I am writing this while reminiscing about the fun we had a week ago 🤤. I am writing this as I dwell on the memories 😊. Umaumaimai came to visit us 🙌🙌! First of all, Ane-san and I went to Gin-bura (old 😅) and most of the people passing by didn't speak Japanese. There were long lines at luxury brand stores. I guess they are very happy with the weak yen 🤑😚. First of all, I have to eat a parfait before I get drunk! Ane-san recommended Pierre Marcolini👏. I actually went to the Pierre Hermé store by mistake, but there was no eat-in space 💦. So many Pierre's in the store 😆. This is where the real fun begins: ‼️ We went to the corner shop at Inamaya. I missed you, Abe-chan! There were two kinds of sake so we compared 🤭 Junmai and Junmai Ginjo. I liked the junmai because it had a sweet and sour aftertaste. The junmai ginjo was a bit dry. I would definitely recommend junmai ginjo as a food sake.

Searching for the name, Iwate sake, famous cab driver hits...hmmm, it's not...it's Nagano sake 🤔... Finally came up with Shinshu Meisho 🙌 The first day of opening the bottle, it smells strongly of alcohol and it's very strong 😱 because it's 17% alcohol 💦. It's very good with food ◎Great with grilled fish, simmered dishes, and other Japanese food ✨But I'm not sure I could drink it on its own. It's easy to drink after a few days. 🙂‍↕️ I recommend it to accompany your meals😊.

My son, who is in his first year of working, came home for this three-day weekend✨He bought me sushi with his first salary🙌We also had Kamikigen from noon. It was dry and went well with the sushi. I'm too excited to eat anything but the best 😋. It was such a joyful moment that all the hard work of raising a child up until now was a charade. It was the best sushi of my life 🍣.

Welcome to Tokyo, TOMO 🤗, a drinking party named 🍶, this time at New Rebaya in Ebisu. Food is better in Ebisu (personal opinion😁) I took so many pictures of everyone that I thought it might be the first time. I took so many photos of everyone... I was so happy to take photos of sake and everyone's face... but no one took any photos of the food🤣Is there anyone decent enough to take photos of the food ⁉️ The first sake I drank was Souzora✨sweet and refreshing. It was great for stand-alone drinking as we didn't get served easily! As Asanami ordered 1 gou of sake, but Nochi corrected him to 2 gou🤣. I don't know how many times we ordered 2 gou of sake. I don't know how many times we ordered 2 gos. Thank you MAJ for organizing this event 😊. I was so drunk that I thought, "Let's go to Koyama Shoten tomorrow! It's been a while since I've been to Shinshu Kamerei🐢 and it's still delicious😋. It has sweetness and is easy to drink. Oooh, the bitterness comes quite a bit 😣 If you keep drinking, the bitterness is hard to take. I think it is a little too sweet to drink with soba. I liked to drink it by itself and relax 😊. It's been 2 weeks since my son got a job. The contents of the fridge are not reduced at all. No less rice or bread. The easier it is to make meals, the more free time I have on weekends 😪 My daughter is hardly home due to her clubs and part-time jobs.... I am lost 🥺.

I had to go back to my parents' house and stayed there for 5 days and am going home today 🏠. Shinkansen Izakaya will be open 🏮Echigo Beer and Gokujo Yoshinogawa 😆. The aroma is fruity and the sake level is +2 degrees, but the sweetness of the rice makes it easy to drink ✨I'll drink a little bit until I get to Tokyo station 😄.

I went out drinking on a monthly basis with three of my daughter's mommy friends on the theme of sake🌸This time we went to the "Spring UTAGE 2024" event held in Toyosu...the cherry blossoms are starting to bloom and it's a great party 😚. Well, well, well... I saw a familiar face in the VIP section 🙄. The first glass of Mijima was gone in seconds, so I went in search of the next schwash and found Mimuro Sugi's sparkling 🥂 This label is limited to UTAGE, and they said they will ship a different label in June. The taste is crisp with a moderate sweetness. It is refreshing and goes well with a meal, but...after drinking Jikkoman, I thought I would like a little more of a lingering aftertaste. And as I was drinking a few glasses... a prince 🤴 in the VIP section left me a coin saying "Mimuro's unfiltered is delicious, drink it" ✨I wonder who the prince is😆.

'Mirror, mirror, who is the most beautiful in the world?' 😁. Today was my son's graduation from college 🎓I finally finished raising my first child 👏, but it's not all over yet, he's finished his school life and will be a working adult from April ✨My first child was so frantic every day, now I think I should have done more for him. I think back now and wonder why I was so mad at him... 💦This was a day to look back on 22 years of raising my child 😊. Cheers to this drink that has a little connection to my son 🥂 but my son is not here and we went out for a drink with friends 😁 just the two of us 🤮. It was sweet and sour and a delicious sake to pair with a meal🌹Rose yeast sake. It was also elegant 🤔 delicious sake. On the way home from the graduation ceremony, I toasted with a craft beer from Dawn Brewery store 🥂It smelled good, was not peculiar, easy to drink and delicious 😋.

