I left it for half a year, but I guess it is because I left it at room temperature for a couple of months out of that time.
The aroma is a little matured. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was the aroma, but the taste is sweet, refreshing, and delicious as usual. The sake here is fairly strong, so I have stored it in the same way in the past, but only this year, why?
The aroma becomes more familiar as you drink it, and it tastes so good that it keeps you coming back for more. For the first time in a while, I felt like I drank too much at home. But I didn't get a hangover😅.
My wooden tag collection. I've lost about half of them 💦.
Aroma: Subdued ginjo aroma, with a fruity note that is understated, with hints of apples and pears.
Mouth: Slightly dry, but with a full and mild flavor
Acidity: Moderate, well-balanced to complement food.
Aftertaste: Clean, crisp, and not heavy.
The aroma is quiet and calm, and a rich umami flavor spreads slowly in the mouth. The soft outline of the aroma is accompanied by a sense of the simplicity of the rice and the careful craftsmanship, which makes for a gentle drinking experience that will stay in your mind. In the latter half of the bottle, a refreshing sharpness appears, and it has a good balance that goes well with meals without dragging down the sweetness.
The natural strength of the organic rice combined with the brewer's handiwork makes for a quiet but strong bottle. It can be served chilled, at room temperature, or lukewarm.
Purchased at the brewery's brewery festival. I was able to buy it again this year. It is only available at this time every year, so I am glad I was able to buy it. It is aromatic and dry. It is delicious! It's a favorite of ours.
We enjoyed it again this year.
The sweetness and bitterness are almost imperceptible; it is a gentle sake with only the umami of the rice.
Alcohol level: less than 16
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Ingredients: Hyogo rice, malted rice
I bought it at a small liquor store in the city without a care in the world since my health checkup was over. I was worried about another bottle, so I bought this one. It has been a long time since I had a bottle of Okutanba. The bottle is a bit difficult to pour because it is printed directly on the bottle instead of on the label, and the bottle has been changed.
The aroma is a little cemedine. The aroma is a little cemedine, and the taste is sharp and dry. I thought it would have a disappearing aftertaste when chilled, but after letting it sit at room temperature for a bit, the aftertaste became moderately fuller.
Delicious 😋.
