Echigo Den'emon, which I drank a lot this year. The aroma is mild and creamy. It starts with lemon acid and lactic acid and leaves nothing behind, even though it is Yamahai. Even though it is a Yamahai, it is a beautiful sake that leaves nothing behind. It is a gentle sake at 13.5 degrees C. It should be served at room temperature to lukewarm. ☺️

I bought this at an oshantei liquor store in Matsumoto on a recent trip to Nagano. Is this the first Beaumichel seasonal product? The first sake that was also the first to be Yamato at the Yaesu event. There is almost no aroma. It has a vigorous effervescence, lemon acidity and a thick, honey-like flavor. Mixing the lees makes the liquor thicker, but there is no bitterness and it can be guzzled casually. It is a drink that you can enjoy straight away like a New World wine, without having to think about it with your brain. If you are going to buy canned chu-hi, this is the one that will satisfy you the most. I think it would be technically difficult to make 9 degrees Celsius with undiluted sake.

Echigo Den'emon is my new favorite. Maybe because it is a one-operation operation, production is low and it sells out quickly. The aroma is peachy and fruity. It has a very sweet, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, with an astringency that builds up toward the end. As you drink it, it gets drier and drier, and it has a heavy alcohol taste for its strength. It is also good with soda. I wonder if the astringent sweetness is the lychee feeling on the back label. Yogwanganai

Imanaya's hanpukai. Sake degree -70 Moist, strong sweetness and mellow aroma like peach or melon liqueur. I think the big sweetness would have to have such a high acidity level to be counterbalanced. I think it is melted down quite a bit, but there is almost no bitterness and it is a good balance. I like to drink it as it is, but considering the alcohol content, it might be good to consider it as a liqueur and make it into a cocktail. In fact, it was also good mixed with Mitsuya cider. Or mix it with oolong tea at 1:1 and it's just like a reggae punch 😆. Unfortunately, it's a test brew. Please make it again 🙇.

I heard that Kawanakajima is in trouble this year. I'm Fuwarin, who drank it last year and liked it a lot, This year, too, I'm having a lot of fizz. Aroma and attack are a little nutty. The sweetness is a bit weak, and the bitterness comes to the forefront. I like that the bitterness is mild because of the strong fizz (childish tongue).

Last year, I bought a LOW HIGH WHO from here because it was so good 😘. The aroma is mild, sweet and lactic acidic. The mouthfeel is mainly sweet and refreshing, the acidity and richness of Yamahai appear softly in the middle, and the finish and aftertaste are again very beautiful. It is the most recommended brand this year among the newcomers. It is even more refined than last year. Perfect for my chanteuse 🤗. As the label on the back says, drink it while listening to Litogri 👍.

I like vanilla whiskey too, so I bought the label 😌. The aroma isn't very fancy, just a little bit of a cloying sweetness. The mouthfeel is sweet on the tip of the tongue, but in the middle of the tongue, it is quite sweet. The quality of the sake is also thick and viscous, specializing in big sweetness in mellow. The finish is slightly bitter, so I think they are dissolving the rice quite a bit. The sake level is not only -10, but probably -40. I got the impression that the flavor was unsettled on the first day. I think it will become more balanced over the days.

I've never heard of this brand, but it's from Korou. I've never heard of this brand, but it's from Karo's place. The aroma is fresh fruit, straight orangey with no hint of mundanity. The bubbles are light and bubbly, but it has a surprisingly calm and delicious taste, and the aftertaste is short and clean. When mixed with lees, it becomes more mellow, but it is a good sake that can be drank vigorously without any unpleasant taste or bitterness. It is delicious from the first day. I think I'll take some time to drink it at various temperatures 🤗.

I'm tired of traveling, so I'll open a bottle of Sairai's good stuff. The aroma is subtle, but the main taste is sweet like apple and pear. It is slightly effervescent, and the mouthfeel is very sweet, with a slight Chinese herbal taste. The lingering aftertaste is the richness of rice. It is better to let it sit for a while to let the flavors coalesce and improve 🤗.

This year it's with Kaze no Mori No. 6 yeast! My sense of taste and smell is not so good after being sick, but I was adjusting for today, so no matter 🤨. The aroma is slightly sweet citrus. Dare to have Horiichi Hanpukai's instruments at room temperature before serving. The aroma is ripe green melon. The fizzy, crunchy mouthfeel is robust, big sweetness and a little astringency. The style, which disappears quickly with a good alsophone, is just like the fortepiano in the title. ☺️ It has a very high quality taste that is typical of a medium-aged wine, and I think it is one of the best I've had this season. I think it is a solid Jyushidai among the Jyushidai group, even in terms of the label on the back 🤣.

It's my favorite one, orikarami nama sake. It was sold at 7-Eleven! To be honest, I don't really like sake made with lees, but I like this one because the bitterness becomes milder and more voluminous when lees are mixed in, which is quite rare! It's like raising the temperature a little.

I bought it because it looked interesting 🙄. The aroma is slightly sweet rice I think the balance is quite difficult to find, and the impression will differ depending on the conditions in which the wine is stored by the drinker. My own impression is that it's a little light, but firmly umami. It is recommended to drink it cold on the rocks, but I think it is also good heated.
