5 kinds this time, 4th glass.
Good aroma, firm sweetness and flavor, sweet acidity, a sense of schwarziness, and a sake degree of -20, or is it the sake degree of -20? I like this one.
Syngyou era (1452.7.25-1455.7.25)
The label designer seems to be introduced by SAKE Street Media
A sake brand created with the aim of creating a higher quality sake than the existing brand "Makabe" and to promote the town of Makabe.
Shinjo", a sake brand with limited distribution starting in the 2020 brewing year, is a "sake for the future" that Takuji Usui, a young brewer in his 30s, is in charge of everything from sake quality design to production and sales.
I went to Mashiko and found Ane-san!
And probably Pon-chan is the one on the right, strangling herself with the vase 🤣.
Last week, Mashiko is crowded for the pottery market, but this week is free.
Ane-san must have grown a size or so.
He looks like he can do a deadlift of 1,000 kilos, not 65 kilos!
And he still has a nice one on him 🫣.
By the way, the third image is a kiln of Kasama-yaki.
I don't know the difference between Mashiko ware and Kasama ware... I think if it is made in Mashiko, it is Mashiko ware and if it is made in Kasama, it is Kasama ware🤣.
The fourth picture is a cup of sake from Kasama-yaki.
Stylish, isn't it? ❤️
The pattern is made by layering clay, so even if it breaks, the same pattern will come out from the crack. I don't know if it is true or not because I have never broken one 🤣.
Enough chit-chat, here's a shot of the top: ☝️
There is almost no aroma.
Oh, the gentle sweetness and flavor of apple spreads moistly on the palate 🎵.
From there, a fresh and fruity acidity comes through to the back of the nose, leaving a lingering aftertaste like after taking a bite of an apple 🍎.
This is so delicious 😋.
Hi Manachie 😃It is one of the places I would like to visit in Mashiko pottery market! Your choko is lovely💓I thought Ane-san and Pon-chan were both girls 🫨.
Ane-san, good evening 🌆I didn't know what a kaiten-yaki was and had to look it up 🤣Please use oobanyaki or imagawa-yaki from now on 🤣By the way, there were so many road bikes at the cycle event on the road that I really thought Ane-san was there 🤣.
T.KISO, good evening 🌇I think real Ane-san was just a little bit smaller... but I hear the muscle training is working lately, so maybe this is about it 🤣.
Hello, Manachie 🐦.
I was wondering if you came to Shigaraki...
Ahahaha you are more awesome than Shigaraki 🤣.
The one that is choking me is also a hymen 🤣.
Good evening Pon-chan🌇I'd like to visit Shigaraki for a bit: ‼️ In Mashiko they only had male raccoon dogs,,,? I'm sure there are females in Shigaraki... 🤣?
It's here! Refreshing aroma! Yum! Pineapple🍍‼️
Makami. This is a new brand from Ibaraki that came out in the last few years and is superior to the traditional brand, Makabe! It's a new brand from Ibaraki in the last couple of years, and it's a step up from the traditional Makabe brand!
We bought it at Sato Sake Shop by weight and were told about the origin of the name. We were also told that it goes well with eggs, so we paired it with dashimaki tamago (rolled egg). Oh, it's good! It's good!
I don't know much about pairing, but it was an interesting experience.
I think it was a special junmai nama sake? Yellow label! I forgot to take a picture 💦.
This is delicious 😋.
When the temperature rises, it's like a grape, Delaware. It fits well with Yamagata people. The sweet juicy taste goes well with the egg rolls.
In summer, it is a favorite with egg omelet!
I was also curious about Aroaro, so I bought it. It is especially refreshing and tropical on the rocks or with soda, chilled to a crisp. It's a great summer drink! W!
It is rather expensive, but I was wondering if it would be good to try different kinds of products at a lower price. I was curious about it.
Emptying a four-pack can be a bit consumptive, and I feel like it would be a waste of space if stored in a general vegetable room, and furthermore, if I drink alone at home, it would solve the space problem to a large extent!
Thank you for selling by weight!
Fresh apple and pear-like sweet and sour aroma
Aroma of dairy products with a hint of whipped cream.
Immediately on the palate, there is a soft delicate sweetness with a slight acidity in the sweetness
The mid-palate brings out some acidity from both ends of the tongue.
A lightness of purpose from the raw materials in the aftertaste
Aromas of marshmallows, whipped cream and other light ingredients.
The finish is thick and citrusy with a stretchy feel
Refreshing finish
Finally, I can post this sake.
The bitterness is about to come, but the sense of finish with a solid taste and aroma makes this a truly unbearable bottle. A definite buy.
The aroma and flavor come up and the soft landing is an unbearable one.
There is no bitterness, and the impression is of a clean lingering taste of really clean rice.
It's been a long time since I've been right on top of it!
Casual modern and all that fun, right?
I wonder what it will taste like...?
The aroma might be a bit "alu"...?
The taste is... sweetness, then acidity, and then a bitterness to finish it off.
If you can tolerate the alu-ness felt here and there, it's a very tasty sake.
Personally, of course, I like it!
It's so good...I love it!
