It's cloudy as usual... not light nigori 🤣.
Very easy to drink!
There is some nigori flavor and bitterness, but overall it is light and clean 🥰.
It's a delicious sake but... the previous sake was very strong and it's not enough for me when I'm lightly drunk 🤣.
I drank in the wrong order 😂.
But it went well with the grilled oysters with cheese 😋.
I was very satisfied with a lot of oysters and good sake 🥰.

It's the only Kanagawa sake in this store!
Rich sweetness, like a noble sake😳.

I've been curious about this Nishinomon for a long time, and now I've found it!
Unlike the previous two, it had a light sweetness and a new sake-like gasiness.
It has a nice sharpness and was empty in no time 🤣.
It went really well with steamed oysters!

It has a strong umami taste and is delicious 🥰.
Sweet but not in a fruity way.

ichiro18The second drink at Morotsuyoshi's was Wakamusume! This is another brand I've never had before.
Ruri Karakusa is the Japanese name for Nemophila 😆.
It has a fresh aroma like a gorgeous green apple, a fizzy gas, and a beautiful sweetness on the palate with a silky, slightly nigorigo taste. The taste is very nice, with a sharp acidity 😍.

I chose Yoshida Kurau, a sake I had never had before.
It is really easy to drink with a slight gasiness and light sweetness and flavor. The acidity is mild and doesn't linger, so it's easy to pair with food ✨. TakashiGood evening, ichiro18 😊.

Delicious, but not my favorite. 荒馬Then, the moon after the rain. This was delicious 🔥. 荒馬Sake and Oysters Morotsuyoshi" is a bit of a joke of a restaurant name, but the offerings were good.
Saving myself from getting too carried away, I started with my first Kuroemon. ISSASake brewed by Mr. Shibata using 100% Yamada Nishiki ISSASake made with 100% Omachi from Okayama and brewed in Tendo ISSASoft sake made with 100% Yamada-Nishiki and brewed with spring water from Mt. ISSAIt was a Hagi City sake that, despite being made with Yamada Nishiki, was truly dry ✨. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
