Sashi-Drinking with Ane-san after a long time 🙌in Ginjo Tuna 🐟! I drank too much at this restaurant before, so I thought I'd drink in moderation today... but yes, I was sure I drank too much this time too 😆 I was taking video of several kinds of sake and seared shime saba that I don't remember drinking 😂 but I'm sure I did. Looking back, it's horrible😱. But I do remember that the figure was delicious ⁉️? 🤔I'm sure it was rich juicy... I remember Ane-san pulling my hand when I was staggering on the train ride home 😁 Thanks again 💕

I went out drinking on a monthly basis with three of my daughter's mommy friends on the theme of sake🌸This time we went to the "Spring UTAGE 2024" event held in Toyosu...the cherry blossoms are starting to bloom and it's a great party 😚. Well, well, well... I saw a familiar face in the VIP section 🙄. The first glass of Mijima was gone in seconds, so I went in search of the next schwash and found Mimuro Sugi's sparkling 🥂 This label is limited to UTAGE, and they said they will ship a different label in June. The taste is crisp with a moderate sweetness. It is refreshing and goes well with a meal, but...after drinking Jikkoman, I thought I would like a little more of a lingering aftertaste. And as I was drinking a few glasses... a prince 🤴 in the VIP section left me a coin saying "Mimuro's unfiltered is delicious, drink it" ✨I wonder who the prince is😆.

'Mirror, mirror, who is the most beautiful in the world?' 😁. Today was my son's graduation from college 🎓I finally finished raising my first child 👏, but it's not all over yet, he's finished his school life and will be a working adult from April ✨My first child was so frantic every day, now I think I should have done more for him. I think back now and wonder why I was so mad at him... 💦This was a day to look back on 22 years of raising my child 😊. Cheers to this drink that has a little connection to my son 🥂 but my son is not here and we went out for a drink with friends 😁 just the two of us 🤮. It was sweet and sour and a delicious sake to pair with a meal🌹Rose yeast sake. It was also elegant 🤔 delicious sake. On the way home from the graduation ceremony, I toasted with a craft beer from Dawn Brewery store 🥂It smelled good, was not peculiar, easy to drink and delicious 😋.

It's been a while since I bought sake 🍶It's Friday, so I bought some sashimi and drank it at home 🙌 I knew it, the unfiltered raw sake is rich and tasty. It goes well with sashimi 😋. I couldn't watch the drama from 10:00 and fell asleep 😪. Sake is so good after all 🤤.

My sister and her family came to visit, so I opened a bottle of sake for the first time in a while 🍾 I've kept it in the fridge since the end of last year. I finally got to drink it...and my nephew joined in! It's delicious, delicious, delicious 😋 I knew it, Huayouyu has the perfect sweetness and slight sourness! Since it was Hwagokin, I went to Shin-Okubo to buy a lot of cosmetics, and went home after drinking a lot of makgeolli and chamisul (Korean rice wine). I left my shopping in the cab...😱I reported it as lost and found, but it never came back 😢Don't shop when you drink 😣.

At the end of last year, I took a day trip to Izu with three of my drinking mom friends ⁉️, or rather, we spent a day soaking in sake. This is the sacred sake of Raikyu Shrine. This shrine is said to be visited by people to abstain from alcohol as well as for family safety, good harvest, and prosperous business... We did not abstain from alcohol, but drank the sake with the hope that we could continue to drink in good health and not fail even if we drank. And I have paid for the amulet in the third picture "sake difficulty prevention"...now I am invincible 😆. Last summer, I couldn't see the fireworks 🎆because I drank too much ⁉️ and the fireworks were over.... This time, I went to Izu where I could see the last fireworks in 2023, and watched them safely under the cold weather for 20 minutes 🎆 with revenge.

