I heard that this sake was available at an event called "Fukushima Sake no Jin," but I couldn't go to the event, so I went there to buy it, but they only had a bottle of it. I couldn't buy a bottle of sake...too bad.
I bought a bottle of Sugitama instead.
R6BY is also very good.
I like it better than Tenmei Zero.

This is the middle of the year R5, which is a different year!
I wasn't aware of it, but the rice polishing ratio has increased to 50% (🌾) compared to R4 (does that mean it's now Junmai Daiginjo class?). (Does that mean it is now Junmai Daiginjo class?) The alcohol content has also gone down.
Both the supernatant and the lees are delicious 😋.
