Ueda Expedition🍶Naturally, we went straight to our destination, Okazaki Sake Brewery, but to our surprise, the brewery store had zero stock 😱. The next shipment will be next Tuesday........ 🥲. However, we couldn't give up, so we went around to the distributors in Ueda City and visited them with a ray of hope. I visited a few distributors in Ueda city and found ❗️🙌㊗️🥰! There it was! The brewery didn't have it, But the distributors have it. It was worth the visit to Miyajima Sake Shop! Stayed at Tokurakami Yamada Onsen ♨️ Beautiful and mellow aftertaste! We were intoxicated by the depth of the artistic flavor of Kamerei 🍶. Kaminoyamada, a hidden hot spring of tender and slippery water❣️ Sake🍶 and hot water♨️ trip. Secretly recommended!

Hi ma-ki-! Miyajima Sake Shop became a sacred place that I couldn't miss on my trip to Nagano 🌟The high scenery is looking over Chikuma from Ubasuteyama. It was below freezing but it was worth the climb. I am already sadly on my way home 😢.

Sake brewery by a female toji in Iwate🍶. It was a sparkling wine that was more sharp and spicy than I imagined: ‼️ The aroma is calpis, so I thought it would be what you call a sweet sake 😅. Surprisingly refreshing 👨🆗. I had iburigakko (pickled igurigako) and pickled melon (a souvenir from Iwate) to go with it. I recommend this nigori sake for fathers! It was a light and moderate 15 degrees food sake 🍶!

The visual is just as it should be. It is a cute sake 🍶. Strawberry milk color but the taste is not too sweet. It's an amazake💕 with an elegant sweet and sour taste ✨Delicious ✨😋. I'm sure it would be a hit at a sake girls night out (which I don't do 😆). I'm sure it would be very popular 🙌 Add to that the fact that it's low alcohol (9 degrees), I can't stop drinking it! I just don't know how to pair it with anything. I'm not sure how to pair it with my special souvenir, Shizuoka Oden 🍢, Well, it was not so subtle. What should I pair it with? I'm not sure what to pair it with.

Rainfall mountain groundwater is very hard water hardness 150❗️ Apple acid yeast No.28 Yoshikawa Brewery brews Amezure, a unique and challenging brewery. This is my favorite brewery from last year 😁. Of course I have already visited the brewery 💪! I'm just giving my opinion 😘☝️ From the product description It has a full flavor and aroma reminiscent of ripe apples, mellow sweetness and refreshing acidity, combined with the slightly bitter aftertaste that only the finest Yamada-Nishiki can provide."

I'm having 🥟Iwate's local sake at a stylish Machinuka restaurant recommended by a local. The snacks are a hybrid of Chinese and izakaya (Japanese style pub) ❗️ which is great 👏👏. Donko sashimi is soooo good 😂. If it were in my neighborhood, I'd go there every day ❗️ without a doubt ❗️ And the background music is great! Great lineup of local sake 👍! I'm a bit of a meeja 😅 I'm going to try the purple air 🍶. It goes well with sashimi and sesame oil-based Chinese dishes! We are enjoying the rich nourishment of late autumn. Thank you, Iwate Prefecture 😊.

On my way back from my Shizuoka Sake Trip🍶🚗. I googled a nice sake store in Atsugi💓. It was my first time to visit Isojiman! I had a chance encounter in Atsugi, not in my hometown Shizuoka 😂. I found a bottle of special honjozo in the back of the fridge. I brought home a bottle of special honjozo from the back of the fridge. It's fruity and smells great! So it's a honjozo? It was a more elegant ginjo sake🍶 than I imagined! I don't usually drink aluzoe, but, Amazing ‼️ lightness and fruitiness ❣️ The refreshing sharpness of the alcohol makes the cup go down a treat! Delicious 😍!

Ashigara Sake Brewery It is a rare sake brewery, but the tasting room, direct sales place, and sake brewery café have a nice atmosphere. ☺️ I spent a quiet moment in the nostalgic rural setting! I enjoyed the tasting and took some home to drink. Fruity, delicious and sweet😍! I was recommended to try it with a glass of wine. It was an elegant sake with an aroma to enjoy as well 🍶! From the website Seto Sake Brewery was founded in 1865. It is a sake brewery in Kaisei-cho, Kanagawa Prefecture. They suspended home brewing in 1980, but resumed brewing in 2018.

This area has not yet been invaded by inbound tourists, so you can enjoy a peaceful holiday😇. The fourth photo is Shasui no Taki Waterfall. A hidden 100 famous waterfalls 💦 highly recommended! Friday. I'm working consecutive holidays 🥲 so at least I'll have a drink! My usual underground sanctuary 🍶 this week's event openings are Shichida in Saga: ❤️ I followed the Sake no Wa check-in and found that the year before last I drank Aizan Hiyoroshi and raved about it! Of course I bought it here then as well. Tobu's Sake Market always has a great lineup of Nanada ❣️, but today I was torn between Aiyama and this one too 😁. The takeaway was Shunyo, a low-protein sake rice! Muscat & lychee flavor! Now that's a real 70% polished ⁉️ So refreshing💕! It's like a white wine 🍇! 14 degrees low alcohol, plus super reasonable ❣️ I've been drinking at home and I've been feeling relaxed, and I've noticed that I'm about to open a bottle. It's a junmai sake that you can keep on drinking 😍.

I came to Akabane for a no-plan summer vacation. I'll have a drink at lunchtime. ‼️ This place always has 48 kinds of Sake at 90ml per glass. 390yen➕tax. 1pm opening ‼️ It's 🌟subarassuii🌟a paradise for lunch only🏮🍶! Oysters go great with sake 💕. Takeyuki was at a brewery event at the Ikebukuro Tobu Underground Sake Market Takeyuu from Yuki City, Ibaraki Prefecture! I actually remembered visiting a sake brewery a long time ago! Before the fire, I made a trip to Yuki Sake Brewery as my destination, and they were neighbors less than 100 meters away. It brought back memories of the Umami Junmai sake I purchased at that time! And the sake rice is Omachi ❣️ and I am soaking in the rich umami sweetness from high in the sun. Drinking on the balcony 🍶 with the deepening autumn sky 🍂 as a snack 😍.

Tochigi sake 🍶 harvest of the trip! @Owada Sake Shop Nice to meet you 💕 Sweet and tart entrance with a dark bitter taste that lingers a bit at the end. Some described it as cinnamon, but it's definitely ‼️ The rich volume of 100% Omachi and the weight of 17℃ hit me. I was hit by the weight of 17℃. It's Friday's sake 🩷.

Thanks 👩 Wild manager of the local crazy liquor store👌 He had some recommended nigori sake for us 🙏. The aroma is clean and fresh, and comes from the rose yeast of Tokyo University of Agriculture. A clean aroma derived from Tokyo University of Agriculture rose yeast? It has a refreshing sweetness of rice, The aftertaste is a bitterness that lingers on the palate.
