Sagaminada, a sake from Kanagawa Prefecture. Sagaminada 🍶.
It is called "Nada" but the brewery is in a totally different area from the sea.
However, this sake has become very tasty since this year. This time it is fire-brewed, but if you find a bottle of Nama Sake, you should buy it ❗️.
As for the taste...
It has the sweetness and umami of rice, but it is not light and refreshing, and goes very well with meals. It is a dry sake, so if you like sweet and juicy sake, this may not be for you. I think it is even better knowing that it was not such a good sake in the past.
