A limited edition sake from the 48 Fishery Store. So called PB, I guess.
The sweetness comes first, then the sharpness! It's nice, this kind of sake.
It definitely goes well with fish!

Rice Polishing Ratio 50%.
100% Omachi rice (Okayama Prefecture)
It has a dry, mineral taste. Because it is an Omachi, I thought the umami of rice would come more to the fore, but it gives a dry impression and can be easily matched with Japanese food.
