was so good. According to the liquor store, it is a refreshing type. The aroma is citrus, melon. Maybe a little bit of makki too. When you include it, it is ooey-gooey and chili-chili-chili-chili-chili-chili-chili. The sweetness comes at first, but it turns to sourness and spreads out, and then it is tightened up with a bit of bitterness. This is the kind that goes well with a strong entrée! As the day goes by, it seems to become more classic. The name is Casual Modern, but it may not be that modern at the time of opening the bottle. The impression is that it is a clear classic with sweetness, umami, and acidity of rice. It is very drinkable and can be easily paired with meals, but I think I liked the nigori I drank before better!

Last of the day. Hachitan Nishiki. The sweetness comes gently in the first half of the bottle. The middle part of the bottle has a smooth flavor and acidity, but the sweetness lingers gently until the aftertaste.

Shinjo Regular by Murai Brewery, my recent favorite! I bought a four-pack for the first time♪ The aroma is high and fresh. It has an acidity on the first sip, and then a sweetness that is accentuated by the umami of the rice, and it goes down smoothly. Makami, everything I've ever drunk has been delicious, but this is my best regular. ❗️ I'd also like to try the Neo Classic sometime ✨ I'm also excited about the detailed label information ☺️, but my knowledge is limited 💦I sent a picture of the label to Dr. AI and he told me a lot about it 😳. I can feel the great attention to detail. I had never heard of the sake lees ratio, and I heard that 39% is a high ratio. It's so pricey, I'm worried about whether it's a fair price 💦. Purchased after seeing the liquor store's comments on the recommendation. The nose is grapefruit, rumney, and a little melon. On the palate, it is quite sizzling! Lemon-like citrus juiciness on the side of the tongue, but also the richness of melon and the flavor of rice. Finishes with a pleasant acidity and bitterness that cu... This is very delicious! It has a robust flavor that goes well with hearty dishes, but it's not heavy and has a nice sharpness that makes it easy to drink. It's not the same as the flavor itself, but it's a very different Hanazono. The taste itself is different, but it may be in the same vein as Hanaizumi's nigori. After a few days, it is still refreshing and tasty, but I prefer the freshness it has right after opening the bottle. I'm curious to try something else, like Tokujun....

Nanka Yokai
Each of the two patterns has similar specifications but different tastes. Each has a different face due to the different process 😃. From left Junmai Ginjo Citrusy, limey mouthfeel. It finishes dry and crisp. Refreshing and delicious. Polished to 60% Yamadanishiki. Special Junmai Sweeter and juicier than green. Pineapple feeling. This is the one I got the last time I had a measured bottle. This one is tropical, refreshing, and delicious 😋The soul of three children, not, but this one is right up there! I think to myself. Modern casual. It feels sweet. The aroma is mild, in contrast to the raw sake I drank after this. Harder texture. You can feel the alcohol taste. Modern Casual Nama The aroma is very exotic. Rich and peculiar, like it is just about fully ripe. The aftertaste is sharp, but the aroma and sweetness lingers. Maybe it's not to everyone's taste, but I was surprised by the aroma for the first time 🤩. I bought four bottles at a festival held at Murai Brewery. It was a great experience for me to visit the brewery and listen to the stories of the brewers. I've come to like Makami more and more! Thank you!
