It's been about 2 years since I last drank a bottle of Taka's Tokujun. It is totally different from that sake! It tastes like white wine 🍾 sweet and sour with a lingering aftertaste like wine. This is delicious 😋.
Best match for stewed tomatoes, chicken and cheese👍.
Since it was a sake made from the traditional sake yeast, I remembered your words, "sake yeast should be heated! I tried heating it up as well. It was delicious with more acidity and richness. But I prefer this sake without heating.