I know it's a little late, but... Happy New Year, everyone! I look forward to working with you again this year. I'll have to post from time to time so I don't forget 💦. I've been into craft beer and shochu lately, so I haven't had a chance to post much... My parents' mother sends me a bottle of Shijikizuru every year for New Year's. I still think it's only available in Niigata, so I send it to her. She still sends it to me thinking it's only for Niigata, so I don't tell anyone 🤫. It is the perfect sake for food 🍶! We had it again this year with sashimi, roast beef, etc. My parents in Niigata had no water service for a day due to the Noto Peninsula earthquake, so I sent them some water, but by the time it arrived, it had been restored... 😅They said they would save it for future use.

It's been a while since I've been here. I had a small off-line meeting with Choroki-san and Nochi-san in November, and Choroki-san gave me this sake✨. It's not a Nagoya sake at all! I thought it was, but it was Mutsu Hachisen, which is a limited edition of a store in Nagoya. The aroma of apple🍏 is irresistible 😊旨んまい‼️ sweet and juicy. The more you drink it after a few days, the sweeter it gets, and the more acidic it becomes, the more sweet and sour it tastes 😚❣️ Thanks for the food, Choroki 😋.

Finally coloring in Hokkaido: ✏️ Yay 🙌! Petit wofukai on the last day of a three-day weekend 😏! Who's that? Puchi, Choroki from Nagoya and I are having a wofu-kai 😊. All you can drink unlimited from 4pm 😆. We had too much fun and it was done in 3 hours. We got drunk and can't drink anymore. It's only 7pm 🤣 everyone has to work tomorrow so let's go home at a good boy time! The aroma is good! Sweet aroma but dry on the palate. Delicious 😋 details... but... I drank a lot of shijimi clam juice, so I should feel refreshed ✨ without hangover tomorrow 🙃.

Staying over at my mom's friend's house 🏠 for a drink ❣️ With two of my usual friends who are great drinkers 😊I guess friends call friends... 🙄My friend had been wanting to have a glass of Jikkai for a while, so I brought it along. They were very happy 🤗 This is my friend's house! It's not a restaurant by any means! It's too nice ✨This is the first meeting! We were led to a Japanese style room. They had prepared oden🍢, which was a perfect match for the 而今 ‼️ fruity drink and we finished it in no time 😊. I didn't take a picture, but the second party was held in the living room 🍻 where we were served Korean-inspired dishes such as pancakes, bibimbap, jjigae, spring rolls, salads, and more than we could eat while drinking chamisul.... The kids were also there and we had a fun night with sparklers 🎇 at 2am 😆.

The sake I enjoyed this time was Tanaka Rokugo's Shiraito! I was attracted by the word "limited edition" and ordered it. It was delicious 😋I thought it had a good balance of sweetness and sourness? I've been wanting to try this three-star ⭐️ I was going to put it in the fridge in the morning and drink it when I got home, but I completely forgot about it... I really wanted to open the bottle, so I'll have it at room temperature 😋. The sweetness is enhanced and delicious! I'm satisfied with my drink 😊. The next day, I chilled the three stars ⭐️ for a refreshing sweetness. I still like it better chilled because it's less sweet in the summer 😌.

I uploaded a picture a few days before I went to Nagoya to drink this sake ‼️, and kino. said that it is sold at 00, so maybe takeshon-san will go and buy it, and the next day takeshon-san bought it for me like a punishment ✨Thank you for the wonderful relation! 😊 Today was such a busy day, so busy opening the bottle... It took me a whopping 15 minutes ⏰. It was automatic stirring! The aroma is like sweet sake. And the mouthfeel was ummmm ‼️ my favorite cloudy and shuwa🫧 I love it 😋 The sweetness of the rice was great. I hope takeshon will run it again next year 😁.

Late summer vacation 🌻 Going home for 4 nights and 5 days goes by so fast! My sister lives near my parents' house, so she also took a paid vacation and we started every day with lunchtime drinking 🥴We went to lunch for my mother's birthday party and drank as much wine and beer as we could 🥂I came home thirsty for beer after shopping... and did whatever I wanted 😆. Yesterday we had hairy crabs 🦀 while drinking sake purchased at Imadaiji. The Junmai sake was really delicious ‼️ and the taste of the sake with the meal was just great. The hairy crab shell is something I'd like to carry around in my pocket😅.
