A series of sake brewed by a Sagamihara sake brewery using sake rice grown in Sagamihara City. This year, Kubota Brewery has done what they do best: they have made a dry, but alky sake. It is not my favorite sake, but I want to support it because it is local.
My favorite Sagaminada ♪ A little late, but I opened a bottle of seasonal sake 🍶 Omachi! It's so lively! The aroma is alive with a hint of Omachi's sweet aroma...sweet on the palate! The taste is stable and delicious! The stable deliciousness of Yumami...the deliciousness of Yumachi...but Sagaminada also goes well with seafood...I had a combination of local fish from Sagami Bay as a side dish...oshitsuke (aburabozu) is the best! I'm enjoying the marriage.
I went to the liquor store because there was some sake I wanted, despite the fact that it was stocked in the fridge.
After confirming that the sake I wanted was also in the store, I went around the store as usual. I should just buy what I wanted, but I can't do this. It is a saga of a drinker.
Then, there was a brand of sake that I had been curious about for a while.
I am not fond of sake from Kanagawa because of its hard quality, but there was the desired sake, so I gave it a try.
As is typical of nama-shu, there was a hint of ginjo aroma. Even so, I was still 80% anxious.
But the aroma did not betray me. It seems to have a good balance of the five tastes. Everything is united and spreads in the mouth. Toward the end, the dry taste comes in and finishes it off.
The dry taste comes in the last stage and finishes it off.
I paired it with stewed pork, and it was quite good.
I was betrayed in a different way.
Next time, I would like to try a standard sake.
Here we come again this year 🙌
Sagamihara✖️Yamada Nishiki‼️🙌
From President Ohbuchi...
Spicy 😵 and...
This year it's alky and spicy...
I'm going to let it sit for a while with some air in it.
I drank it, and he chose another sake to replace it.
And now...
What's up with that?
It's spicy... ❗️ but...
Spicy, sweet, delicious...
Try the hot sake...
The boss says he's too young to drink hot sake...
It's true... it's very spicy.
But when the temperature goes down, the sweetness comes out...
and then it goes back to normal.
It's an interesting sake 🍶.
I will have some sake from my hometown, Sagamihara.
This sake is from Sagamihara, a region in the mountains near Sagami Lake and Yamanashi, where nature is abundant (called the Tsukui area).
The aroma has a dignified, mature rice flavor and a crisp, fruity sweetness with a hint of pear.
In the mouth, there is a modest but soft and fluffy rice flavor, a slightly astringent koji flavor and acidity, followed by a gradual bitterness that rises.
When swallowed, it has a sharp sharp taste with acidity and an exhilarating finish.
A pleasant bitterness lingers in the aftertaste.
Overall, the balance is very good, and the sharpness is perfect, making it an ideal dry sake.
It is a wonderfully delicious sake!
