Sashi-Drinking with Ane-san! Part 1 Happy birthday Ane-san 🎂 (Sorry I didn't have anything to say since I found out on the day of the party 🙏 ) And this is just my 400th post 😊. There are many interesting restaurants in Machida. I drank at this restaurant where you can drink as much as you want from 5:30pm to 11:30pm, eat as much fried food as you want in addition to the course meal, and you can bring your own alcohol for free 😁. The alcohol I brought in was Hiran ‼️ I opened the bottle very carefully because it said be careful when opening the bottle, but it opened easily without any blowout. Bitter and slightly effervescent, it goes well with food 😋 and with fried tofu. We also joined the Mahjong club online 😆 It was a fun time!

Last time I bought Shinano-nishiki and Shinanotsuru by mistake, my kind husband bought me a bottle of Shinanotsuru 🙌and it was a bottle 👏. Because it's Mother's Day? I asked him if it was because it was Mother's Day, but he didn't seem to have that concept...it doesn't seem to be specifically for Mother's Day😅. I finally got to try Shinanotsuru ‼️ and I knew this taste, this umami 😚 is the best 👍

I opened the bottle and said to my husband in high spirits, "There was a bottle of raw Shinanotsuru sake and I bought it because I wanted to drink it... ❣️ My husband said, "It's Shinano-nishiki though!" Yet another GW post😅. When I went back to my parents house, my sister said "this is delicious ❣️" and drank it? (that's the charm 😘) 😂. Kirinzan Nigori ‼️ is a soft, sweet, and refreshing drink that you can drink as much as you want 👍Yummmm~😆 That's my sister! She knows what she's doing 😍. The third picture is the restaurant where I went for a lunchtime drink with my sister! The third picture is a restaurant that my sister and I went to for a lunchtime drink! After enjoying sparkling wine and wine, we also drank a sake recommended by my sister called "Daigo no Shizuku" from Terada Honke 😌. It was quite sweet, but had a sourness like a white wine.

The second half of GW, I went back to my parents' house in Niigata🚅. On 5/2, I booked a hotel in front of Niigata station with my husband instead of my parents' house. We were planning to take a walk in front of the station for the first time in decades 😏The two kids were sent to my parents' house a day early...so let's start exploring in front of the station 😎. We went to Tsurumaru, a restaurant in front of Niigata station. 2,500 yen per person for 2 hours of all-you-can-drink. They have 50 kinds of Sake 😆 and all of them are from Niigata. The first drink was Tatomo. It has a nice aroma and flavor. After this... -Ayuyu Masamune Kon -Manotsuru -COWBOY -MUSOU All of them are perfect as a food sake 🍶 My husband said, "I'm drinking 5 gou of sake! Are you okay?" I could drink more but I should quit 🤣. The third picture is ramen at Kinshai-tei (ramen restaurant) 🍜My husband used to go to Kinshai-tei every time after drinking when he was a rookie, which brings back fond memories. It was an evening that took me back to my younger days and filled me with memories. ⭐️

I told ☝️ to keep this date open because we are going to have a welcome party for MAJ to Mr. Manachy. He also told me not to tell MAJ because he didn't want the members to know 🤫. I thought to myself, "Well, that's a surprise 🤭," and then the day arrived... I thought there were 7 members, so I sat down at a table, but the table was prepared for 11 people! The waitress said, "11 people, is that right? ⁉️" and Ane-san and I said, "No, 7 people. Manachie said, "Oh, did I count wrong? I'll pay for the ones that are too many," he said. Ane-san and I were also a bit surprised. Soon kino. was in the lead, followed by choroki, takeshon, and even the King of Noodles and Sake 😳. We were the ones who were surprised 🤣🤣🤣. I didn't take too many photos, too many to post! Only this Nabeshima 😅 and I borrowed a photo of the toast that someone took 🙏. It was a fast and fun time ✨Thanks to our secretary Manachie for his great performance 😆. Oh, and the Nabeshima Gohyakumangoku Nama Sake was very tasty...my favorite orange label of Nabeshima 🍊 and my first time to drink it raw!

This is the first time I applied for Miyajima Sake Shop's hanpukai. I knew it was Nagano sake‼️ would not disappoint, it's delicious 😋The soft fizziness reminds me of Shinshu Kamerei. Nagano sake with a gentle taste, I still like it 💕. It's nice to be sent a sake that I wouldn't choose myself, or rather wouldn't understand 😊.

We stocked up from takeshon liquor store again 😉. Like Manachie's, it is half the regular price! I remember someone once told me that you can't go wrong with sake that has "ta" in the name! Maybe he's right 😁. I drank it over the course of 2 weeks 😌 and it's a little different from the Omachi I'm used to 🤔Yummmm! It's delicious! The other day, Rigel gave me this as a reward for being the organizer at the Tokyo Off-line Meeting. Since my daughter's entrance ceremony was held today, I opened a bottle of sake 🌸. When I tried to open the bottle, it was too hard to open💦I left it to my son and the bottle went flying 2 meters away with a terrible noise😂The cap was also distorted so I had to drink it all🤣. Oooh! Citrusy aroma. I also feel a lactic acidity in my mouth. We went on an overseas trip for the first time since Corona. ✈️There were a total of 11 people on the trip to Korea, including 7 of my daughter's friends who have been close friends in club activities from junior high school 1 to senior high school and 4 mothers among them who can travel. 🇰🇷It was my first time in Korea😊Everything I saw was fresh and I had a very fulfilling 3 days and 2 nights. ❣️ Of course, I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but it's a good idea. I was so excited to be able to go to Korea and see all of the sights! Shinshu Kamerei 🙌, which I was able to get for the first time in a long time. The aroma has a nice fruity apple-ness to it! It may have the most bitter taste of all the Shinshu Kamerei I've had so far. The sweetness comes in afterwards! It's still delicious 😙Shinshu Kamerei 🐢. The 3rd and 4th pictures are the places that Korean lovers will recognize 😉.

The last sake that Iwate sake master etorannzyu gave me, Sasamusubi from Kanmei Sake Brewery. Saturday was my daughter's graduation from high school ✨. I've finally decided where I'm going to start school in April, and I'm finally ready to move on 😌. It's been a while since I opened the bottle 😆😆😆😆. I'm a fan of Masaruyasan's hanpukai, and I'm happy to say that I love their Kotobuki 💕. This Yamazan no Kotobuki is also shuwashu🫧 and has a bit more bitterness 🫧 and it's also good that it's ‼️ slightly sparkling, so it's a harmony of refreshing sweetness and bitterness🎶. Date and time:3/18 (Sat) from 18:00 Place: SAKELAB TOKYO Deadline is coming soon! We are looking forward to your participation 🎶. If you can't make it from 18:00, you can join from the after-party. This sake 🍶 is light and easy to drink. Light and easy to drink 😆 White wine-like acidity and sweetness. Not much aroma. I think it is good to drink with a meal or warmed 👍
