Sake from Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai
This time it was a sake that didn't shrivel up right after opening the bottle!
Sweetness followed by bitterness 😌 No acidity in particular. No punch, but a taste that you can drink all the time 😙.
Yesterday, my friends and I went to a craft beer drinking event called "Beer Summit" 🍻! It was fruity and had pictures of pineapple and other fruits, but there was not a drop of juice in it... I was impressed that it had something in common with fruity Japanese sake 🥹.
