It wasn't as impressive as the Saku, but it was a delicious gem. At the end of the year, I mainly drank the same brands, but now that the year has started, I would like to try more and more new ones that I have never tasted before. This Suzukagawa is the first step, and I hope it will be a good start. I would like to continue my efforts to develop new sake.
