I'll be drinking at home over the holiday weekend 🍶. My parents' garden seems to have grown a lot of sudachi (Japanese citrus fruit), and we received a large amount of them. They are small but full of juice. I squeezed it into this sweet and sour sake. It's subtle, but it's good ^_^. I bought fish cutlets and Naruto-kintoki at Kotsu Kaikan, a regular stop on my virtual trip home, and I'm all set. ❤️ I added the citrusy acid of sudachi to the nostalgic acidity and sweetness of miyoshikiku! It's devilishly delicious! Just my opinion! 😍😍

We are here in Ueda, Shinshu for stocking up 🍶. I'll leave the so called No.1 brand for the first day. I went to Bessho Onsen on a trip to google famous local sake breweries, It was a stylish restaurant run by a madam who moved here from Kyoto. The server tasting was fun 😀. The server tasting was fun 😀. And then, I went to the first one I've ever met, Kita-Alps Sake Shop, I tried for the first time a local sake from the foothills of the North Alps! Sweet, tasty, rich, high alcohol, all elements attacked with all their might, it was a very high-tension sake! And the price was surprisingly lowlowlow! I can't write about it here. Only in the usual Kamiyamada Hotel room💦. Shinshu regular sake trip is psycho😍.

At the Fixed Point Depot Hinomaru Brewery, a long-established sake brewery with a saddle in Yokote, Akita, is opening an event stall. The sales person? A fresh young man I was easily drawn in by the tasty and spicy promotions. I tasted a variety of sake, and the result was I was drawn in by the promotion of I landed in Umakara Mansankuni. It is delicious and spicy, and the name truly expresses the body. I wanted to throw away the limited edition sake, but but we decided to drink it slowly at home. Corn, kushikatsu, firefly squid with vinegared miso with sudachi pepper, it was the perfect food sake 🍶! Too versatile 😍.

Bulletproof one-day trip to Fukushima @ Izumiya Sake Shop🍶. We followed the rape blossoms and cherry blossoms 🌸 Of course, the first visit to Bookmark Sake Shop is a must 😄. A look at the popular and famous store 🍶 with 🅿️ to the third parking lot The small and stylish restaurant is very crowded Full of young and fashionable shopkeepers ❗️ Then, there's nothing but quality sake! I chose the one I wanted to try! I chose the one I wanted to try! Aizu Nakasyo's light nigori💕! Refreshingly fruity & a light bitterness that goes down your throat: ‼️ It's 16%, but the lightness wins 🏅. So the conclusion is that it's a bad one.... And the saltiness of the bitterness is great!
