October Event Month Week 2
"Shin Ibaraki Meishi General Election 2024".
A local gourmet event that is not half bad!
A new project in which municipalities in Ibaraki Prefecture compete with each other by submitting their local gourmet dishes.
The prefectural sake brewers' association will also have a stall, and if they want to support the event, we will support them as well!
Banana and Dine
Although it is a hiyaoroshi sake, it has a freshness to it.
Refreshing and refreshing, with a moderate sweetness
Gourmet food includes rice bowls, noodles, curry, and sweets, though there are not many tsumami (Japanese sweets), but that's okay...
Sitting on the lawn and chibi chibi slowly
Blue sky and sake go well together
☀️
Sweet and sour.
A nice balance of crisp acidity and a bit of sweetness to reduce acidity: ⚖️
The sweetness is a nice complement: 😶🌫️
Nice and clean aftertaste👍
Unfiltered unpasteurized sake
Sake rice: Nipponharu
At a local sake bar, this is only the second sake I've had, but it was close to closing time, so I had to leave!
The top, probably not so common in Tokyo, but this one seems to be a very popular aroma.
The top is fresh and sweet, like rumney or green apple!
It lingers a bit through the middle and has a clean aftertaste!
Nice!
Yamadanishiki 60% polished rice
Sake degree -22.1 degrees!
Slightly effervescent
The aroma is slightly banana, a little dine
Ramune, plum syrup, grape sensation
Rich, sweet and sour
Perhaps because of the acidity of 2.8, it doesn't feel too sweet for its sake level.
For some reason, it goes well with grilled seaweed.
It also goes well with persimmon peas.
The jacket is stylish. It has a strong alcohol smell and a dry taste. When you roll it around on your tongue, the bitterness and miscellaneous tastes spread over the whole mouth.
I would like to have something to eat with this. Unlike the label, it is a powerful sake in the traditional sense. It is amazing that it has a complex flavor despite being a junmai (pure rice) sake.
Fine bubbles, gentle sweetness and deliciousness, with a nice bitterness that extends well.
When the cloudiness settles down, I'll drink only the supernatant.
8/10
It's kind of nice to have Makiage in the bar!
And this special junmai is also good.
Green apple and muscat aroma with acidity.
There is an impression that the lingering taste is long and extends firmly to the end.
The bitterness in the latter half is also nice.
I feel that this spec is one of the best in Makami.
