◉New sake Hatsushibori Niitamesai
Fresh, crisp acidity and crisp sweetness. Made from 75% Koshihikari and 25% Yamadanishiki. The label and specifications seem to be different from those of the previous Niitamesai Takanashi.
The taste is surprisingly crisp.
