As the name "sparkling" implies, the bubbles are vigorously effervescent, blowing out at the time of corking! It is full of a fizzy, bubbly sensation, and the dryness that goes along with it is just the right summer-like sensation down your throat! The sweetness is reduced and the taste is refreshing, so people who prefer dry taste may like it more than the sweet taste. This is delicious (*´~*)ŧ'"ŧ'"ŧ'"

I bought it again because it is summer and I wanted some schwash! It has a noble flavor and was gone quickly. Price: 2178 yen including tax The bottle was opened incorrectly and overflowed! But it is delicious! Destined to disappear overnight.

I was drawn to the cool bottle because it was so damn hot, so I bought it. The aroma is sweet with a hint of grape. At 7 degrees Celsius, it drinks like water. At 12 degrees, it has a refreshing taste with a hint of acidity. When the temperature rises a little more, it has a slight citrus flavor. I read the label on the back of the bottle, and it says that 40% of "Soumei", a type of malted rice that produces citric acid, is used for summer use.

It is a summer version of Ki's "Special Junmai" using 40% koji rice that produces citric acid 😁. It has a subtle and refreshing aroma, and when you drink it, the rice flavor is smooth and refreshing, with a refreshing acidity and lingering spiciness that is pleasant! It has a nice sharpness and is really easy to drink 🍶.

My mood and energy are tapering off. The only cool things are my heart, wallet and refrigerator. How are you doing these days? I've been worrying about the condition of the snapper fence in my house, but I've been thinking that I'd like to eat some grilled fish. I had been avoiding going to this restaurant when I was by myself because it was crowded, noisy, and had a lot of ambient noise, but then I remembered that I could use my Suica card! I remembered that I could use my Suica card, so I went to this restaurant. I hit upon my favorite brand of sake, Takashi's Summer Sake (or is it?). I hit on my favorite brand of sake. Ki Tokubetsu Junmai Soumei I love the basic, standard Ki! It's a sake that has a ricey feel but is still refreshing and easy to drink, something we haven't had recently. It's even better when it's warmed up.... A summer sake of such a sake? Well, well, well... this is a cold sake. It is refreshing to drink, with a slight bitter sourness, while maintaining the ricey and refreshing taste of Ki. This sake is good with a lot of snacks. We ordered raw oysters, conger eel, and boiled conger eel...! There are shinko! My wallet is getting too drafty and I'm sweating cold sweat while drinking moderately tasty sake... I wonder if beer would be cheaper... lol! https://maps.app.goo.gl/4Au2ww6G8yK9tveC7

◆New Koji mold "Soumei" used In addition to the usual yellow koji, we use a new type of koji called "Soumei" that produces citric acid in part of the tomei koji. It is a limited edition sake with a refreshing summer taste. Unlike the sour taste of completely white malted rice, it has the atmosphere of regular special junmai, but with a slight refreshing acidity that allows you to continue drinking it without getting sick of the sweetness. Rice used: Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio : 60 Alcohol content : 15 Produced in : Yamaguchi Prefecture Nagayama Honke Sake Brewery
