I went to "Noto no Jizake Ichiba", an event to support sake breweries in Noto. I could not forget the delicious taste of Dakei (4th photo), which I encountered during my Kanazawa sake trip in April 2022, In February 2025, we met again at Tengu Mai's help. Junmai Sake Daikei🍶. Sake rice rescued from a brewery destroyed by the earthquake was brought to Kurumata Brewery in Hakusan City, and brewed together to make this junmai-shu. We were also able to meet the brewery's father and son, Mr. and Mrs. Sakurada. Their bright smiles made my eyes roll back in my head. 😢 The Junmai sake, which was entrusted with prayers and hopes, tasted hearty and gentle 🌟.

We brought souvenirs from back home and had a drinking party 🍶🐔. Kikuhime's rich and delicious 💕nama-sake! This year they made it especially rich and sweet! Sake brought back by a friend from Ishikawa's family 🍶! And a chicken miso nabe (nabe) with "Matsuya's Tori Yasai Miso" (chicken and vegetable miso) 🍲! It goes well with the mellow Kikuhime, too well! I also lined up some sake from Tokushima.., Tonight, we are the King of the rich team! Ishikawa won hands down! 🎖️ Anyway, thanks for the hometown souvenirs😊.

Take home a bottle of freshly squeezed raw sake😍! Today is the end of the year and the beginning of the new year 🎌Drinking! It's true that it's a cheap sake because it's a honjozo, but it's more than that. But more importantly, it tastes great! Sweet, tasty, acidic, smooth and sharp. It's like it's all coming at you! The alcohol content is between 19 and 20 degrees C. ‼️ Beautiful fruity sweetness and acidity that surpasses the powerful Aruzoe! The best 🥰! Ueda Expedition🍶Naturally, we went straight to our destination, Okazaki Sake Brewery, but to our surprise, the brewery store had zero stock 😱. The next shipment will be next Tuesday........ 🥲. However, we couldn't give up, so we went around to the distributors in Ueda City and visited them with a ray of hope. I visited a few distributors in Ueda city and found ❗️🙌㊗️🥰! There it was! The brewery didn't have it, But the distributors have it. It was worth the visit to Miyajima Sake Shop! Stayed at Tokurakami Yamada Onsen ♨️ Beautiful and mellow aftertaste! We were intoxicated by the depth of the artistic flavor of Kamerei 🍶. Kaminoyamada, a hidden hot spring of tender and slippery water❣️ Sake🍶 and hot water♨️ trip. Secretly recommended!

Hi Asanami 😃You must have been very happy when you found it at Miyajima-san. The taste in the hot spring must have been something special. ☺️ Miyajima-san was a great sake store with a great local sake promotion. I wish I could go back.

Hello, Studying ☀️ Ueda, Kamiyamada, Chikuma, 🍶♨️ trip even one night was healing. If I had wanted, I would have stayed one more night. I wanted to taste Kamiyamada all over again. And Miyajima-san is a wonderful place to meet every time - great liquor store 😊🙌

Hi ma-ki-! Miyajima Sake Shop became a sacred place that I couldn't miss on my trip to Nagano 🌟The high scenery is looking over Chikuma from Ubasuteyama. It was below freezing but it was worth the climb. I am already sadly on my way home 😢.

Sake brewery by a female toji in Iwate🍶. It was a sparkling wine that was more sharp and spicy than I imagined: ‼️ The aroma is calpis, so I thought it would be what you call a sweet sake 😅. Surprisingly refreshing 👨🆗. I had iburigakko (pickled igurigako) and pickled melon (a souvenir from Iwate) to go with it. I recommend this nigori sake for fathers! It was a light and moderate 15 degrees food sake 🍶!

The visual is just as it should be. It is a cute sake 🍶. Strawberry milk color but the taste is not too sweet. It's an amazake💕 with an elegant sweet and sour taste ✨Delicious ✨😋. I'm sure it would be a hit at a sake girls night out (which I don't do 😆). I'm sure it would be very popular 🙌 Add to that the fact that it's low alcohol (9 degrees), I can't stop drinking it! I just don't know how to pair it with anything. I'm not sure how to pair it with my special souvenir, Shizuoka Oden 🍢, Well, it was not so subtle. What should I pair it with? I'm not sure what to pair it with.

Rainfall mountain groundwater is very hard water hardness 150❗️ Apple acid yeast No.28 Yoshikawa Brewery brews Amezure, a unique and challenging brewery. This is my favorite brewery from last year 😁. Of course I have already visited the brewery 💪! I'm just giving my opinion 😘☝️ From the product description It has a full flavor and aroma reminiscent of ripe apples, mellow sweetness and refreshing acidity, combined with the slightly bitter aftertaste that only the finest Yamada-Nishiki can provide."

Purchased at Sake Fest 2024 LaLaport Yokohama Sake brewery's recommendation Sake made with wine yeast Low al💕 at 12°C The bottle looks like a sweet white wine. It's like a sweet white wine. I think it's meant to be drunk on its own. I like it though: ❤️