My sister and her family came to visit, so I opened a bottle of sake for the first time in a while 🍾 I've kept it in the fridge since the end of last year. I finally got to drink it...and my nephew joined in! It's delicious, delicious, delicious 😋 I knew it, Huayouyu has the perfect sweetness and slight sourness! Since it was Hwagokin, I went to Shin-Okubo to buy a lot of cosmetics, and went home after drinking a lot of makgeolli and chamisul (Korean rice wine). At the end of last year, I took a day trip to Izu with three of my drinking mom friends ⁉️, or rather, we spent a day soaking in sake. This is the sacred sake of Raikyu Shrine. This shrine is said to be visited by people to abstain from alcohol as well as for family safety, good harvest, and prosperous business... We did not abstain from alcohol, but drank the sake with the hope that we could continue to drink in good health and not fail even if we drank. And I have paid for the amulet in the third picture "sake difficulty prevention"...now I am invincible 😆. Last summer, I couldn't see the fireworks 🎆because I drank too much ⁉️ and the fireworks were over.... I know it's a little late, but... Happy New Year, everyone! I look forward to working with you again this year. I'll have to post from time to time so I don't forget 💦. I've been into craft beer and shochu lately, so I haven't had a chance to post much... My parents' mother sends me a bottle of Shijikizuru every year for New Year's. I still think it's only available in Niigata, so I send it to her. She still sends it to me thinking it's only for Niigata, so I don't tell anyone 🤫. It is the perfect sake for food 🍶! We had it again this year with sashimi, roast beef, etc. My parents in Niigata had no water service for a day due to the Noto Peninsula earthquake, so I sent them some water, but by the time it arrived, it had been restored... 😅They said they would save it for future use.

It's been a while since I've been here. I had a small off-line meeting with Choroki-san and Nochi-san in November, and Choroki-san gave me this sake✨. It's not a Nagoya sake at all! I thought it was, but it was Mutsu Hachisen, which is a limited edition of a store in Nagoya. The aroma of apple🍏 is irresistible 😊旨んまい‼️ sweet and juicy. The more you drink it after a few days, the sweeter it gets, and the more acidic it becomes, the more sweet and sour it tastes 😚❣️ Thanks for the food, Choroki 😋.

Finally coloring in Hokkaido: ✏️ Yay 🙌! Petit wofukai on the last day of a three-day weekend 😏! Who's that? Puchi, Choroki from Nagoya and I are having a wofu-kai 😊. All you can drink unlimited from 4pm 😆. We had too much fun and it was done in 3 hours. We got drunk and can't drink anymore. It's only 7pm 🤣 everyone has to work tomorrow so let's go home at a good boy time! The aroma is good! Sweet aroma but dry on the palate. Delicious 😋 details... but... I drank a lot of shijimi clam juice, so I should feel refreshed ✨ without hangover tomorrow 🙃.

Staying over at my mom's friend's house 🏠 for a drink ❣️ With two of my usual friends who are great drinkers 😊I guess friends call friends... 🙄My friend had been wanting to have a glass of Jikkai for a while, so I brought it along. They were very happy 🤗 This is my friend's house! It's not a restaurant by any means! It's too nice ✨This is the first meeting! We were led to a Japanese style room. They had prepared oden🍢, which was a perfect match for the 而今 ‼️ fruity drink and we finished it in no time 😊. I didn't take a picture, but the second party was held in the living room 🍻 where we were served Korean-inspired dishes such as pancakes, bibimbap, jjigae, spring rolls, salads, and more than we could eat while drinking chamisul.... The kids were also there and we had a fun night with sparklers 🎇 at 2am 😆.

I took my husband to my favorite restaurant, New Rebaya. We booked the all-you-can-drink course again, so we were shown to a table next to the fridge, and he was so excited 😍calling it awesome 😍calling it awesome 😆. The sake I enjoyed this time was Tanaka Rokugo's Shiraito! I was attracted by the word "limited edition" and ordered it. It was delicious 😋I thought it had a good balance of sweetness and sourness? I remember drinking it towards the end 💦. Naturally, Jyushiyo, Jikin, Kinjaku... were delicious... 💦. It was a wonderful gift for my husband's birthday celebration😊.

He is a former brewer who used to make sake at Haneya! If you're interested, check out YouTube... 🍶. The bottle was opened with a nice sound! Grape🍇 aroma! It is like drinking a grape 🍇 Kiirohasu Kyofu. There is a slight fizziness. It has little bitterness, just like the sake served on JAL international flights ✈️ 😉.
