In the mood for a drink out today😃. First drink 🍶 at a bar in Kitasenju. It's made from Hitogochiki rice, so it's a bit like Shinshu Kamerei, right? Surprisingly, it has almost no aroma and a clean taste. Hmmm? I don't feel the taste has much depth. It goes down your throat easily, so something is missing. In a sense, it is a dangerous sake that can be drunk like water 🤣. It's surprising how different the same rice can be 👀‼️ ☆☆☆☆

Hokko Masamune! I was curious about this brand because I had previously had a sake from the series called 59 Sake and it was delicious! I also had it in last year's hanpukai and it was delicious 😋. The aroma is subtle but fruity 🍈. It reminds me of sweetness, but the taste is quite refreshing ✨. It's quite dry and tasty, but has a nice sharpness in the second half 😋. It's a great food sake! The toji is the same age as me, so I wish him the best👍

Overall 7 (out of 10) On 5/18, I had some business in the Nakano area of Shinshu, so I stopped by Kakuguchi Sake Brewery and bought a bottle of this sake, and drank it in my hotel room. This is my second bottle today (300ml, but... 😅) 🍶. 😅) 🍶. The spiciness is strong from the beginning to the aftertaste, but it wears off quickly. Light on the palate. The spiciness is strong, but there is also a hint of rice in the background. It is dry, but you can feel some rice in the background. If you like dry sake, you may be able to drink it in a way that brings out more of its potential. I served it chilled. I was impressed by the aroma. 　-Aroma: Aroma of rice 　-Aroma: Aroma of rice and pungent taste. My grandmother's house was in Minamimaki Village, Saku County, so I have a special place in my heart for Shinshu 😊.

I opened a bottle of this one because I ran out of Eikyun. I thought the name "Masamune" might have a sharp taste, but it was gentle and pleasant, just like Nagano sake. The 6th (last) glass of "Masamune Shibari Hokko Masamune Spring Junmai Ginjo This is also the first time to drink! Slightly acidic, with a predominant aroma. Sweet, bitter and acidic on the palate. The sweetness quickly disappears and bitterness reigns strong. The taste is refreshing with a clean aftertaste.
