Yesterday, another demo of measuring equipment at my new workplace.
Afterwards, we walked to Noge for a drink. I shouldn't have known I could walk to Noge from work 😆.
I didn't get to meet Morotsuyoshi, but enjoyed sake and oysters.
My first favorite was this Houou Mita. It's sweet and refreshing, and the flavor goes away quickly but lingers. It makes me smile. My coworker who went with me and doesn't know much about Japanese sake said it was delicious. Gut-punch💪.
I then made it spicier and spicier in turn, and finally sweeter.
We went with 4 people and had 4 kinds of sake, 1 sake each, so the amount we drank was not that much (lol), but we drank a lot of beer at the after party 😅.

It seems to be a collaboration with Mochizuki Sake Brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture. Sweet and robust. The taste of the moon after the rain. It is fragrant and delicious.

I have never had a drink! I had to order it.
It has a slight caramel flavor afterwards. Not too sweet, not too spicy... and the aroma was good. This kind of sake is called well-balanced. Very tasty ♡♡♡!

My workplace is moving to Minato Mirai this year or next. This was a tour of that new location. It was very loose and we were dismissed at 4:30 p.m. I thought I would sneak out to this restaurant for a drink. But suddenly, I invited a female colleague of mine who is familiar with the ride over that I introduced in a post a while ago. She arrived with a flutter 😉 Yes, I can drink sake normally. So, how much beer can she drink?
I wanted to go to Morotsuyoshi's all-you-can-drink restaurant. It was early in the day so no one was there 😆 It was 1100 yen for 30 minutes including tax. We were not going to leave quickly from the beginning 🙂 "Well, let's go for an hour. What should we drink? We compared the top clear and the bottom clear. I liked the sweet and clear taste of the supernatant. There were many beautiful sweet sake in the lineup that day, and we ended up drinking too much.
The guy sitting next to me said "You look like you're having a good time drinking" and we extended the party twice 😆 and drank more beer at the after-party 😆 My memory of the party is a bit fuzzy.
As usual, I fell asleep in the cab and got ripped off 😂.

Morotsuyoshi's store, the reason why I went here is because I remembered that takeshon-san, who should not live in the Kanto area, had seen this store's instagram for a while and recommended me to go here ‼️ when I went to Noge 😁.
I talked to the shopkeeper, and he said that many people come all the way from far away to visit this store!
The test brew in the first picture was dry and refreshing.
The problem is the second picture. The manager of Morotsuyoshi Atsugi told me it was delicious, and it was really rich and sweet, but I had no idea what the name of the sake was 🤣I guess drunk people shouldn't take pictures 📷If anyone can help me out, please let me know: 🙇♀️
I had to leave because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to go home if I drank any more. I only went to 2 restaurants in Noge 😅.

That is a very rare sake "Kencino" ❗❗❗
It is an original limited edition sake from Tokumaru Shoten in Yokohama 🍶🍶🍶.
It is from the same brewery as Genmai and is specially brewed by the toji's husband "Kenichi Chino" 😋😋.

I was at an all-you-can-drink restaurant and drank it, thinking that it must be delicious because it was draft and directly pumped ⁉️, and guess what 🎯!
I recommended it to a couple nearby and they said "It's delicious! Thank you 😊" and they were so excited👍
