It's been a while, everyone!
I don't know how long it's been since I've done a review! LOL!
Recently, an izakaya near my house started selling Ki and I always enjoy it so much that I bought some new sake at the liquor store for drinking at home 🎶.
Harada has a similar label, so I almost made a mistake when I bought it 🤣.
The aroma is moderate, the flavor is soft and mild, and the acidity is just right for drinking during a meal 😋🍶.
I love "Ki" lately!
I had it with the yams that Mr. Mamuchi gave me, sautéed, stir-fried with eggs, shredded and served with wasabi and soy sauce, and it was great without interfering with any of them ✨.
I was finally able to use the cutting board I bought in the summer!
