One of my seniors at work said, "I went back to my hometown and bought some sake! I was so confused when I bought it! He said. He gave me some of them. Of course I appreciate the sake, but most of all I appreciate the thoughtfulness. 😭
It's so good, senpai! Thanks for the food! 😋
"Kinmon Nishiki" used, unfiltered Genshu.
A slightly sparkling, tingling sensation combined with a mellow, aged flavor.
It was a new-style Hiya-_oroshi!
Masamune han...gehon gehon😷.
I am Kitamitsu Masamune from Iiyama city.
The top aroma is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, there is a light sweetness and a hint of umami.
It is an orthodox dry sake.
It is delicious. 👍️✨️
The third and fourth pictures are the gate and main hall of Zenkoji Temple.
Zenkoji was the only temple with many inbound visitors.
It's past due for application introduction.

Using Kinmon-Nishiki produced in Kijimadaira Village, Nagano Prefecture
Today, I'm going to drink a sake from Nagano Prefecture.
I bought this sake and Mizuo at a roadside station in Iiyama City during my Shinetsu roadside station tour. One cup from the trial set.
The aroma is weak.
It has a clear, dry taste. It has a sweetness and umami of rice in the middle of it, which appears in the aftertaste.
It is not a bad taste, and I would like to consider purchasing a Junmai type soon.
Today we have some sake from the hanpukai (distribution) program sent to us from Nagano 😀.
I think this might be the first time we've had a sake with the name Masamune in our house 🤣.
When I see the name "Masamune", I have an image of classical sake 😅.
This Hokko Masamune was a modern sake with a lot of umami flavor 😀.
I think my family has grown up a little to be able to enjoy this kind of sake 🤣🤣.
Good evening, Yasubeyesan 🌛When I hear "Masamune" I think of "Ya-pari-ore" and imagine a classic 🤣I realize that my range of tastes is widening little by little 🍶.
Good evening, Nao888 😀.
The impression of chrysanthemum sama is pulling the impression pretty strongly 🤣.
If I become such a drinker that one day I will love any kind of alcohol, the fridge problem is going to get tighter and tighter😅.
Hi Yasbaye 🐦.
I understand very much 😆 I was just surprised since you drink a lot of different kinds 😳Haven't you been drinking Masamune? It's easy to drink so I recommend it 😊I will check out this Masamune 🙏.
Good evening, Pon-chan 😀
Pon-chan told me to look at the log, and I found that I drank Gakki-san 2 years ago 🤣.
I didn't feel like I was drinking Masamune because it was the same Masamune but with the word "musical instrument" it seemed somehow more modern 😅.
100% Nishikibun Nishiki
Chilliness when opened.
After the sweet-umami sensation, it has a good sharpness.
After a few days, it calmed down and was served lukewarm.
It has a nice, clean aftertaste.
Hokko Masamune Tokubetsu Junmai Kinmon Nishiki
Rating 4.4
Made from Kishimadaira Village's Kinmon-Nishiki grapes.
The nose has a faint melon-like aroma and a sharp, clean mouthfeel that is refreshing. The gentle, swelling umami flavor spreads pleasantly afterward, and the aftertaste recedes nicely and smoothly.
