This year it's with Kaze no Mori No. 6 yeast! My sense of taste and smell is not so good after being sick, but I was adjusting for today, so no matter 🤨. The aroma is slightly sweet citrus. The fizz is strong, and the sour-sweet and bitter taste of lemon eliminates the loss of taste nicely! I'm still not sure if it's because I'm physically numb to the sweet and salty flavors 😇

Dare to have Horiichi Hanpukai's instruments at room temperature before serving. The aroma is ripe green melon. The fizzy, crunchy mouthfeel is robust, big sweetness and a little astringency. The style, which disappears quickly with a good alsophone, is just like the fortepiano in the title. ☺️ It has a very high quality taste that is typical of a medium-aged wine, and I think it is one of the best I've had this season. I think it is a solid Jyushidai among the Jyushidai group, even in terms of the label on the back 🤣.

It's my favorite one, orikarami nama sake. It was sold at 7-Eleven! To be honest, I don't really like sake made with lees, but I like this one because the bitterness becomes milder and more voluminous when lees are mixed in, which is quite rare! It's like raising the temperature a little.

I bought it because it looked interesting 🙄. The aroma is slightly sweet rice I think the balance is quite difficult to find, and the impression will differ depending on the conditions in which the wine is stored by the drinker. My own impression is that it's a little light, but firmly umami. It is recommended to drink it cold on the rocks, but I think it is also good heated.

This one has a strong pineapple aroma, so my expectations were high! A gift. This guy is always getting stuff. The aroma is fresh and fruity, like a red apple. The bubbles are crisp, light and fruity, yet satisfying and drinkable. The bitterness builds up little by little, so it's best to drink it slowly. I'd like to drink Doux by itself again.

It's the Phantom Dance we received again! It has a strong effervescence and a moist and delicious sweetness. The sharp bitterness in cold sake becomes milder and more mellow at room temperature in cold sake. It is still consistently delicious. I am sad that I can't drink it all the time 🤣.

It seems to be a new product. I bought it because it was quite interesting to see if a new brewery has an intention to release a low-polished, special pure fire-ground product at this age and at this time of the year. Almost no aroma, mild lactic acidity It is a mild sake with a fizzy yogurt and a richness that gradually fades away, a good balance of freshness and mellowness! Kouei Kiku has many different types of sake, but this one is my favorite. Well, I am sure that all of them are tasty with plenty of room to spare, since it is the direction of the flavor that is risky.

I can't wait to drink the raw sake. Jikin's Hachitan-Nishiki, still effervescent, sweet and delicious! The finish is beautiful, and it's amazing that it's comparable to a highly polished sake of 35 or so.

I got it from kino. I think he probably gave it to me in my image 😌. Light but fruity aroma. The mouthfeel is dry and the sweetness and umami of the rice comes to the fore, with a bitter taste that expands in the mid-palate and disappears nicely. There is no aftertaste, and it is a model of a beautiful jun-dai sake. It is served slowly while bringing the temperature back to room temperature.

Oh expensive Daishichi, the cap is amazing. The aroma is fresh and fruity with dry acidity and al The texture is refined but the taste is umami. I quite like it as the richness without any cloying taste seems to amplify the umami. The taste is not blurred even though it is quite cold, so the quality of the sake is like a thin macho with thin lines but high strength 💪. Also, the cap is amazing.

This is a can of Tazake that was given to me by the Menzake King during my trip to Hokkaido last year. Everyone who went with me got one. I'm rich, Noodle-chan, so I'm suki🤑. The first sip gives the impression of being sweet, then it gradually becomes full-bodied. The full-bodied flavor does not become dry and disappears nicely, as you would expect from Jun Dai👍. It was cold, so I drank it all in my usual pot of beautiful sake 😌.

Oak barrels in Nature Township Coloration is quite light and almost transparent. The strong woody aroma is sweet like bourbon. Maybe new oak? The mouthfeel is not wine or whiskey-like, but rather natural hometown sweetness + wood astringency and a hint of sweetness. I have the impression that the flavors are not yet mixed and change in stages. To be honest, it's a bit different for those who are not used to drinking it. It would be safe to drink it as a highball.

I bought what I wanted at Inamaya in Chiba station, and then dropped by "sakebase" in Nishi-Chiba, the next station! I bought this sake at the next station, "sakebase" in Nishi-Chiba. It seems to be limited to two stores. There were two kinds of sake: fresh and hi-ire, so I went with the hi-ire one I liked better. The gas pressure is high, so be careful when opening the bottle. The aroma is fresh and sweet, like a Japanese pear. And still young green melon. The fizzy and crisp mouthfeel was like a rainfall. The acidity is effective, and it has a beautiful aftertaste with no clutter, just as it claims to be jun-dai. I noticed that it was made on the lees, so I mixed it up, and the silky mouthfeel and richness came together to create a thick, robust, drinkable sake. The bottle is interesting because it is a special bottle that fits in the door pocket of the refrigerator. There is no indication of labeling requirements on the label! I thought it was on the bottom of the bottle. It's so hard to take a picture after opening 🤣.

The one you've never seen at the kettle shop. The aroma is yogurt. Quite big and sweet even in the supernatant. When mixed with lees, it has a silky mouthfeel and a slightly deeper richness. It is similar to Sanuki Kuraudei. Is this one a darker drinker?
