Gunma's winter sake is growing again, so this time we decided to open a full bottle of the expected star 🌠. When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was fresh and fruity, with apple and citrus fruits. The palate is bright, soft & smooth. The wine's juicy sweetness sinks in and you can't help but smile ✨. The pleasant dryness of the acidity and astringency comes out afterwards, and the taste is as live and realistic as the description on the back of the bottle! The evening meal is... Rosé No Yukidoke Back label tattered💦. Pretty pink hue 🥰. Strawberry and berry aroma🍓. Sweet and sour and somewhat reminiscent of wine. Lovely and pleasant to drink. 12 degrees Celsius low al. Easy to drink and delicious sake with a sweet and sour taste until the end and a sharpness that goes away quickly 😍.
