I don't know much, but it has a strange sweetness and aroma.
It's the opposite of Oroku, with a sweetness that tangles on the tongue.
But of course I don't hate it.
It's delicious!

It was fruity and easy to drink with a clean aftertaste ✨I thought it was a perfect sake for women because it had a gorgeous spring feeling as shown on the back label (I forgot to take a picture of it 🌸).

It's a draft sake, so I quickly opened the bottle 🍾.
The aroma is gorgeous and has an akatake-like atmosphere.
Refreshing and light, like clean water.
It has a refreshing sweetness like rumune that lingers on the tongue.
It has a slight chilli taste 🤏.
Yesterday's Mimurosugi was also made with Yamadanishiki, but this one is also made with Yamadanishiki.
The sweetness is more than any other sake rice.
It is 15%, but it is light and easy to drink.
The label on the back of this sake reminds me of spring.
I've been working on my bike today, cleaning the carburetor that has been bothering me for a long time.
