☀️ I forgot to take a picture of the bottle so I borrowed it from the internet 🙏. It is sweet and delicious. The sweetness is moist and sweet like peach🍑 or melon🍈. This sweetness enhances the flavor. ⤴️ The taste feels strong while smooth and satisfying on its own 😋.

Transparent water color with a cool, cool sensation. The aroma reminds one of tropical fruits. The mouthfeel is thick and sticky, with a clear and sharp taste. It has a rich but refreshing taste and smoothness on the throat, and the aftertaste is refreshing and disappears easily while leaving a delicious flavor. I bought Ryujin as a Gunma sake that I have yet to explore at Sakegawa. It is the first Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake I have had in a while. The aroma is apple-like, and the mouthfeel is fruity and sweet. The sweetness of the rice spreads on the palate. It does not have a sharpness, but the sweetness and umami taste leaves a happy feeling in the mouth. It is better to drink with light dishes before or after a meal than during a meal. After dinner, we enjoyed it with grilled leeks.

The aroma is the winner. It's not uncommon for a favorite drink to be off the charts here. Tropical fruity type. About 70% sweet. It is a good choice for those who drink it. It has a little bit of a "takachi-yo" feeling, but it finishes well. 8.4
